My wife and I was assisted by Eric at the Opelousas La. Store. He was absolutely awesome. He was patient and thorough. You can tell when a person like what they do. His customer service was the definition of customer service. If you need assistance with your AT&T cell phone service....see Eric...great job Eric!!
My sales rep Mr. Ronald Paul did an amazing job by providing excellent customer service, providing understanding of my new services and made sure my services was in good standing before leaving the store. He answered all of my questions and concerns with high priority and as a customer I was pleased. I will not only recommend my family and friends to visit this AT&T Retail Store but to seek Mr. Paul for any issues or help they may need.
Went to the Eunice store, very rude, had 4 people working there,had no other customers,yet not one gave me a minute of their time. Just said we cant help you. I asked them to please call AT&T for me and they all answered no at the same time. Went 2 years ago and bought 2 phones with them x the service was awesome..but definitely new people there now. No familiar faces or great service there.
If the manager there as well as the associate(dont think she told me her name)who helped us is the best you all can do, I suggest closing the location. It was an utter embarrassment the way they both behaved, and my son and I walked out, tired of waiting for them to come back from the back of the store, to explain the phone plan to me. Also, please inform your manager to not communicate on either Snapchat or Tik Tok in front of customers. My son and I couldnt care less if his friend was going to buy a bike. I will never return, and more than likely will no longer be an AT&T customer. I wish I could give this experience 0 stars!

This was the most helpful visit that. I’ve ever had at AT&T . The sales person was so friendly and eager to serve us. She listened to our request and went through several options just to make sure we were getting the best price and then after we got our new phones she helped us set them up. Saying things have been stressful the past few weeks is an understatement. Hurricane Laura has changed our life forever. We needed to change cell companies and decided to go to AT&T in Opelousas. Best decision ever made. We were there for a few hours making several changes and our sales consultant was AWESOME... Diamond Green was so kind, explained everything and provided us the best package. She had us laughing thru the whole process which was great because it allowed us to take our minds off of what’s going even if it’s just for a little while. We also met the supervisor and other consultants. Everyone was very pleasant. It was a great experience. I give them all 10 stars.
My phone screen died and I went to the nearest AT&T Store to get my phone fixed or replaced. They tried to do what they could and then set me up for a repair at Ifixit. Ifixit wouldnt repair it and I called a store nearby to see what else I could do. They were rude and unhelpful (I left them a review). I called back at this store the next day and they were bend over backwards helpful. I will not ever go to any stores in Lafayette. I am so glad I live near this location. They are really great.
Was led to believe I needed to add an extra line for a discount, but later visited a different location to find out that it was only a sales pitch because they make a commission on adding new lines
I visited the Opelousas at store recently and was thrilled to know that my favorite worker is still there. Ms Kalynn has been assisting me with my account for the past 4 years. I will only see her when I go into the location. I’ve referred so many people to her over the years as well. She knows her stuff and I trust her expert opinion. She goes into great detail explaining me things that I don’t understand. She speaks well and clear for an older person like myself. I just want ATT to know how valuable she is and I hope she doesn’t go anywhere!
Yes I would like to start by saying that the young lady that assisted my son today was above average!!! Ms Castile is a very valuable asset to your company!!! She demonstrated patient, professionalism, kindness, and above all understanding!!!! Her store manager Ms TIFFANY and Mr. O my!!!! Is it Mr Colby? They all were great!!!!! Because of the leadership and professionalism demonstrated at this facility it should be a model for your stores nationwide!!! My nightmare, my identity was stolen, I had to change my phone number and my phone, I don’t think my son and I waited 5min. The young lady Shalion?, she introduced herself offered her help, She listened to my story, I was impressed with her interest, making eye contact at all times, I’m 64y/o, had a stroke in 2011,but well recovered, her knowledge of work made me feel at ease, I was ashamed, but not for long, I know her caring and winning attitude is not in-her job description, she took her time with me while she was in my account she offered to check for suspicious activity, well I was shocked, with what she found, instructing us exactly What had to be done, It was obvious she really was proud of AT&T, so am I, I’ll never forget this young lady AT&T should be proud to have her. She really took her time with me, we didn’t know each other

I went to a different store (no name) and was misled on a promotional offer that wasnt really a free phone but these guys caught it. Worst service ever. We walk in and don’t get greeted, every worker is in the back. Our sales person, Amanda, had an attitude the entire time. And every question we asked she said “what you mean”. I’m a sales associate myself and it’s our duty to display the product we’re selling. If you don’t like your job, leave.

Quann was so patient explaining data plans to my grandmother with her new iPhone. We had no wait time and the problem was resolved within 10-15 minutes.
I went there to activate my new phone. The workers didn’t help me they made me do everything on my own. And they refused to sell me a phone case. They made me move. Everything I did I mid as well go work over there. Cause I activated my own phone. I put my SIM card in and I used an app to transfer my pictures and videos and contacts.

For the first time in a while I went to the store n this lady help me out really fast because most of the times I have gone to the store they had more people in the lil office then on floor. I had got to the point that i rather call the main office on the phone then go inside the store.
Jasmine, in the Opelousas store was very professional, and most helpful. I believe that she is management material!!
We waited an hour. IntIn this time we watched 3 employees (of the 4) wait on 1 customer..... One of which was literally just standing there watching the other 2. We were one of 4 other customers waiting to be served. One of those employees finally realized 2 was enough to help the customer .... Then went to another customer who was already working with an employee.... Thus having 2 employees with each of the 2 customers being assisted, while 5 more stood around. We couldnt even ask the 1 question we had that would have saved us waiting at all, and could have just left, like we did as soon as we finally spoke to an employee after an hour and 15 minutes of standing around.2 stars are for the fact that the employees were very friendly, albeit very unassistive.

We were going into the store to get an accessory and when we got in another lady came in behind us. After waiting awhile the lady behind us got attended to before us. We had the store clerk tell us that she had an appointment when she walked in after us. This was the worse experience i ever had

Very slow. Too many employees sitting around talk g to each other instead of helping customers. I walked in they usually meet you at door and take your name. I was hollered at, hey over here. I was made to walk and meet employee sitting at a table with 2 other employees so she could take my name. Very few professional employees. But the manager is the leader. He acts the same way. No sense of urgency to help customer.

Youre better off driving to Lafayette. Avoid if possible. Waited 2+ hours for service; had to leave and couldnt complete my request. Took a Lafayette store under 15 minutes.

I rather deal with AT&T in ville platte, the rep at the store wasn’t friendly at all and I waited for 30 mins just to get a new device no one smiled or even mentioned they would be with me in a second just to keep me comfortable. I will no longer visit this store.

Lesson learned.. just drive to Lafayette or anywhere but here! By far the worst customer service provided by the assistant manager. Multiple trips to the store because the initial order was never placed, we were given wrong prices, and promised that there would be a bill credit being that we never received internet service (Bc we were told it wasn’t available). Well bill comes in the mail and there’s no credit whatsoever and being that he didn’t make a note in the system, customer service couldn’t do anything about it. So we return to the store at this point to talk to the assistant manager and store manager to get this issue resolved. We arrived at 1:25, signed in, and were told we would have to wait because the assistant manager was with a customer and the store manager wasn’t there at the moment. The assistant manager finished with that customer and proceeded to bounce around to other customers. After waiting for about 1.5 hours he finally makes his way to the table. At this point it’s just ridiculous and we address that we had been waiting and he knew we were waiting on him because another employee had made him aware. He proceeded to make excuses by saying it was so busy in there and he didn’t know we were there to speak to him. Lie 1! Next we addressed the bill credit that he promised on our second trip to the store. He said he hadn’t said that, but then he said maybe $20 or $40 off! Which he never once specified an amount because he said he would credit the entire bill because it was their fault that the first order wasn’t put in. Lie 2! After trying to talk to him, he became very defensive and outright rude..all over something that he said he would do but didn’t. No one should every speak to a customer in that tone, especially when it’s a mistake on your part. OWN IT and FIX IT! He ended up going to get the store manager because he knew that he had been caught in a lie and clearly wasn’t going to own up to it. The store manager came over to get a better understanding of what had taken place, he was very professional, knowledgeable and provided the type of customer service that someone in any profession should possess. He made sure our order was put in correctly and we’re even getting internet after being told it wasn’t available. So big thanks to him!

First off the lady that was supposed to be helping my wife and I kept walking off to go talk to another lady about her or someone else being pregnant. Then she started gossiping with the guy at the next table about the girl. The point is she was very rude and not helpful at all. And not to mention they should just change the name from AT&T to Apple & Samsung because thats the only phones they offer. Bottom LINE IS my experience with AT&T was the same as usual PATHETIC. I have switched to a different carrier.
The manger was very ugly and un willing to help. In fact he was so rude that he walked me out the door. I was handling a mistake that they made not me.....WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THIS STORE AGAIN!!!

Terrible service. Had pre paid for a brand new phone and went to pick it up and they wouldn’t let me leave with it after sitting in the lobby for two hours for still to this day unknown reasons. I asked for the assistant manager which only made things worse. The assistant manager was a joke. Took her 30 minutes to come out from the back to assist and when she did finally come out she was rude as hell. Long story short I will not be coming back to this store again. Would rather make the trip to Lafayette.

I went the other day to see about getting a new phone. I am pre-paid and when I was waiting my number went from #6 to #9 because three people who were contract (I heard then tell the sign in lady) walked in. When someone finally decided to service me I was told that because I am a pre-paid customer that there was nothing they could do for me!

Employees are not friendly. I had an issue with my phone and had to purchase another phone which was a ZTE brand and phone had muffled sounds. The other party on the phone had issues hearing me. Called customer service was told I can exchange or select a new phone cause it was five days later buyers remorse. The AT&T store wanted me to exchange for the same phone. I was charged a $45 restocking fee for a phone that didnt work. And had to pay additional money for another brand phone which I am pleased with. AT&T YOU SHOULD HAVE A LOYALTY PROGRAM FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE BEEN WITH YOUR COMPANY FOR OVER SEVEN YEARS WHEN TRYING TO PURCHASE FROM YOUR COMPANY STORE. I would rather drive the distance than to shop at the opelousas store.The opelousas store did not honor what customer service said about waiving the restocking fee.

Every Single time I go to this store, there is a problem. Dont bother getting Wi-Fi on the go from them unless u want to wait a hour every month to pay the bill, they sell things they dont know anything about, Ever try training your employees to know just a little bit your products??? Horrible service, had to be the worst I have ever encountered!!!

This store is messed up. They will say anything to get the sale then tell you something completely different later. I got a new iPad and wanted it in the rose gold but all they had was silver. They said come back in a few day to swap it out. I wait and then they don’t even order one to have in stock for me to exchange. So now I’m stuck with the silver.
