Maaco personnel are professional and courteous. They repaired a dent on my Chevy Cruze recently. Not only was it a perfect repair but my car was cleaned inside and out! They give a very fair estimate of the cost to repair your car. When I arrived to get my vehicle, the full cost was the amount estimated. No surprises - just courteous service and a feeling that their customers are special. I give them my highest recommendation!

$700 estimate to paint a bumper cover, already removed from the vehicle and without damaged.Seriously? At maaco? Thats laughable.

I took my 2008 Mustang in to get it painted a specific color. I went with the most expensive estimate with all the extras. The car was painted the wrong color even after I provided a sample of paint the correct color. In short I paid over $2400.00 dollars to get my car painted a color I do not care for and the total nonchalance with which I was treated when I pointed this out infuriates me. I would not recommend these unprofessional individuals to paint an automobile. I called the number in the response below and after spending an hour on hold I hung up. I sent an e-mail to the address below but I had already sent one and got no response so I guess well see....I posted a photo of the color I wanted and the color the car was painted with this update.Update: I received a response from Maaco to a Better Business Bureau complaint. They completely misrepresented the facts (THEY LIED). In their response there was no mention of the paint that I provided as a sample. The car is being wrapped in the correct color by someone. They didnt have the issues with providing the correct color. There is no customer support at Maaco so if you let these folks mess your car up dont expect the corporation to fix anything. Caveat emptor (let the buyer beware)Final update: First, as to the canned response, this is apparently exactly the kind of service you should expect from Maaco! The customer service phone is not answered and the emails are not responded to. The official party line from Maaco is that Maaco can not be held responsible for the color of a paint job. Really, then just who is? Nonexistent customer service and a cant do wont do attitude are what you should expect from this business.

My truck had issues on top and hood and Maaco gave me an estimate on a total repaint. The red color would look two tone because of 13 years of fade. So I read reviews and was a little worried. But Surprise! The paint job was very good. No lazy masking issues and a really good job on it. Since I never plan to enter any car shows, I give the paint a 10 on value. My family and I have been using this company for years always good job, but this time quality was awful . The response was you got no body work. I would have expected to at least receive a phone call explaining this isnt coming out well. You need to get body work in order to get an nice paint job. Very disappointed regardless of what I asked for originally. I will not return.

Oh wow, These guys are awesome. Trust me, we gave our truck a thorough inspection before leaving. Dare I say it came out flawless. This is the second Time we have been to the Orange Park Macao. They will definitely get my business again. But hopefully not to soon. Good people, friendly & thorough. Showed us examples of what was going to be done. Very professional. Thanx again Macao.

I took them the front and rear bumper cover to paint. The covers were new and unpainted, there was a mark on the front bumper that happen in shipping to me, they assured me that when they printed the bumpers that would sand out. Not only was that mark there but there was new marks in the rear bumper, and there was trash in the paint. They said they would fix these problems when I had installed them on the car, when I took the car back to them they then denied to fix the problems under the paint claiming they were cracks in the new bumper, and I would have to come back another day for them to fix the trash in the paint but acted like they didnt want to fix that either. I would not want to let bad work come out of my shop like this and not try to fix the problem, I would not recommend this place to The members in my Lincoln club or anyone else

I took my truck here to have it repainted, so far it its holding up nice. Yes, you get what you pay for but I am quite happy with the appearance and it not decimating my wallet.

I just bought a 1999 Chevy Metro and had it painted at Maaco. I picked it up this morning and I couldn’t be happier. It looks brand new! The work is fantastic. The color is even, the paint is smooth and shiny, and there are no missed spots or overspray. The customer service was exceptional, the price was very reasonable, and the turnaround time was far shorter than I’d expected. I’d happily recommend this company, and especially this location, to anyone needing a quality paint job.

I took my car here to get painted and they did a phenomenal job! I had two discolored fenders and a bumper that needed a little TLC but they handled it perfectly. It took a little longer than expected but was definitely worth the wait!

This was by far the poorest quality of work I have had in quite some time!! The key entries were painted over and all emblems removed from car,just spent over 70.00 to reorder those parts! Hard to find anyone that could speak English except the receptionist at the counter. I thought the car was to be sanded to remove scratches that were previously in the paint.the gentleman tried to explain to me in his best attempt to indicate that the job was primarily for the hood and the top of car where there was rust damage and that it would cost more for the additional sanding on the sides of the vehicle! I had my truck painted a couple months ago. After about a month the paint started chipping in multiple places so I took it to get fixed. The guy argued with me about fixing it so I came back another day to talk to a different guy. They took nearly two weeks to fix it and I’ve had it back about a week now and it’s chipping in the same places already. Keep in mind I paid $3800 for this paint job and it’s chipping in multiple places, dry spots all over the truck, and sanding marks. I paid the price for a professional job but got the quality of a $500 paint job

Ive never had a bad experience when bringing a car in for body work and yesterday was different. The estimator did a very thorough job of inspecting the damage to my vehicle, gave a fair price for the work to be done and told me my car would be ready in four days. I would not hesitate to recommend Maaco and Daniel to anyone who needs body work or painting of their vehicle.

The prices are high for nearly the same amount of of a dealership, you are better off taking it to the dealership. Customer service is mediocre. They only know how to do an estimate because they follow what the computer says but they are not sales people. They dont know how to sell their high estimates perhaps because they are not confident of their work and lack of knowledge. DONT TAKE A CHANCE!.

I drove my truck, (2003 3500 dodge Cummins) 45 miles to the macro paint shop in Orange Park. No problems or indicates anything was wrong with my truck. I left it at the shop on Monday morning about 10:00 am. On Wed. afternoon I was called by someone from macro, they said my truck was making a strange noise so they pushing it into the paint booth, I was on the road and in VA. so I couldnt go to the shop. When I returned Monday, I checked on my truck, drove to Orange Park, my truck was sounding like it was throwing a rod, it was painted, but not completed, We had to have a tow truck pick the truck up and take it to Palatka near our home, at a $150. expense, plus we had to pay for the paint job$ 1500. We found that the engine was destroyed, and had no oil pressure, tis truck has never given us any trouble and the Cummins diesel is one of the most dependable engines made. If I had been having trouble I would not have driven the truck all the way to Orange Park, nor should I have spent $ 1500 on a paint job. The management needs to chk the use of customers autos. A diesel engine doesnt just suddenly go, not with only 199k miles. These are average 500k engines, when my mech arrived to tow my truck he was told the truck came in making noise and I had oil pressure issues. This is not true and he new this. This is criminal what has been done to me. I hope this goes to cooperate HQ ..so they know the type of operation being run under the name.

I just had a 2009 lexus rx350 totally repainted due to the clear coat peeling. I obtained several estimates and finally decided on macco. They did an excellent job. The vehicle looks brand new. I selected the best paint packet they offered so I could get maximum quality of work. Daniel, the estimator, was extremely helpful from start to finish.

I took my truck to this location for repairs after an accident, on 6/29 I walked the Truck with the young lady at the desk and went over everything that needed to be fixed. I request to pay the parts deposit so the parts could be ordered before bring them my truck so that I wouldnt be without a vehicle for as long. I paid the parts deposit on 7/10. They had all the information on parts they needed to request a supplement from the insurance company, they called me on Aug.4th to tell me that the parts were in to drop the truck off on Mon. Aug. 7th. They did not request the 1st of 3 supplements until 8/8. They contacted me on 8/8 and stated that I could pay out of pocket to have my truck put back together if I wish because the insurance wasnt gonna cover it, they were informed that if that was the case I would fix it myself but that the insurance company had already told me that there were no problems and that they would cover it all. Now on 8/30( they have had my truck now since 8/4) they finally call and say my truck is ready, I get there and the Truck is in pieces! I tried to question why they had my truck for almost a month and all that was done was a bumper and hood latch replaced and they claim they were waiting on parts that they should have already had. Oh and the parts they were waiting on are not even installed in the truck! The Color match is horrible and my truck is still in pieces even though they billed the insurance company labor to install the parts, even charged labor to align the headlights that they DIDNT install because they are after market lightsand you have to clip into one wire on each light! Oh and they didnt even order the right lights (part # is on the lights)! All in all my experience with them has not been a good one to say the least and Im sure the states attorney will be happy to hear of the insurance fraud going in at this location!DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, THEY SUCK!!!

My Experience with Maaco was ok. It couldve been better. The paint job is great but the Estimator by the name of Desaria Santiago is Unorganized, Unprofessional, a Liar and will try to charge you for Labor work that was never discussed concerning your car. When needing assistant PLEASE ask for Daniel Vazquez. Hes very Professional and Honest. There were some minor things in reference to my car that I was displeased with. I would advise anyone who takes there vehicle to Maaco to do a thorough walk thru before leaving the premises. Also take before and after pics and keep all paper work from the Estimator.

I can’t say enough about our great experience. Daniel is so professional and handled our repair needs. We needed body work from an accident. The reason we chose Maaco was because before the accident we intended to have the car repainted and no other body shop would do the repairs and paint the entire car at the same time.
