Ms. Nancy is a sweet, friendly Manager. They have reasonable prices. Good customer service skills. And a great location.

Nice and secure!

We rented a u-haul from them using touchless service. The truck was in awful shape, no appliance dolly or blankets as ordered. I attempted to call them through the U-Haul app. The number they had listed was disconnected.

I have used this facility for over 5 years and Mrs. Nancy makes this location the best one throughout the chain. She is very helpful, sweet, caring, polite, and the list goes on and on. She also know her customers by name. I can go on and on about her and her customer service. Mrs. Nancy is the best!!!!!

Friendly service. Gated and can come in anytime day or night. Lol my daughter loved the free shirts she got.. I recommend to all our friends

Made a reservation two weeks prior needing the U-Haul and drove three hours the day of the move to pick it up. I called the company just before my time to pick up the U-Haul and found out they did not have any available. They did not bother trying to contact me to let me know that my U Haul was not available. Management was very rude to me! Would never do business with them! The only reason they get one star is because you cannot give negative stars!

Had a storage unit here.. I went away for a bit.. when I got back.. my lock was no longer on the unit and half of my belongings were gone.. the security they claim to have I find lacking.. no apologies.. no nothing for the stuff that was stolen from my unit..

So convenient near EAMC on the way to Tiger Town. I used them for Uhaul Rental and couldnt have been happier. Have used the storage units out on Columbus Parkway though. Buy local! Locally owned.
