They were very helpful. Most of what you see in the store they have actually in stock. Compared to some of the chain furniture stores that were telling me 3 to 4 months wait times. They have a fairly large selection of furniture and also offer a military discount that removes the sales tax.

We moved into our new home and needed a large couch to fit our large living room. Mike was very helpful and friendly. He helped us pick out a high quality sectional, explained the warranty and how it was built. He kept in touch with us on a weekly basis until it arrived. Very pleased with the quality of service and love that we could support a local, small business. The delivery team was on time, very professional and helpful.We will refer our friends here for sure.

I absolutely loved my experience with Jay and Adam and Noah and Ox in the store. In our time, we need to support our local businesses and Matt Thomas and QB&F is about as local as you can get in clay county. I was in a fortunate situation where I was able to purchase what turned into a whole house of furniture. Jay was dead on with price and customer service. Their delivery guys, Steve and Andrew delivered my stuff that night and we had some laughs. When things were needing to be ordered, Jay kept me in the loop multiple times. Had a great shopping experience with Mike. I love that the staff here isnt pushy, and they let you talk things over and shop without breathing down your neck. Thats always been our turn off at furniture stores. Love my new kitchen table and the delivery was prompt and kind, and fast! (Although they didnt call me first and give me a heads up 30 minutes prior.) Thats not a complaint though, just make sure you are at your house during the delivery window. Really great guys. Buyer Beware! Although the salesmen was very nice the couch that we picked out in the showroom was not the same as the one that was delivered to our home. The Manager said there was a no return policy. He would not budge on this. We had to accept the wrong couch. Be sure to check out your purchase. We are not happy with the couch we received.

After seeing several of their posts with nice furniture on FB, we finally went down to check it out. We needed a couple of beds and mattresses. Mike greeted us and walked us through, and he was an incredibly down to earth guy. Their prices were WAY better than anywhere else and it’s the SAME furniture as the big brand stores. We were in and out in 30 minutes or less getting everything we needed and delivered the next day!! It was painless, which has not been my experience furniture shopping usually! I’ll also add they had Christian music playing and they do bible studies when they’re slow. These guys are good people. The delivery was also excellent. The guys were super sweet and gave us some tips about the bunk beds before they left. Extremely happy with QBF!!

From pulling in to the parking lot (early) Mike greeted us coming out of his car and showed us inside the store. I truly hate writing negative reviews, but these people really burned me. We purchased a dresser from them that I was super excited about, we just bought a new home and I needed to slowly purchase pieces, so I planned to return to purchase the rest of the matching bedroom set. So we bought it and took it home to find that the drawer is broken. The bracket is completely separated from the wood, and pulled some of the wood apart with it. So we took it back to get a different one, but that one is broken too. So their response is to fix it and give us $50 back, but I don’t want to pay $300 for a fixed up broken dresser. They offered to give us the floor model, but I asked for my money back instead to buy something worth my $300. Then they say no refunds. They will hardly work with me and never told me about their no refunds policy. The dresser was in a box “brand new” shouldn’t have been broken and yet they don’t tell you no refunds until you get your receipt. Bad business! Needless to say they won’t be getting my business and I will be spreading the word of how they are a bad business.

They told us our couch would be here within 10-12 weeks. It’s been over the 12 weeks and now they’re telling us 7 more weeks but it not guaranteed. We wouldn’t have bought the couch if they told us to begin with. We asked for a refund and they won’t give it to us. Terrible customer service and people. The holidays are coming up and we have nothing to sit on. Don’t tell us false information and expect us to keep waiting. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The quality of my audberry dining set is great! The prices are very reasonable. Jacob was FANTASTIC. He was very professional and patient with me during my purchase. I bought a bed from there about 4-5 years ago and it hasnt broken yet and the bed is still very comfortable so I love this store.

It is unfortunate that I have to leave this review because the start of this purchase was fantastic, i purchased a complete bed set with box spring and mattress on July 3rd during the 4th of July sale, I had a great experience with Bruce. I was aware of the wait times due to the supply and demand of the furniture market during the pandemic. On August 15 a sales rep called me to let me know my sales rep had a death in the family but that things were still on track for delivery for September 1st. Never heard anything again till September 2 around 10:30 am which the sales rep told me that my furniture was going to be delivered Wednesday September 2 (the day hes calling me) or Thursday the 3rd between 11-3 i told them i was already at work for the day and i couldnt just go home and they told me they would call me back they were just waiting on the headboard for a final date but that it was in Jacksonville, at 4 pm Noah called me and i explained that we werent able to take time off in that short of a notice and he informed me that the owner of Quality bedding and the owner of the delivery company were offshore fishing together so he wouldnt be able to talk to them until Thursday September 3 and he would call me back and let me know then, we spoke of Friday September 4 and i told him sometimes my boyfriend is off on Fridays so it could work out.. Never heard from the business on Thursday September 3. Friday my boyfriend ended up taking off so he could be there for the furniture, they never showed up. I called them at 2:30 when he told me they still werent there and we are suppose to leave as soon as i get off work to go out of town at 4 pm. They informed me they were going to deliver our furniture on Saturday September 5 without even asking us if that was okay, if we had plans it was Labor day weekend. Then Noah proceeds to say its MY fault for not calling HIM back, that my communication was the issue. we were two hours late to leave for our vacation and we missed our ride and ended up having to drive ourselves and my boyfriend was out of 8 hours of pay which he didnt even need to take off for because they did not deliver till 4:30 and I was already off of work. THEN to make my experience so much better the dresser arrives damaged, structure damage, only the bottom drawers can open and close out of 9 drawers.Noah then calls around 7 to proceed to tell me this is what happens when we rush which he said multiple times and he told me he would call me back Saturday September 5 with a estimated date for the new dresser because we have been living in boxes since JULY 3rd when this was ordered... HE NEVER CALLED BACK. I had to call him Saturday at 6 pm they close at 7 pm for him to tell me oh i was going to call. I will honestly never use this company or ever recommend this company to anyone they wouldnt even refund the 150$ delivery fee for all the inconveniences they caused and they told me the manager of the delivery company and the manager of Quality bedding wasnt going to get involved. Poor customer service. Clearly doesnt care about the customers or making things right, i wanted to order a additional night stand because we were unsure if this was going to fit when we initially ordered and my mother in-law was going to order a bed set from them but they lost all of our business.

Very shady employee and manager. Before ordering a couch online I called and asked for an estimated delivery date. Marcus (I think thats his name) put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I waited 9 minutes. Called again and they said theyd call back but never did. Ended up placing the order online since most places are out of stock and their website didnt say anything about deliveries being delayed. I thought maybe the receipt would show a delivery date. Got the receipt in my email and there was nothing about the delivery date. Called the next day and they said theyd call me back in a few minutes with a delivery date. Nothing. Called again later and they said theyd call me back real soon. Nothing. I really needed a delivery date since I just moved to the area with 3 kids and had nothing to sit on. Called again later and asked to cancel the order. Same guy said I had to talk to the manager about that. I asked to talk to the manager and he said the manager was busy but would call me back. Nothing. Called again a couple of days later and talked to the manager who said he doesnt know how to cancel online orders (really?!?) but would figure out how to do it and call me back later. Nothing again. I ended up buying a couch at FL Furniture and they delivered next day and were super helpful. Stay away from this place!P.S. Owner replied below in a false manner. There wasn’t even an estimated delivery date. Not on the website, not on the receipt. AND they still haven’t called me back to cancel the order. They are being shady again trying to sound honest and apologetic.UPDATE 08/13/2020: Owner also lied by saying he processed my refund. No refund shows on my account and they still havent reached back to me.

It is unfortunate I have to write this review. I liked and trusted this staff very much when I purchased over $5,000 in furniture on April 15, 2019.I wasnt sure the items would work in my home, but was promised a 10 night guarantee by the owner, Matt, in front of my salesman, Mike, as a witness.The furniture was delivered on April 20th and my experience with the delivery/installers was fantastic. I had not moved in the house yet, so when I finally did on April 27th, I called the store to let them know that some items were not going to work and needed to be exchanged or returned. The mattress does not work with the adjustable bed as they promised it would. Its not foam so it does not bend with the frame as it should making this nearly $3,000 purchase a complete waste and dangerous for my little kids to roll off. See picture below.Also, the bed chosen for my kids did not fit in their room and has a design flaw which is not great for my kids safety and I just wanted to return or exchange for something else. The items were all brand new and unused and I was promised it would be no problem if anything didnt work out.On April 29th, Mike called me back to verify my purchase information and said Matt (the owner) would call me right back. However, Matt did not call back. I had to call 3 more times to eventually catch him at the store and he did told me he would personally call me right back and everything would be taken care of.I waited patiently for several days again with no response and finally started calling them again. This time Mike changed his tone from the friendly salesman and stated that their receipts say all sales were final or that there would be a 30% restocking fee. I reminded him that the owner promised a 10 Night guarantee and had already told me he would take care of it. Mike responded that Matt is known to make different deals with different people, but he is the owner so he could do whatever he wants. I may have been agreeable to a reasonable restocking fee, but again no one called me back.Ive waited patiently for almost a month now including over 5 phone calls and texts with the result so far being these guys are simply not keeping their word.I called again, this time Mike said that Matt was going through some personal issues and promised they would get back to me. That was over a week ago and its time to realize the sad truth that they have blown me off despite my cordial and reasonable requests and their promises.Im a small business owner as well and understand that things happen and we all get busy, but they did not treat me this way in person when I spent over $5,000. I value consistency and honesty in a business and this has been far from it.I have all my notes, dates, call logs and facts necessary and am simply requesting that this company do what we all agreed on. I was more than willing to be reasonable and flexible on returning or exchanging the items, but at this point I feel Im being forced to take public and legal action to encourage these guys to to keep their word. This has been a stressful situation and attorney fees might be necessary going forward, but I will do what I have to do to protect the integrity of our agreement.My family has spent over $10,000 with this store this year alone and I have referred several people to them in the past. I thought they were good people. Thats what makes this so unfortunate. The 2 stars are because I did like them and still have some hope they may come around. Its possibly they just keep forgetting or have some circumstances taking priority, but so far our agreement and their words have not been taken seriously.**edited to 1 star based on the reply that I call you AGAIN. 8/27 Called on Monday to confirm delivery for today. No record on the books. Mike was able to make arrangements for delivery. They were a head of deliveries today, husband gets off work drives an hour to meet them. Entertainment center is not on the truck. They need to go get it. My husband had to take off half of the day and is still waiting for the delivery to be completed. We spent $3,000 at your store. The right thing to do in customer service world is to have another worker drive it to the location. Not make the customer wait around for you to get to it. No follow through with customer service after you receive the monies. Car Salesman!The delivery gentleman were very nice and apologetic. Havent got an apology from the store.customer service.... After doing some shopping around at the major furniture stores this store came recommended from a family member. Everyone was very friendly as we walked around checking out the great selection. We returned 3 more times within 3 days and each time we were greeted warmly. We dealt with 4 different employees and everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with us. None were pushy and all had great personalities. We had a lot of questions that were all answered and spent a lot less money than we would’ve somewhere else and the quality was better. Me and my sister got a cheap mattress with a cheap pillow... it’s the best pillow ever and my sister say her mattress is amazing!

I am VERY impressed with this locally owned furniture store. The inside is huge, they have so much to choose from. I found a sectional and bedroom set that was several hundred dollars less than the other furniture stores. I bought it today and got it delivered today! I love that they did not pressure me, they answered all my questions. You can tell that they really care about people. What a GREAT Shopping Experience! I highly recommend Quality Bedding and Furniture store. I found my new furniture and mattress spot!

We have bought several pieces of furniture from these guys from bedroom sets to end tables, Mike and the guys there will do whatever they can to help you out without being pushy. If youre looking for something and dont see it, describe what youre looking for or what the use will be, sometimes they have other things in the back but not the room out front to display it.

I was originally impressed that every employee was pleasant and friendly. I wandered for a while and asked a million questions, but everyone was patient and still gave off a “no pressure” environment. I will say that it was confusing when I was told that there was a sale for “$799 for a sofa and love seat combination” but when I chose one set it did not apply to it. I just wish it had been more clearly presented. There was no price negotiation, but nonetheless, prices seemed comparable to other local furniture stores. However, it may be a few weeks before you get your order. That was surprising, but it may be common and I don’t know because it has been a while since I went furniture shopping. My only other problem was that, while I was paying for the furniture, my sales assistant literally had his back to me while talking to a buddy (not a customer) and was just reaching behind himself blindly to grab my receipt and card for me. They were talking from the second I put my card in the machine until I was opening the door to leave, and I had to walk around the entire front room to get to the door because they were blocking the pathway directly from the counter to the door. It’s not a huge deal, just seemed a bit unprofessional.

Mike was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Would recommend for all Your furniture needs.

Great customer service, awesome furniture and fair prices. I have been eyeing a sectional here for a few weeks and finally decided to visit their store to look at it. Mike helped us. I seen ads on Facebook and messaged Bruce who was very helpful. Once I was at the store Bruce showed me what they had in stock that I was looking for and Steve the delivery guy brought it the next day and assembled. One of the easiest purchases I have ever made. Highly recommend!

These guys made my furniture shopping really easy. I showed them a few pictures and described the theme for our house. From there these guys ran with it and helped me pretty much made it a one stop shop for me. We had to order a few pieces but they came in earlier than expected. The prices were great! Everyone I delt with from salesmen, warehouse workers and owner were great! I have already recommended them to all of my neighbors.

I can not say enough GOOD THINGS about Quality Bedding And Furniture. They can get you just about anything you want for the best price, just tell them what you are looking for and they are ready to help. We had exhausted our search trying to find exactly what our 12 year old wanted within a reasonable price point. They were easy to work with, made furniture shopping enjoyable, sat down with our 12 year old to help him find exactly what he wanted for his “teen room”. They were kind, considerate, respectful and patient. NOT PUSHY AT ALL! We walked out with 2 new beds, two nightstands, a dresser, a bookcase and a new sectional! LOL! All that for what we would have paid for 1 bed and nightstand at the other places we looked. The corner piece for our sectional was on back order for a few months, they called me EVERY FRIDAY to give us an update on the status of the remaining piece and worked with the manufacture to move up the delivery date and he did! He got it for us in just a couple weeks. We will make ALL our future purchases there…no question about it.
