The wonderful staff! I am so sorry that I didnt write down their names. 8/31 heading back to N. O. after hurricane Ida we stopped to buy generators. 2 female staff members went above and beyond to help us. Compassionate and generous dont say enough. We offered to treat them to lunch and they refused. Genuinely thoughtful and concerned. We are forever grateful to them!

With help from the staff I was able to find what I needed within five minutes of walking in the door. Great customer service.

Prices are real decent but you need to have more cashiers for the many lines formed. Also a military discount would be nice.

The staff here is extremely helpful! I had to come in with my infant son this morning to pick up some items for our camper. The manager helped me find exactly what I needed, put it all on a cart for me, and then loaded all of it into my car for me - in the rain! We will definitely be back to this location!

Passing thew on my way to Meridian Ms I stop to purchase some tools the tall young gentleman at the register was sick he was Coughing and sneezing Wiping his nose with his hand I told his supervisor The supervisor had a mustache and glasses middle aged chunky guy his supervisor said we all stay sick expacially when a truck comes in we get sick,,I told The supervisor I did not want to get sick,,His supervisor response was oh well,i put the bauer impact gun,the battery and charger on a box and i left

They are asking close to top dollaron a lot of things but some stuff is cheap, although they have come up recently, I suspect its because of the many people who cant afford to buy quality products from American companies, companies like this is direct result of inflation.

I really like the store BUT I do not like their answer for re-stocking = its whatever the truck brings us? What? I have run back and forth between two different stores - one will have what I want but the other wont. I have talked with most employees + managers to no avail... Order it to your home or lets wait and see whats on the truck = not a way to run a business. I will address Harbor Freight directly.

Another one of my toy stores. Love going into this place. Hardly ever leave empty handed. Many of my tools come from Harbor Freight and seldom am I disappointed with them. And if I am, their return policy is the best around. Be sure to sign up for their mailings and use those coupons.

Looking for some fairly good generic tools? Harbor has a large variety at some fair pricing but dont go in looking for snap on, craftsman or any good brands because youll be disappointed..

Hi let me start by saying I love harbor fright they have helped me out on several occasions but the last 3 times I went into the store with a sales paper to buy certain items they were out of stock when I purchase tools I have a purpose so when I go into the store and the tool is not available I either have to postpone the job or rent a tool

They have just about everything I need and the quality is good for the price.

They sell trash, know they sell trash, apply huge markups to their trash, hire trash, and treat customers like criminals when they try to exchange something that doesnt work or had been damaged before purchase. In my case I found same/superior chinese product at Lowes for less than half HFs price.
