Horrible place to shop especially in the summer!! There was no AC, when asked if it was on, the employees said the AC had been broke for a year. The employees had a fan blowing on them which is totally understandable but no way acceptable to be broke for a year!! I couldnt stand it and left

I shopped here on my vacation. The staff here was very helpful. When I’m back in the city of Jacksonville I’ll be more than likely shopping there again.

Great prices of course. Went for my daughter and got 2 awesome pairs of shoes. Service was very nice too. Definitely recommend

No problems with the store, however, the manager of the store in the Orange Park Mall is not professional and should be looked at for irresponsible behavior when dealing with outside vendors. Talking to her staff about her negative and racial thoughts towards outside vendors looks shameful on the company as a whole. I wont shop here.

Had great inventory and helpful associate that saved us money. Went somewhere else first and they were missing all kinds of sizes. Rack room had the sizes we need.

Got the wrong size shoe. And the employee not only made the return process easy. She ordered a different pair for me. She went above and beyond to help me.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the only had 4 styles of K Swiss shoes and 400-500 Nikes. Not everyone likes shoes that are the cost of a car payment.

Employee told me yesterday that they open at 10 today, I had a pair of shoes waiting for me to pick up after a hiccup on my end with payment yesterday. I came in this morning at 1030 to pick up shoes and had to wait until 11 until the store actually opened. I was frustrated to say the least, but was in and out shoes by 11:01

Brought a very comfortable pair of Nike slides from here. I wear these nike slides now, more than i wear my tennis shoes. They be feeling like i have on some house shoes. My girl brought them for me while we was in Jacksonville, now shes saying she has to find out where there at down here so she can buy herself a pair. Thats just how comfortable and how good they feel on your feet...

Someone recommended that I come here because they always have good deals, and they did. I purchased two pairs of shoes for my toddler for about $65. My son was not with me so he was not able to try on the shoes and the associate Ashanti informed me that I could just bring them back if it didnt fit. Got home and one pair didnt fit. Came back the next day and she remembered me. She helped me looked for the next size. They did not have it so she was able to order it online for me as the exchange. The process was so fast and easy!! Ashanti did everything work a smile on her face. Will definitely be coming back.
