Everything in that store was over priced! Nothing really stood out in there. Perhaps they charge more for everything to make up for cd and dvd lost sales because that section was empty.

Not fully stocked, but stocked to a limit. They do have tons of music and plentiful movies. This is one of the few places I visit often.

They never restock their kpop section and when I put my phone and name down for them to text me when they did restock, they didnt.

Cant speak for all FYE stores but the one in the Orange Park Mall has an excellent range of vinyl records for sale. And a lot of FYE exclusive issues to boot. Good stuff!

The wait time in line was extremely long and there were only four customers in the entire store. With one customer in front of us, we waited approximately 10 minutes to get to check out. However, once we got to check out we discovered that the cashier was explaining all of the sales details attached to a membership card, which is what caused the delay. Great selection, hopefully next time the lines arent as slow.

This was so much fun, thought it was a little bit expensive with the underground aquarium closed. But loved loved loved the dolphins

Great selection of throwback and pop culture gear. Lots of neat little items and gift throughout the store. They stock new and used CDs and DVDs as well as box sets of popular TV shows.

Love the stuff they have here. I sometimes think twice before buying things here (or any FYE, really) because I know Im going to get those millions of questions at check out. Even when i say no to their rewards card and everything else they ask me if Id like to sign up for, they always ask if im sure like 4 times. I just want to buy my things and leave, stop asking so many questions!

We love buying stocking stuffers from here. They have some really cool and unusual candy. We also get little surprise bags and character socks from here.

Always find a movie I love

Cool place! Reminds me of the record stores in the 80s. They have DVDs, CDS record albums and everything collectable that goes with them. They are about 20 percent higher but have special offers like buy 2 get 1 free.

Pretty cool place with a variety nerd/geeky stuff which is perfect for me. However it seems like their product never cycles out besides their entrance display, always the same clothes funk pops and novelties.

Not a bad place but choices have been reduced since I was there last.

Good store, the employees could use coaching on how to take care of customers though .

Either the company or the employees are way too pushy about subscriptions to their mailer and their membership. Tried to buy 3 Reptar bars and spent 3 minutes telling the guy no several times, each met with solutions to problems I may have with it. So either the employees really dont mind pushing product or the company is too pushy with their sign up goals.

This company is slowly dying it feels like. They have their hands in everything from beauty products, anime merchandise and movies while not being able to be good at one thing. The staff were rude and the door smells funny.

Good store. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Lots of items. Only bad thing is when your checking out the litteraly force the fye back stage pass down your throat. Just to save 10% on that purchase. DO NOT sign up for it. Its hard as hell to cancel, you cant do it online, you have to call an 800 number and sit for 20 minutes listening to representative go on n on why you need this card. Save yourself the hassle and pass it up. But store is great.

FYE has a new manager in town. She runs a tight ship and the store has never been as clean and orderly until the new manager took over. They offer cds, dvd, series of television shows, lots of the shirts and candy from Japan. If they do not have an item in store, they will gladly order it for you and the item can be shipped to your home or the store. This alone makes shopping at FYE a pleasure.

I recognize the world is changing; but the ONE place i used to be able to buy cds from is now 60% clothing, 20% pop figures, 15% dvds, and 5% cds. Thus is coming from an ex-card holder (you know the weird card they try to sign you up for every time you buy something.). 2 star franchise.

I love FYE they always have a good variety of music and movies. And they also now have tshirts and some actu ok n figures too. They also sell records and record players which is cool. Its one of my favorite places to shop for .music and movies. The prices arent bad either. A lot of the movies are discounted.

Good deals and items they sell, except for the candy meth from breaking bad. There is a reason why they don’t sell candy cigarettes anymore...Associates are not that friendly and just seem like they only want to hang out. They were ease dropping into me and my wife’s conversation when we were looking at dvds. I don’t think they liked what we were talking about. The girl associate just stared at me at the cash register and the guy who rung my order up seemed relectuant to come to the cash register.

First off, I would like to state that i have been a loyal customer since FYE was Suncoast, but that all ended today. I was in the store today shopping for Christmas gifts for my family. While I was in line checking out (By the way it took about 30 minutes to check out.) I began to get irritated. I noticed that others in line were feeling exactly the same. There was only one associate helping the customers in line check out. She was young girl, I believe her name was Melanie. She was wearing a pink jacket and glasses. She seemed to be very helpful. I looked over my shoulder to see another associate standing in the front talking with someone. She stood in the exact same place for the whole entirety of my time in line. She paid no attention to the line or how busy the store was. She was too busy on her phone and having a good time with this person she was with. This isnt the worst part. Before I got to the front the woman who was doing nothing went up to the front and began to yell at the associate that was at the register. The girl began to cry and left the store. I couldnt believe what i saw. That was the most unprofessional thing i have ever seen in my life. I put everything i had down and went up to the front of line and asked the woman who was yelling what her name was, she was hesitant at first but she eventually told me. Her name was Nikky. I told her I would never shop here again. If you have employees who behave like this and and treat other employees like that, then that is horrible. And I will have nothing to do with this store anymore. What a shame, I always loved shopping here, but now I will just have to resort to Amazon heading foward. Incident Saturday 9/8/18 Iam really upset how the store management handled the shoplifting incident. Let say it like this, the orange park mall is bad and iam sure it get stolen a lot, but despite this not everybody is the same. 3 teenager 2 male one female coming in the store leaving the alarm goes off. The female stole an item for 4,99$ both males telling you they know nothing about it. Police came again both males telling they didnt know that she stole. Management request trespassing violation for all 3. It would take 5 min to look at the cameras to encounter that both males telling the truth. One stole and she gets the same punishment ( why because she is a sweet girl) that the 2 males who not even recognized what she did, thats how experienced that sweet girl Was! Iam the mother of one of the male customers and I tell you he had his credit card, his bank card and I raced him to pay for things. I requested to see the video but I got told it is not possible why ??? Watch the video before you punish people and make a difference between the person who stole and people who are with but didnt know what that one person did. Did she stole 1,2 or 3 popsicles?? One right I dont think that they made the plan together to share that or? A 4,99 item she know exactly what she was doing and that under 5 $ no charges against her. Just to make one thing clear iam absolutely against shoplifting but iam against unfairness to.
