Usually love shopping at any TSC. Hard to get help at this location! Never have the brand I need on shelf, but when I ask its in the back. Either what I buy is super popular or they slack on restocking items! Kind of really upset today, dog food was torn when they loaded it for me and I lost a good amount on ground before I got it in my truck :/

Don’t use them to mail a gift card! It will NOT arrive on time and your recipient will be without a gift. You’d think a gift card ordered 6-11-21 could have been delivered by today, 6-19-21. So disappointed.

Make sure you have change or they will ripe you off the change that is owed to you. Regardless if they owe you more change than you owed them.

Great place to get feed for our mini farm. Prices are high but they are reliable. Great costumer service. Wish they would throw specials or discounts more often.

I have. Not once been disappointed going to this Tractor Supply. The worker folk are amazing and fair honest pricing as far as Ive ever seen. I recommend trying here and Ace hardware before heading to the bigger hardware stores.

I ordered online. I recieved an email Friday at 2:43 pm that my order was ready for pickup. I had to work Friday and Saturday. I called Friday and explained I was working and would pick it up Sunday morning. I parked and called in the store at 10:05 for curbside. I was still waiting 25 minutes later. I decide to go in the store and the cashier was totally rude. She said to another cashier. We have other things to do we just cant be rushing for her. She suppose to get an email or a call first before she even come up here anyways. I told the manager and he didnt even sound to concern about how I felt

Came in today to swap a lifetime warrantytoolset. Which is Tractor supply brand.One of the tools had broken. They wouldnt honor the lifetime warranty. We didnt want money back. We just wanted another set or to swap out the broken one. No we didnt have the recipe. The 1st lady was very ugly to us.

Prices a little high for my liking but they have stuff that other stores wont have so what can you really do about it. Customer service is a 50 50 shot. Either gonna get ignored or youll get a really really nice person.

I have been shopping at this TS for 6 years. My main product purchase is dog food, so i come in about every 3 weeks. For some time now, the customer service has been dropping, but today they reached a new low. As i was trying to purchase my 35 lb of dog food, the cashier, Olivia, was way too wrapped up in a story to a fellow employee that i was basically ignored. She didnt say hey or anything. The only way i knew she knew i was there is she picked up the scanner, howvever, never looked at me.As she started to scan my dog food, she must have gotten to a really juicy part in the story, because she didnt even scan...she turned back to her friend and kept chatting. Keep in mind i was holding a 35 lb dog food. After what seemed like forever she finally turned and scanned the food. She never told me a total, just kept talking. When my receipt printed, she just handed to me without even looking. I hope that Tractor Supply will look at the video surveillance and use this as a training video on how NOT to treat customers. Jeez TS, get it together...

I shop at Tractor Supply all the time. I went to this location to pick up a windmill. I drove my truck to the front door and when I got to the lady standing at the windmill she asked me if I needed anything more. Not nice but rudely. I told her that I needed them to help me load it. They did but she was not nice at all. Not what I am use to at Tractor supply.

I was surprised that they had horse treats got some for the horses that live next to me and the love them

Goods friendly caster, item we needed was very easy to find.

Unknowing staff. Can never find help but they are always there to load hay. Have no idea what they sell. But if you know what you need and need no help whatsoever. Good location and they sell supplies that are hard to buy anywhere other than our local SMITH Ts in downtown. So if you need help, go to Smith Ts

They have a good selection of products for animals and the people there are very curtisous

Need more knowledgeable clerks. Required 3 trips (40 miles/trip) to find out TSC did not have the right part.

Had to argue with employee because she was too lazy to go in back and get antibiotic they dont normally keep on shelf. It always turns into a hassle shopping here, mostly due to employees who dont know what they stock, where it is, when they will get more, or they are to busy socializing to preform a useful function. Store has sucked since the day it opened...

They have everything you could think of but the bathrooms are trashed women and men it is almost as if they do not clean them. Trash on the floors, no toilet paper and the toilets were filthy.

I needed a bag of 4Health and it wasnt on the shelf. An associate went to the back and found a bag for me.
