I brought my phone in to get repaired. I told Raven that I really needed my phone back by the end of the day, because I was taking a trip. she told me she’d have it back to me before she closed. when it got late in the day and my phone had not been sent back to her from the technician, Raven got In her car and drove all the way from Opelousas to Eunice picked up my phone. came all the way back to the office and had my phone when she said she would by closing time. I want to give her my highest recommendation because she went out of her way to keep her word and provide me with wonderful customer service. 5 stars for Raven.

The lady was extremely friendly and informative. Living in the country they had the only source of Wifi i could get. The price is high but its cheaper than satellite internet

I recently moved in the Arunadville area. I was worried about internet services. Let me tell you, I went to Louisiana Wirless for the High Speed internet device. This is very very good. Im a streamer and, it works great. You can also choose to purchase a signal booster that, I havent purchased, yet. All of my tvs uses wifi, as well as, laptops, desktop, and phones. So far, it has been great. I do recommend this. And Raven is excellent as far as customer service.

Employees very unprofessional very unorganized my Service was not working correctly for over 2 months and they told me it was nothing they could do if you don’t like the service go elsewhere after I done paid for my service I don’t recommend it at All and just changed our contract without us signing it just sent out a picture of it say this was the new one just sad they only got one star because I had to give it to give my review

Almost every time I call no one answers the opelousas store. My hotspot box doesnt perform 50% as good as its suppose to. I was told I would get at least 3mbps and it only does 1 at its best. My box has crashed three times already this month and I still dont have a working box

I would not recommend them.I payed them to replace my screen because it was popping off and when I got it back within two days later it was worse than when it went in.My screen is basically off the phone.I don’t recommend that you bring anything to them
