Brandi and Vicki were lovely people to work with! Definitely made us feel welcomed to the area. Brandi was even willing to assist my wife and I in moving a large roll-top desk we had with us. Easy reservation, clear instructions, full transparency, would highly recommend to anyone with storage needs! Only potential downside is that the unit we have, a 10x15, is not climate controlled. Not a deal breaker for us, but something to consider! I believe they have climate controlled options, but I am not certain. 5/5

We recently moved to Alabama and needed a short-term storage location and Life Storage was the perfect solution! Moving in was so easy and the whole property was both secure and clean. Brandi was in the office when we moved in and she was so kind: she recommended a dust cover for our soft furniture, she gave us several cold water bottles, and she even helped us move a particularly heavy piece of furniture out of our truck!! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Easiest experience Ive ever had. I was desperately needing a storage unit for the same day. And after giving them a call I managed to get the last one they had. The lady I spoke with gave me a free reservation. 5 minutes after speaking with her I was able to do everything online. Once I arrived at the storage unit, there was even a free lock. Highly recommend this place. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and managed to easily answer all my questions.

I rented a 10 x 10 storage unit from this location December 2020. That experience was awesome 👌🏽. The employee at that time was very helpful and patient as she explained the process. Now today I needed to upgrade to a larger unit and Id come in earlier and spoke with Brandi. She explained everything in detail that Id need to do, and what to expect. I returned today and Brandi helped me again and everything went just as she stated. Easy with no hassle. Awesome customer service! 👏🏼

Great service and Brandi is the best. I had an issue where a coworker of mine slide the keys of our unit under the door of another unit. Brandi and her team did everything they could to help us. They got the tenant of the unit on the phone and they came out and retrieved my keys. Brandi made sure I was made aware my keys had been retrieved. Way to go mystery tenant and Brandi for the great service.

I primarily dealt with Brandi who was AWESOME...very knowledgeable, helpful, etc. Interacting with her was a real pleasure. Moving is not very fun, but the welcome I felt made it much more bearable. Vicki was also very helpful as well.

She let us view the shed to make sure we had plenty of room, and even contacted other offices to get us the best deal on the storage shed with the closest availability to our requirements and budget.

As Life Storage customers for over two years in both Tennessee and Alabama, I can attest to the top notch facilies and customer service provided by this company. Our experience with all of the staff has been excellent, but Brandi Wilkerson has been especially helpful. We have utilized both climate controlled storage and also an exterior parking area and in both cases feel confident that our personal property is secure from environmental hazards and facility safety issues. The property is always clean, well staffed, and we have never had any issues with the climate controlled environment. We would highly recommend Life Storage at this or any of their locations.

They had two awesome people working the counter both of which made sure to easily layout all necessary information as well as show me a couple different options even though they are almost at capacity. They made a few suggestions for product care without trying to hard to push their own merchandise which was nice to hear, showing me they care about the customer. I got a warm, first name greeting before I even had the chance to turn my car off. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone who has storage needs.

This is the first time Ive ever used a storage facility. I reserved the unit via the website. The Store Manager, Teresa Bonner, was extremely helpful. She called the day before I was to arrive to let me know that they would be at lunch between 1-2 so I wouldnt be inconvenienced by arriving at that time. She toured the facility with me when I arrived, offered sage advice, and went out of her way to assist. While I was in the midst of transferring household goods into the unit, she stopped by to ensure everything was going as planned. Her support was superb! I highly recommend this location simply because of the staff. Also, I needed boxes, and she didnt have the number of boxes I needed. She called a nearby facility and had them drop off the boxes I needed. Service above and beyond!

1. Brandi has emailed me at least 5 times asking for a google review. Please just leave your customers alone.2. Sure, Brandi is nice and will help you however she can, but in the mean time she also wants to squeeze every penny out of you, and by any means necessary, including lying and being deceitful. While Brandi is nice, dont be fooled. She really just wants your money.3. The additional fees for the unit and the truck are absurd. Youd probably be better off just renting a truck from uhaul because it would be cheaper and less of a hassle.4. The unit itself was fine. Nothing great, nothing horrible. Just your standard, INCREDIBLY OVER PRICED storage unit.

Have had nothing but great service with the staff and love the friendliness. They have met or exceeded my expectations. Most storage units only allow access during certain times for most customers however as I have a very demanding schedule they allowed me access when I need it the most.

Brandi was very helpful and brings a very positive atmosphere to the facility. The only downside is Life Storage corporation price gouges in the summer when the demand for storage units is high in the area. However, I expect a positive rental experience at this facility.

I cant speak highly enough of this crew and facility!I had to unexpectedly move out of my apartment and was panicked about what to do with my belongings while I tried to find a new place to live. I reserved a unit online Saturday night, walked in just after they opened on Sunday afternoon, and had all my furniture in the unit by that evening. Andrew clearly explained everything and made the process super simple. After all the paperwork was done, he walked me to the gate to be sure my security code was active and then to my unit to make sure it was clean and that the door opened and closed smoothly. He pointed out the light switches and some specifics about the latch on my unit door.I definitely recommend this location of Life Storage. Customer service is great. The area is clean, well-lit and secure. I feel confident my belongings are safely stored. Thanks, Joe, Teresa, and Andrew!

Couldnt have had a better experience than what Jessi provided to us! We needed a truck ASAP to help move some tenants out of duplex that became uninhabitable from a flood! She immediately got the truck, the storage shed for their belongings, communicated extremely effective from start to finish, and helped take a tremendous burden off of me due to some unforeseen circumstances! Would have rated them higher but 5 was the highest it went - great place, great service, for anyone looking for storage or moving needs!
