I hate to leave a bad review but this company installed a large amount of granite countertops and made a huge mistake and did not fix it. Even the owner promised to fix it after seeing the issue and never followed up. My mistake was paying before fixing.

We cant get the job finished, and they wont call, just emails asking for money to finish the job. The stuff promised was not fulfilled and we have had to call two additional people to finish the job. I could show pictures of the incomplete job if I new how to post them. We are very upset that the promises are not kept, and the job is not complete. We have a half finished job and cant use the kitchen until we get someone else to finish the job. We are very disappointed in the whole experience.

Our builder sent us to Deep South Granite to choose our countertops. We have been there twice and will not be back. Their salesperson does not acknowledge you when you come in, does not make eye contact when you speak to her, and acts like you are annoying her if you ask a question. She had only 2 granite choices for us to look at and NO samples of other colors. We requested some photos of other colors from her supplier., and did not hear back for a week. I dont think she even contacted them. Her excuse is that Monday was a holiday. Ok, well, its Friday so why have you not followed up? We asked about tile and she did not seem the least bit interested in showing us what was available. We are very disappointed.
