Love this store!! They have GREAT sales sometimes!!! Well worth it... also if for some reason they do not have your size or you want a different color (if available) they will order it and either send them to your address or to the store for pick up.... and the 2 guys who were working the early afternoon we went in were AMAZING and SUPER SWEET.. They just had AMAZING customer service in this store!!!!!!!!!! The 2 guys working were funny too... they like to make customers smile and they like them to know any sales going on that day!!! AMAZING!!!

Well organized and very clean store. Lots of variety in the shoes they have in stock. Whoever does their visual merchandising did a fantastic job. The pricing was good compared to other stores. They did not have a lot of the larger size shoes in stock at this time which was disappointing but I did over hear a sales associate tell a customer to check back because they do get more styles in regularly. Definitely worth stopping in and checking out what they have.

That was the first time my husband wanted to go there to look for him some shoes while he was picking out some shoes he liked he had a few on the floor that he had picked out he was still looking he always like to buy more than one pair.While he was still looking at shoes this man who lookedlike the manager yelled downTo where me and my husband was standing was you done with this. He was very rude and the only two customers turn and looked. My husband said no those are the shoes he picking from my husband saw the employee start picking them up my husband said I was still looking and trying them on the man looked at him and kept on picking them up. My husband said you can keep them shoes and he will never come back.I started to walk out before himHoping there would be no problem between them two.Yall lost a good customer. IfHe liked the shoes and was taken care of he would of always came back we rode aways just to come to that store.

Came specifically for the buy one get one half off, which apparently they dont do anymore. Was just looking for some Crocs, Just a basic black. $60. You want a colored pair maybe the rainbow pair $65. Staff was not very friendly, and when I first look in the womens section I couldnt find the black one so I asked them where I could find them they told me it was in the mens section, but didnt point out where it was so I spent about 20 minutes looking for them before it actually found them. I did have a $10 off coupon but I still spent almost $100 on two pairs of shoes and one of them Im taking back

Came in to look for a pair of shoes for my upcoming trip to Seattle and Portland, after being in the store for a few mins a lady tells me I cant have my shopping bag from another store in the same plaza that I had just left. Meanwhile, theres an older lady dressed much better than I who was told no such thing and allowed to shop in peace. I guess wearing leggings and a tshirt makes you look like a theif. Also there were no signs posted anywhere saying this. Sounds like someone was profiling to me. I ended up not buying and took my money else where. I will never come back for myself or my family.

I think it would pay to be a Shoe Carnival member and use their coupons. The shoes are a good quality, no doubt, however, even the sale prices are a little high. Although, they had Levi shoes on sale, which is a good buy! Originally $50 on sale for $25, not bad! The salespeople are nice and friendly, the aisles of shoes are well organized. As long as the shoes are on sale, well be back to cruise.

What happened to buy one get the next pair 1/2 off. Havent been in forever and came here just for that deal.

Paid 150 for 5 pairs of shoes. I found also found everything I was looking for. If you are a member which is free to sign up you get free delivery if they dont have it in the stores. The coupons be like for online and the savings never are over $10.00.

Good selection of shoes for reasonable prices.

They mailed me a flyer advertising their $20 boot sale. I drove 50 minutes round trip and when I show up, I see this — empty shelves! I checked four different boots that were part of the sale and not one had my size!! So frustrating! Why spend money to advertise to customers when you don’t stock your shelves so we can buy? Dumb!

Walked in and no staff were anywhere to be seen, but the second we touched a shoe box we were being followed with every movement and watched by two employees from over our shoulders. They never once asked if we needed help and when we did try to find one for help not a single one was to be found once again... Then when we checked out the girl was rude. When she “looked up our number” for rewards she didn’t even touch the keyboard to put in our number, and yet told us we didn’t have one and had to sign up for one. We’ve had one for years and always get shoes there...

They dont have wide in some of their sandals

Ive been shopping at this location for many years, and we usually have a very good experience. I went in this evening to purchase school shoes for my son. We picked out a pair of shoes that were on the childrens clearance table, with a plastic sign on them marked as $29.99. I talked to my six-year-old son about making a good choice in picking out shoes that were on sale for a lower price. We got to the register and the shoes rang up as full price, $45. The young lady who helped me initially was very polite and said she would check with the manager. The manager came over, snotty from the moment that she approached us. I explained that the shoes were on the clearance table and had been marked as $29.99. She said, Well they rang up $45 so thats the price. I said Im not sure why they arent ringing up correctly buttbut were very clearly marked and were on the clearance table, and also are the only shoe of this style left in the store. She was very nasty and said, Show me the sign and I will give you the price. Unbelievable that a manager would be so accusatory to a customer and basically call me a liar in front of my husband and my small child. I replied, I cant show you the sign because it was a free-standing plastic sign which I moved to pick up and try on the shoes! She was extremely rude and hostile, and even admitted openly that the shoes were a return and that someone had just stuck them on that clearance table.Really?? You are going to accuse a customer of lying, when you are already trying to sell me used shoes at full price? Instead of arguing in front of my family in the middle of a store, I purchased the shoes for my son because he had already tried them on and was very excited to wear them for the first day of school. Absolutely unacceptable the nasty accusatory tone that she took with my family. If a shoe is displayed for a certain price, and placed on a clearance table, then honor the price. We selected these shoes specifically because we thought they were on sale. if your displays are not set uppup then that is your fault as the manager for not maintaining your store.I wasnt aware that I need to take photo of how shoes are displayed before I move them to try them on, in order for Shoe Carnival to honor the price that is displayed... I wish I had gotten the managers name but I was too mad and just walked out. If by some chance corporate does read this posting, I suggest you check and see who was managing the Orange Park store the evening of 8/10/20. I can guarantee you as rude as she was, it certainly wasnt the first time and it wont be the last that she treats a customer this poorly.

Had card issues, then couldn’t transfer anymore money because the dingus helping me neglected to say “if the full amount isn’t in there initially it’s going to keep that money “ I only had one card on me cause I’m waiting for a replacement. And only allows 3 transfers a month. Ate $140 and didn’t even get to leave with anything. Had to come all the way back just wish I didn’t need shoes or I’d have waited and gone somewhere better.Complete idiot never going here for shoes again.Thanks for letting me waste an hour of my day !

Love this store. We have bought so many shoes for our kids and ourselves here. They have some of the best deals in Jacksonville and orange park. The rewards really come in handy I find myself saving an additional 10 dollars ontop of the discounts everytime I go just from rewards.

I walked into exchange a pair of shoes I bought the day before for a smaller size. There was no one at the front counter. ( same as the day before) So I walked back to where I knew the shoes I had got were and a guy that works there goes “ are you exchanging those I said yes and he proceeded to snatch the bag out of my hand and take them to the front, at first I didn’t know what he was doing he didn’t say anything else to me didn’t give me time to get the size I needed to exchange them. I have never had someone treat me this way at any other store I have ever been to and I will not be back here ever again!!!!! There was nothing that said hey if your exchanging hunt down someone who works here and have them hold your merchandise at the front till your ready. Totally uncalled for behavior!!! Might want to rethink how you treat people had he not been wearing a shoe carnival shirt he would have got punched!!!!

The prices were very reasonable, we ended up with six pairs of shoes because of the BOGO event. All Nike, Adidas and even a pair of Timberland work boots for my husband. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful in sizing my 14 year old son who had just moved into mens sizes

Went into this store recently and never had a problem prior seeing as I had been in there multiple occasions beforehand. I purchased a pair of Adidas Ortholite Cloudfoams seeing as I was looking for new work shoes. When I got to the register, I was informed that the shoes were a size 14, a detail I missed when trying them on. Keep in mind, I wear a size 12. The box even said size 12 and was quite mangled even missing the lid I might add. The lady at the counter asked me if I knew they were 14s. I told her I did not. She asked me if I wanted her to check and see if they had a pair my size. Apparently they did not, a fact she failed to pass on to me but Im guessing she thought she did based on what occurred today. When I went home the other day from purchasing the shoes because they felt fine in store, I noticed that they were a bit clunky. Maybe it was because I was enamored at the fact I found Adidas for $40 and disregarded how they actually felt because I was distracted by the deal I was getting. So I went to exchange them today. The gentleman at the register was very congenial to the other customers. I told him that I would like to see if they had the same model of shoe in my size because I took them home and they didnt fit right. A rational consumer would expect to be greeted with an Im sorry sir, we do not have those in your size. Would you like us to go ahead and refund the money or possibly get store credit?. Instead what I got was the same lady mouthing off to her perfectly nice coworker about how she had already dealt with me before and that there werent a matching pair in my size, a fact unbeknownst to me. I dont want to hold Shoe Carnival responsible as I understand that one employee doesnt represent the entire organization however, if this is how customers are treated regularly then action does need to be taken. Overall, I was displeased with the encounter and will highly consider taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I come to this store a few times a year to buy for my family. Everyone is always pleasant and upbeat. Great selection and if they dont have your size they will order it for you. No one hovering over you but they do check on you to make sure you dont need help.

Meh. Wont get shoes here and really probably wont be back. Not one person helped us and the manager (or at least looked like the manager) was rude and only interested in spinning his wheel for his store coupon game.

Id give 5 stars but never have shoes in stock when i go here to buy for my boys.My orginal post is above. I am changing my review. They didnt have shoes in store so employee Nikki helped me place order to have delivered to my home. Nikki was super kind an very helpful the whole time i was in store.Finally my childrens shoes got delivered. We open them up, youngest shoes were good, right size an color. My oldest on other hand, wrong! The box clearly stated 5Y, left shoe was 5Y, right shoe was 4Y! How do they package an ship two different shoe sizes! I called location which i placed order, talked with manager shamika/Tameka an she told me to bring back shoes an we would get it handled. So thats what i did. Needless to say, i stated i was super upset as handing her box shoes, which her response was to roll her eyes!? Then states well ill see what i can do?! So i ended up leaving store with same two different size shoes an they didnt even order me right size shoes to have shipped over night to my house?! I left even more mad, called DM, Jerry Patnoude, he is driving from out of town to hand deliver my sons shoes! Granted have to wait 4 days. Just cant believe female manager told me to bring shoes, then end up wasting trip an time to leave store with shoes i brought an didnt even order my new shoes! Also got attitude, didnt get no discount.. money back... nothing! Craziness!

Me and my wife have bought shoes from here on different occasions but today was the first day we had serious problems where we were followed around and watched the entire time we were in the store. Treat it us like we were going to steal something period after asking us over 10 times if we need it help and us saying no were fine they then decided to send another employee over to follow us around and pretend like he was doing something on every part of the store we walked to. Needless to say there were other customers in the store that they were not doing this to I honestly feel like we were discriminated against and profiled because we were not dressed a certain way and because I have tattoos. I know that I will never shop here again and I encourage anybody that cares about how other people get treated not to shop here either. Give me and my wife were made to feel like criminals when we were paying customers

A rude sales person told me boots were bogo. When I made my selection and went to pay then I find out only womans boots on a small table were the ones on sale. NOT mens work boots. I was embarrassed cause I had to put a pair back.
