Luis & Brenda were absolutely one of best contractors I have every worked with. They are professional and very informative in guiding me through the remodeling of my Kitchen and Bathrooms. Wow!! This company is outstanding! I would highly recommend BLP Renovations to anyone and I would give more than 5 stars. They really exceeded my expectations. I live in a small 2 story home with one of the smallest kitchens. I had a vision, a dream, for years for my new kitchen. BLP Renovations/Kingsley Kitchens is an extremely reliable company. I highly recommend them. Louis and Brenda were very helpful in assisting us in designing our new kitchen and in providing helpful suggestions in making our small kitchen brighter and have more storage space. It was very easy working with them, was told the renovation would take about 6 weeks and it was done in that time frame. This is awesome, heard from numerous people what a nightmare their kitchen renovation was, not showing up etc. The deciding factor for us when choosing this company, they do not have sub contractors, they have their own employees and they show up and work long hours when you are told they will be there.Debbie and Dave Leer

Were it possible, I would give 10 stars. The work exceeded my expectations. Brenda and Luis are quality people as are the workers they employ. Attention was given to the smallest details to obtain perfection in the finished project. Anyone contemplating a project should certainly give BLP consideration. It is far easier to work with a small business than a large entity like the box stores. I read the only negative review and was astonished as it is totally different than my experience and I believe there is more to the story than what may be read here.

Louis and Brenda are extremely nice and very easy to work with. They made our kitchen look spectacular. I highly recommend this company, we will be using them for other areas of our house as well.

BLP Renovations proved to be the perfect choice for our bathroom update. Brenda and Luis were so easy to work with from start to finish! This was our first renovation so we were a bit anxious along the way, but there was really no need to be. We have the bathroom we wanted! We definitely recommend BLP Renovations. Brenda and Luis were easy to work with. They are very friendly and accommodating. Luis makes sure the job is done right and is always available for questions or concerns. He always addressed them timely. The kitchen design and suggestions for additional features such as undercabinet lighting and removing popcorn ceiling helped transform our home. The renovation included installing wood-look tile throughout the whole house except bedrooms, removing popcorn ceiling, installing recessed lighting, renovating the fireplace, painted all living areas, and knocking down walls to open up our kitchen to the living area. Our home looks like a totally new house thanks to Luis.

We had a dining room closed in with french doors and a patio door removed from our master bedroom. BLP was very reasonably priced and finished the job on time. We are absolutely thrilled with how smoothly everything went and how great it looks. Thank you!!

I had been thinking about remodeling our bathrooms for some time. I drive by BLP Renovations (Kingsley Kitchens) quite often. So one day my husband and I stopped and met Luis & Brenda; the owners, two of the nicest people you could ever meet. We discussed what work we wanted done and Luis came out the next day, reviewed what we had discussed and took that info back to the office for Brenda to work up an estimate.We also had gotten estimates from two other contractors. Even though you couldn’t compare the estimates apples to apples, they were within a couple of thousand dollars from each other. However, you know that feeling you get when things just seem to be right; well, going with Luis and Brenda just felt right. So we went with them and we’re glad we did.Brenda gave us a start date based on the delivery schedule for the two vanities which she put on-order the week we signed the contract. Luis, Daniel and Raphael came out to begin demolishing our 1975 bathrooms on the agreed upon date. We picked out the plumbing fixtures, flooring and wall tile, tub, toilets and hardware and they did all of the hard work. Daniel and Raphael did the majority of the work and both were excellent workers. At the end of the day, everything was picked up and cleaned. You wouldn’t have known any work was being done unless you were here watching them.We completely remodeled our guest bathroom with a new vanity, countertop, flooring & wall tile, new toilet and new tub. In the master bathroom we had new vanity, countertop, tile floor and new toilet installed but kept the garden shower as is.During the project my husband and Luis discussed making a change to the vanity in the master bath area prior to the manufacture ship date. This would also require moving the closet door wall over several inches. Luis suggested they install a new pocket door instead of using the existing louver door. He also suggested removing the soffit in the quest bathroom and redoing the ceiling. They were both good suggestions and even though this required a change to the design of the master bath vanity, Brenda was able to work with the manufacturer to make it happen and only delayed its shipment by a week. Of course, there was a cost increase as a result in the additional work, but it was very reasonable.When the job was complete we had two new, beautiful, and modern bathrooms.We highly recommend Kingsley Kitchens and would use them for any future remodeling job.Our thanks to Luis, Brenda, Daniel and Raphael for an excellent job.The McMillan’s

Middleburg Lowe’s wanted $400. Mandarin Lowe,s couldn’t give me an installation price until I paid for a measurement and detail. Home Depot cabinet designers work part time and are busy the rest of the time. I was tired of the run around at the big box stores. I took a chance on Kingsley Kitchens. The prices are right. The installation looks great. And I would do it again. I highly recommend Kingsley Kitchens.

We just finished a complete renovation of our kitchen bringing it into the modern world. We were met by Al Dorman of Kingsley Kitchens who showed us cabinets in his show room and then booked an appointment to have a measurement of our kitchen. Al did the measuring, drew up the design, made (good) recommendations for other products that would go well with the cabinets selected. After placing the order Al took care of the rest setting up for the kitchen demo, cabinet arrival and install. The pricing was great, the cabinets are great we have so much more storage room and ease of use with the cabinets. We are very happy with the results. Al is easy to work with and stands behind the product and Kingsley Kitchens work.

Meet with Al the first time to discuss options for designing a new kitchen. I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. His plan exceeded my own expectations and I am delighted that I hired him to do the work. I am very happy with my decision to put all the work in Als hands and with the results of my new kitchen.

After looking in the big box stores, we decided go with a local company. We stopped by the showroom and Al Dorman sat down with us and discussed our options. He helped us design our kitchen in a way that made maximum use of the limited space we had. The result exceeded our expectations! One year after our kitchen was completed I am happy to say the cabinets are holding up well and the design Al helped us with is still functional and we love it!

Beautuful cabinets at a great price! Brenda and Luis were both a pleasure to work with and my new kitchen is gorgeous! If you need new solid wood cabinets at a reasonable price this is the place to go!

Extremely difficult to deal with. They made error on measurement then later had to order a filler to put in a significant gap in cabinets. Significant delays with poor excuses such as not having a dolly at work site. When I told them I wanted their error fixed prior to paying off balance, the male owner came to my house and began screaming at me in front of my kids and neighbors demanding payment. The filler hadnt even been shipped from the company yet when he came screaming at me for payment. Other contractors told me that whole section should be redone, that they could have done it without the need for a filler. This issue could have been resolved easily if they would have just fixed the problem, but they were unwilling to do so. The granite top company told me after I ordered that they are notoriously delayed on projects and this was proven true. I would be very careful about doing business with this company.
