I recently had my bathtub removed and a shower installed in its place because my elderly father is moving in and has a hard time getting in and out a tub. I called around and got two estimates. Even though Bath Planet costed a little more, I felt I made the correct decision. My initial appointment was with a field rep (not sure if this is the accurate title). He was very thorough with his presentation and brought several samples with him. At the end of our meeting, he told me the name of the Project Manager, who would contact me. Ms. Kyle contacted me, and we agreed to the start date of my project. A few days before the start date, Ms. Kyle called and said Mr. Tony would be the worker doing the project. During my initial meeting, I had stressed that I didn’t want the wallpaper on the adjacent walls to be removed. Mr. Tony did a spectacular job of replacing the tub with a beautiful shower and didn’t mess up the wallpaper. He worked two full days. At the end of the first day, he cleaned up as best as he could and even swept my foyer. After he completed the project, he did a fantastic job cleaning the bathroom and sweeping down the foyer again. I am very thankful and appreciative of the staff and workers at Bath Planet.

I had a bathroom remodel done. I found Bath Planet to be the most reasonably priced. Ravi did the remodel start to finish and was quiet even during the demolition stage. He asked my opinion on any questions and my new bathroom is exactly as I envisioned. I am very happy and anytime I am asked I recommend Bath Planet.

The initial consultation went smoothly and all my questions were answered. The installer was late but worked diligently to make up for lost time. After day 1, he informed me that this may take an extra day as he needed to install some wood panels to ensure the installation was done properly. However, halfway into day 2, I was pleasantly surprised when the installer told me that we would be able to complete the job that day. I appreciate how transparent everyone was and am happy with how the shower turned out!

Outstanding company! I had my tub removed, and replaced with a shower. I had several estimates from Angie’s List and decided to go with Bath Planet even though their estimate was a little higher. A couple of factors went into my decision. The first factor was my initial meeting with their representative. He brought a guy in training with him and asked if it was alright. As he explained the materials that would be used, he made sure I fully understood the different types of material so that I could make a wise decision. I watched how he interacted with the other guy as well.We came to a decision, and he told me that I would be hearing from the Project Manager soon to set up the dates. The second factor was when the Project Manager (Ms. Kyle) called and explained the rest of the process. She was very friendly and spoke with a soft voice. She called again as we got closer to the start date to make sure everything on my end was good to go. At that time, she gave me the name of the individual who would be completing the project.The final factor was when Tony showed up to do the work. He was the hardest worker that I had ever seen. He took pride in every detail of the project. After the first night, he cleaned up my bathroom and even swept down the foyer. Tony completed the project in two days. After he completed the project, he cleaned the bathroom again and swept the foyer. Tony even went out of his way to adjust my screen door because it wasn’t closing fast enough.I am very pleased with my shower and have sent out numerous pictures to my friends and family. Thank you, Bath Planet, for treating me like family.

Extremely satisfied with job. Completely remodeled old shower just in a few days. Came early every day and stayed until job was complete to our satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Feb 23, 2019: Bath Planet just finished remodeling my bath by taking out the tub and replacing it with a shower. It was a newly constructed home, but the builder wouldnt change the plans for us. They gave us a fair estimate, did the work in 2 days as estimated and did a fantastic job. The installers worked hard and consistently, with hardly a break. Clean-up was good and the results are fantastic. Since it was new construction, they didnt take out all the existing tile, as they would have for an older remodel, since they knew there wasnt any water damage behind the tile. They built up the wall where the tub was to match the existing tile depth and installed their shower walls over the top. They took care taking out the existing shower doors so that I could donate them to someone else, and even managed to take out the tub in one piece. I would highly recommend them and wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

A walk-in shower now replaces my old tub/shower insert. The transformation has elevated my bathroom to a luxury resort ambiance and I feel like I am on a mini vacation when I shower. The job is flawless, the material superb and resembles actual marble. Why did I wait so long to explore this avenue of updating my bathroom. It was done in a day and a half. The installer was a perfectionist and I ended up with a perfect new shower.

Bath Planet remodeled my shower. They did an outstanding job! Everyone from sales to installation was wonderful. The price was reasonable and my bathroom looks like a private spa. I will go back to them when I remodel my other bathroom.

We had a tub changed to a shower with safety bar. Every one was very professional with constant contact through the entire process. The actual work took 2 days. The product is easy to clean and looks beautiful.

If youre looking for more than just a re shower / tub installation do not use this company, it it was a disaster from the get-go the salesman assured us that this job would be done to our satisfaction and in a timely manner...Not the case, what was supposed to be a week long job, turned into over six weeks of hassles, phone calls, revisit to correct work that was done wrong, or of poor quatily

Master Tech Ravi worked on our master and guest bath reno which included removing the tub/shower and tiled walls and replacing them with walk-in shower of acrylic with extra height glass doors and new fixtures. They do a full turn key project by totally gutting the tub/shower area to ensure there is no hidden rot or damage, and then rebuild from a solid base and all in the stated time frame. We are truely impressed with their craftmanship and professionalism. We cant help but praise both Ravi and Eldon for the effort they both put in to make sure we had the perfect bath remodels. Our initial appointment with John was great! Hooked us in and he even assured us that he would be on top off the quality control.A few weeks into the remodel we started noticing things such as all of the insulation removed from the attic was never replaced, pipes were not insulated, shelves were installed crooked, silicone was applied in globs and our new shower head was eaten up by the installers wrench.To there credit the came back twice to smooth out silicone, replace shower head and fix shelves. We were so done with them that we signed off on the completed form just to get them out of our home.We were charged an extra thousand dollars over the quote to have Sheetrock, plumbing and electrical work done.We now have hot water in our toilet curtesy of the handyman they hire.. and yes, the plumbing is now closed off behind the Sheetrock he installed.We did have an electrical issue that was easily fixed but the Sheetrock job...The only time we saw John was one time when we sent photos of the shelves, silicone and shower head.The lack of quality is mind numbing. We spent a total of twelve thousand dollars to have a great bathroom that we would love to spend long showers in.For now the guest bathroom has done the job.Never again

I had no intentions on remodeling my bathroom but after seeing what they could do and the promotion they had...I was hooked! I was excited to get the absolute junk from Bath Fitter out!!! I had a design consultation by John, decided to buy then had my new bathroom installed in a day just as advertised! The guys were very professional. They put down runners where they walked, they were on time and put up barriers so I wouldnt deal with any dust. I get compliments from everyone that visits now! Absolutely Beautiful! Real solid craftsmanship!! So happy that a total rip out was done instead of a flimsy cover up. Extra 2x4s added to make sure hand rails are solidly secure. The man who done the work was a true craftsman that paid attention to my concerns. He even suggested an extra 12 hand rail to assist with getting in and out of shower. My wife can now set to shave her legs and to wash her long blonde hair. I have broken my ankles in a bad accident so now I can safely set to wash my feet.We are also impressed with the high quality materials used. We have no buyers remorse because Bath Planet covered all of our concerns.We are very happy and safe, Thank you, Bath Planet, yall are the Best!!

We have a relatively new home and was looking to replace the unremarkable fiberglass Shower/Tub unit installed by our home builder. After a few weeks of comparison shopping, we chose Bath Planet of Jacksonville over Bathfitters and BathWrap. We discovered while shopping that a tub/shower conversion to an exclusive shower unit is by no means an inexpensive renovation. Bath Planet had a few decent reviews and was slightly less expensive than the competition. Approximately 7 weeks from the day we left our deposit, 2 courteous Bath Planet employees removed the old unit, prepped the cement floor, and fortified all of the walls with Green Board.The complete install took nearly 2 days and the installers did their best to keep the surrounding area of the house clean. We chose the subway tile walls with a Listello border and chrome grab bar. When finished, aside from a few imperfections (several scratches on the acrylic wall and the uneven install of the grab bar), the new shower was a drastic improvement from the previous bath unit. Kyle, the Bath Planet customer service representative, relayed our concerns to Elden, the field supervisor, who responded quickly and efficiently, essentially buffing out the wall scratches and leveling the grab bar. We were very satisfied with the response provided by Kyle, and ultimately Elden. We are also very satisfied with the new look of our 2nd bathroom.

Bath Planet did a good job on our shower stall. A couple issues I had was the time in which it took to start the project and it seems a bit pricey for a shower stall. They should itemize the work they do to justify the cost.

I want o apologize to John, like I said the small things make you crazy he called came right away o my house and ask what can I do to make it right Very polite an helpful . my bath is is beautiful and I would definitely recommend Bath Planet.again heart felt I am sorry .And to he naysayers no money was involved with the apology! !!!

Very professional and did an excellent job on covering my existing tile shower with acrylic on all walls, floor and ceiling. Would definitely recommend them.

Superb service. Excellent workmanship. Had a tub to shower conversion done the workman (David) arrived on time everyday (called daily to notify of arrival time). Left the work site organized and neat at the end of each day, never any mess or dust etc. anywhere in the house. Would definitely use Bath Planet again!
