JQ at this location was very helpful! I went to the store pretty much knowing what I wanted. He suggested a couple different mattresses similar to what I was looking at just to make sure. There were a couple different brands I had been researching that they didn’t have in the store. That’s the only reason for the 4 star. The check out process was easy and delivery was quick! Would definitely recommend this location to others.

First time purchasing my own bed. Usually it’s been hand me downs. Zachariah Odehn Was professional and informative about the features of the tempurpedic I purchased today. Gave me multiple options on what mattress would help improve my sleep. Can’t wait to get mine so I can set it up and hopefully sleep better than I am now. My only regret is I couldn’t get the base that adjusts, massages, and gives me details about how I am sleeping. Was a nice feature but had to settle with the base model that goes with the mattress so the warranty doesn’t void. Thank you.

We were shopping for a new mattress. The salesperson, Richard, not only showed us the mattresses, went over the benefits of each, gave us several options, and let us try them out. We were pricing against a Sleep number bed that was more expensive and our concern was mostly about the possibility of it losing air. We were drawn by the free adjustablebase. We ended up going with a Temperpedic bed that not only adjusts but felt amazing! Richard took the time to go over the options to make sure we were happy.

Visted the store on Blanding twice. First visit we had Richard helping us and the second visit was Jim. Both of these gentleman made us feel comfortable in the store and spent a great deal of time explaining all the ins and outs of the mattresses we were looking at. We were focused on two high end units and we were having a difficult time making the decision. No problem, Jim gave us space to discuss it. Never an ounce of pressure or hassle. I know we asked the same question over and over and each time they readily answered in detail. The financing is the best deal in town. 0 percent for 5 years. We purchased the Intellibed and spent nearly $7k...but our sleep has been terrible and this surely will help. But better than that we have 120 days to decide if it works for us. If it doesnt we can trade in for the other unit or actually any other unit we like for a small charge. $150 to deliver that mattress and set it up is cheap. Save your back people. Jim is usually at Middleburg. Hes fantastic. Richard too...go to Mattress Firm, you wont be disappointed.

He was not pushy and gave us space to talk about our decision, yet was also very attentive to our needs. My husband and I were looking at mattresses here this week. Ben was incredibly patient with us (my husband asks a lot of questions and wants to try ALL the options haha). Ben showed us quite a few options at various price points and never pressured us to make a purchase. In fact, he told us he works on commission (when I directly asked him), but still referred us to a different location to try a model he didnt have in his store.We ended up going with a pre-owned mattress from somewhere else for now so we can save for the one we really want, but I would gladly do business here. We visited a few weeks ago looking for a mattress, knowing up front that we would not be making a purchase that evening. We informed Zachariah of this, and rather than be how I would imagine a normal salesman to be, he was still extremely helpful and pleasant. He even stayed late (we got there pretty late by pure accident and took longer than anyone was planning for us to) without even the slightest hint of annoyance or unwillingness to help us. In the end, I did end up coming in today and purchasing the mattress that we had decided on and Zachariah was able to help again with making sure the process was as simple as possible and found the best deal possible for me on it. I’ve been using mattress Firm sends 2015 and every time I need a new one I go back to my local mattress firm. So it was time again so I looked over there web site to get an idea and then I called my local store and spoke with Christopher I had chosen a snug 8 inch memory foam mattress worst mattress ever I wouldn’t recommend that mattress to anyone but it wasn’t 8 inches it was 63/4 maybe 7 inches and what it did to my back let’s just say I’m still feeling it.I called Christopher up and said this has to go he was very professional and understanding and went out of his way to help me he let me know that this mattress could be returned no questions ask and he helped me find a new one witch he had delivered the next day by 11am.So if your thinking about a new mattress and box spring or you just need a new mattress think Mattress Firm the staff is friendly, understanding professional and will always go out of there way to help you.

Ive been meaning to buy a mattress for a while now. I just havent had the time to look. I went to Mattress Firm because they were having a sale for the New Year. Brandon greeted me and was very helpful. I have a lot of back issues and hip/leg issues. I told him what I was looking for and why. I only had to try 2 mattresses after a firmness was determined. I think Ill be very happy with my new bed. He was also able to get me a good deal on an adjustable base.

The guys arrive and ask us for tools to use so they can put together the bed for us!! Why am I paying for a service and they don’t bring there own tools to complete the job?!?!!! A good company will supply their staff with the correct tools they need to complete the job the customers paid for!

Went to Mattress Form to get a box spring and metal frame for my daughter’s twin size bed. The experience was excellent. My husband and I along with the sales associate laughed made jokes and had a good time in the store.
