Been going for 2 years, over new guy they hired, I will never go back. Been trying to get my vape juice for days, either I don’t have time for him to chat or he is just not there. This morning I got there just before 10 and waited. He pulls up at10:05 and then leaves. Shows back up at 10:30.

I will never go to another Vape store besides S and L. Steve, Lisa and Bear all know their products very well and will never steer you wrong. If something is not right, they make it right. Best Vape store ever! There’s no need to waste your time going anywhere else.

Literally the sweetest people I’ve met at a vape shop. Every single worker down to the owners are down to earth, friendly, and don’t make it awkward. Great place the only place to get good vapes

If you never have a problem youll be fine. But these people do not know how to deal with customers when they have issues. They are rude and condescending. Its obvious they dont know much about running a business or never been in business before this. They have much to learn in the art of customer service. I found their product to a bit high, selection limited and the liquid I tried was ok at first but lost flavor. The customer service is what lost me here.

Went n the store on September 10. The guy working was very nice, and he tried to fix my vapor. I bought a Stick V 8 about 2 months ago. Its been working great up until a few days ago. The employee told me they only had a 30 day warranty. I was pretty upset. Ive spent about $175 there over the past 2 months on the vapor, juices, coils, etc. I understand the store had its policies. The guy working told me I could contact the company that made the vapor. However, it seems like I was sold a product that wasnt very good. Plus, all the other money I had spent n there, well, I was kind of upset. Long story short, I want b back to S &L Vapes.

I love this shop. The manager is super friendly and hes great with people that are just starting out. He knows a lot about what hes selling.

The room was so full of smoke I could barely see my hand in front of me when I opened the door. I almost just left at that point but I was on a mission. Customer service was hugely lacking as the young man who was supposed to be an employee there continued to place all his attention on his phone versus my questions. He outright admitted he knew nothing about cbd oil and vaping it. There prices are higher than what I can purchase online and since helping customers seemed to be such a bother I left without purchasing anything.
