Clean store with a huge selection of pretty much whatever youre looking for in this category. Their prices are pretty damn good too. The staff is friendly and as helpful as can be. This and one other shop in Opelika are my go to from here on out for anything firearms related. Support your local business people, Academy and the other big box stores dont care about you, places like Reynolds always give you a personalized experience.

The young guy behind the counter kept making comments on the price of the merchandise we were requesting to look at...as if he didnt think we could afford what we were purchasing and then lied about having a certain type of bullet...2 minutes later another employee pulled out the exact bullets from underneath the counter for another customer! Needless to say...we bought what we went in for and got the box of bullets but I will NEVER spend another penny in there store if it means driving across the country for what I want to purchase!!!! RUDE!

The staff there was helpful, knowledgeable and very courteous. They didnt have everything that I needed but it seems no one else has number 10 or number 11 Remington or CCI percussion caps either. I suspect government conspiracy or some such underhanded subterfuge. NOTHING should be out of stock everywhere for month after month for the last basically three years

Staff was extremely helpful with pointing me in the right direction. A gentleman named Micah was incredibly inviting and helped me get what I needed. I’ve been going to the big box stores for quite some time and decided to give these guys a chance and they checked all my boxes. I will be going to them for all future business!

This store was is a lot bigger than what it looks like on the outside. Has alot to choose from.

I needed some waterproof snake boots so I checked Reynolds before looking online. They had a few options and I found a pair that suited my needs. I couldnt help but notice that the store was very busy, the phone ringed off the hook, and one of the sales guys seems to be a competitive speed walker in training. The boots were priced the same as on amazon but you can buy them local. Overall I would say they had a good selection especially considering current supply chain issues and being so close to christmas.

Great customer service, knowledgeable staff. They had the gun I wanted, also good selection of holsters. And ammo. I had to drive an hour to get there, but was well worth it.

Staff is condescending and are not respectful to the average customer. They only give attention to customers that appear to have a lot of money instead of treating all customers equally and unconditionally. They made fun of my bow and refused to cut arrows for me. They are lazy and wouldnt lap the scope rings when they installed a new scope on a rifle for me. They wouldnt bore sight a different rifle, claiming the muzzle would be too difficult to work with. Again, lazy, and incompetent, for that matter. But what really put a sour taste in my mouth was when they wouldnt accept a return for a $300 gun case that I purchased because it had one little scratch on it. I have shopped a lot at Reynolds, but I honestly cannot say that I have ever had a positive experience. I will NEVER shop there again.

Great place to shop for weapons for hunting, apparel, and reloading supplies. They also have great prices on theyre weapons for hunting, as well as theyre apparels and reloading supplies too!!!! I recommend people to shop at Reynolds. the only thing that they can not let you leave with if you live in another state is the handguns and revolvers, but they can sell them to you and ship them to a authorized dealer for you, though. Still a great place to shop at and the prices are also great too.

These guys and gals know their stuff. Gun selection is great! I dont mean 150 different ARs, they have many different guns. Semi-auto and revolvers, bolt action, lever action, pump and double-barrel. Even air guns and archery. Yetis and other outfitter products as well. BEST PRICE IN TOWN FOR COSTA DEL MAR SUNGLASSES!

Great store with knowledgeable staff and they stand behind their service. They were very helpful with a scope install and when I subsequently found an issue they took ownership of the situation to ensure that I had a reliable setup. The setup is probably better now than it originally would have been. I believe they went above and beyond in the resolution and this service is something you will not be able to find at a big box chain. The prices on some things may be a little higher but at the same time their carrying cost is inherently a little higher, however they also provide service and knowledge above what you would find at a big box chain... well worth the tradeoff.

I used to shop here when it was under another ownership and I enjoyed it. But now that it has new ownership may have opened up the floor plan and it is a lot easier to move around looks very good!!
