The associates are so sweet! They are willing to jump and help you. You never feel rushed at check out or throughout any point of the interaction. Super sweet ladies!! Lots of fun trinkets and quality book selection. Check out bargain if you go because normal books are so much cheaper over there!

I love to walk through BAM and see what new books and those I missed are out. Being in the WordPress Community it is cool seeing WP books.

Its a book store. Whats not to love. Good selections of books and other items. Hard to not buy something when I visit here.

Books! Diverse selections of books. Ample space and easy to observe Covid-19 distance between customers. As usual, I have observe that in Jacksonville, the customer service lacks quality because the scarcity of employees.

Great sale on kid books and found a nice bible to read great investment! Kids were reading all the way back to ga. Way more books tgan than expected paid $111 all together for lots of books

Decent selection for the material I was looking for, surprised they even had anything related. Store was very clean and organized which made finding what I needed a breeze. On checkout the staff was super friendly and helpful, even helped save a few bucks, although it was due to an upgrade, the yearly membership, but I would of been nuts to not signup. Will shop here again.

Had all the books i was looking for, and when I had trouble finding certain authors the employees were super quick and efficient in finding them for me. The store has a very wide selection for books/manga/music and souvenirs, and all the aisles and walkways were wide enough for maybe 3 people at a time (most bookstores Ive visited had narrow aisles so i was glad for this store). All in all very good bookstore and definitely recommend.

Large selection of books and you can usually always find what youre looking for! The layout of the store changes somewhat frequently so your favorite section may be on the opposite end of the store the next time you visit.

I love Books-A-Million I enjoy walking around there and looking at all the interesting things to read magazines pens paper whatever you might need its there so if you havent been to Books-A-Million you need to go to employees a great people and I willing to extend a hand to help you to find whatever you need so yeah Books-A-Million five-stars to go check it out folks youll love it

Great deals, great books. Wish their was more of a childrens storybook collection of more classics. Maybe I missed them. But good discounts and super quick at the register.

Amazing selection of not JUST books, but collectibles and games as well, some of which I had not seen before! And amazingly upbeat and friendly staff.

Tonight, I had the pleasure of meeting Charlene Harris at Books a million. This is why books will never fade away completely and become all digital. It is the ability to meet an author and get their autograph. Then you will have a tangible part to treasure of the experience. Books a million often sponsor book signing for their customers. I think it is an excellent way to give back to the community by hosting such events. Ms. Harris was incredible and even had a question and answer session before the signing.

Ive always loved atmosphere and merchandise. The people are very helpful.

Vary clean and organized. Has a lot of magazines and different interests in books. I knock off a star because it is a little expensive and they dont have coffee and nice seating like boarders.

Would be great if they had a small sitting area for those having to wait for their kids to be done shopping. And no.. Not the ice cream area.

Need table n chairs. I had to stand the entire visit previewing books. There was no section of books by African American authors. My visit was short and purchased one book less than $20. Better arrangement of books with more categories would help.

Love this store. I buy my grand kids books here. They also have toys and collectables. I can spend over and hour just browsing and checking all the interesting things out without feeling harassed.

My daughters absolutely love coming here, we make a special trip about 10 miles and spend an hour or two. Theres a vast selection for all ages, and hundreds of items which arent books that theyll be excited about for birthday or Christmas presents. All the latest for adults and easy to find books by category.

The day I was there I found some great sales! I purchased Edgar Allen Poes complete works for $1! I bought 10 books for under $10.However, I did have to order the book I went in for.

Theres a reason I limit my to visits to Books A Million; everytime I walk thru the door its like Im suddenly lost in the shelves. The sections are clearly marked and organized and everyone is so friendly. Best day to go is a week day bc its less crowed and better parking. :) 5 stars!! Lola was pleasant to say the least at checkout, and the selections are overwhelming. Books-A-Million rarely disappoints. However, the only issue I have is that they overprice some of their items(not by much, but still). Other than that, I sincerely enjoyed visiting the store.Ill be back soon for more purchases utilizing that 10% discount that was offered to me.

I love the books and the toys that they have there. They have different topics there like fiction, horror, and others. Its a great place and I would go there if i were you.

I love Books-A-Million. Theres just something so calm and relaxing being surrounded by books. All different kinds of literature, fiction, non-fiction, space, science, etc. Something I think this generation has forgotten about is reading books, which helps to stimulate and sharpen the mind. I feel we need more book stores like this all over, and less technology.

Very good sales, I always get my yearly calendar, journals, books.(only on sale) That and its a very simple location and right next to a frozen yogurt place yum.

This location hasnt changed in 20 years. I love it but i feel its do for a more modern upgrade.

Its very organised and the staff is nice as well as helpful. I didnt give 4/5 stars because they dont have enough diversity in their selection of books. I wanted Sistah Souljah, Terri McMillan, Zanyn, Toni Morrison etc... But they didnt have many options.

People were nice . There inventory seemed extensive.

This book store used to be a fun and inviting place, where staff was friendly and knowledgeable, where chairs were available for shoppers to seat, and the aroma of coffee from the coffee shop would invite you in.The reality now is quite sad. They keep shuffling the genres around, no more chairs, no more coffee, clueless and sometimes rude staff, and overall a place with no personality. I use to long stopping there, now I just use the store as a short cut to the mall.

One thing I was sad about is I was looking for Angel cards and they were not there anymore hoping that they havent taken them off the shelves everything else was good

They always have a great selection of books. As much as my wife and I love Barnes & Noble, we end up coming here whenever we want to buy books at a brick-and-mortar bookstore.

Was there yesterday ... Sale was great but ummmmm where are the employees ?? For over 15 minutes between my daughter and I we went to both ends of the store to find someone as one of us stood at the register. I almost left but just as we were about to finally a lady popped up (whom I thought was a customer a couple aisles over because she was sitting in the floor READING a book and then didnt even have her mask on right. If you cant wear your mask properly then dont wear it at all because your doing nothing to help anyone.

Cluttered and little to any help around.

It is a modern bookstore . My issue is that I enjoy graphic novels and the store has had a serious decline in them . To be fair I dont know if its Books-A-Million at fault or the comic book companies .
