Great food, but I had a large order and was given the first part of it then asked immediately after what I was waiting for even though I could see the rest of it but not marked yet.

The girl working the drink station earlier today around 7:30pm is extremely rude! Blonde hair & wears glasses. This is the third time she’s copped a nasty attitude for absolutely no reason! Ridiculous and unprofessional.

Wouldnt suggest getting a job at this location. Hiring manager is impossible to get ahold of and the employees keep making excuses to why he cant answer the phone. He wasnt helpful at all and all over the place. Told me hed call me back in 2 days and if not then by that Sunday by end of day.... He never called me back after I called returning his voice-mail and the store refused to answer the phone each time I called. Brandon is his name I believe. Dont advertise that your hiring when your not trying to hire 🙄 just withdrew my application yall are a joke!

Wawa actually has decent food. Club sandwiches, hoagies, etc... at a decent price too. For a gas station its not bad. Always clean inside.

This store has got to be one friendliest stores I have ever been in. I absolutely love this place. I can go in for food late at night & I will spend an hour just chatting with whoever is working.

The girl at the food station is completely rude, wouldnt give me a bag for my sandwich but put my French fries in a bag, hire smarter wawa and teach your employees manners.

It seems everytime I go here they are out of gas or have the pumps roped off for another reason. Poorly run. Will not go here again.

I rated a 2 before due to hair at the bottom of my toasted crunch carmel latte. 😩 I only found it due to stirring up the little carmel at the bottom to drink. Oh, my God! I was to far away return but I did call and report the issue. I submitted a picture of my drink with hair at the tip of the Carmel. * continue* reach out to WAWA and managers were busy. Meanwhile, I left Walmart to show my problem and it was resolved with a store credit because I didnt want another drink made at all. To top it off let me get a fountain courtesy drink. I appreciate the kindness and is still a loyal customer. Just a flute that happen. Apology was accepted! Thanks Team WAWA! This is why its change from a two to a five score.

Nice people and nice place to gas up and eat a quick lunch. Use the side entrance off of wells road for a quick in and out.

Wawa is back at stealing credit card info... $200 spent at Wawa and I never have even been to a wawa.

Great tasting food and service

My husband or I stop by here almost daily and have never had any issues when ordering via the mobile app or in-store kiosk. The orders are always correct, staff are polite, and service is quick, especially considering how busy this location usually is.I hope others keep in mind that people are way more likely to leave reviews after theyve had a negative experience. Im not saying those dont count, but I am saying its not the typical experience.

I was so excited when I moved to Florida, and discovered that there was a Wawa next to me. I am from South Jersey where I grew up with Wawa. Not only is this Wawa phenomenal and clean, but the workers there are exceptional, a gentleman during the daytime is always really nice to me and remembers me. And at nights Kelli, a cashier is extremely friendly, makes everybody in line smile and laugh, and has conversations with everybody while being fast at the same time. She definitely deserves a reward or promotion haha!

Why is it every wawa I go to has only one register and a long line. Place is great other than that. I wont go there while Im working cuz it takes too long to get out.

Store is always clean, friendly staff, employees do wear masks and they have hand wipes on hand. It doesnt seem that they have late night hot snacks available. Sandwiches are good, there pretty busy but are fast. I dont know whose prepping condiments but the onions and cucumbers are cut very large which really ruins the sandwich. I literally had to pick them off my sandwich. They probably could use 1 more employee in the sandwich section because I they do get very busy. . Other than that its a great location and very well lit outside.

Best best place to go for any kind of milkshake that you can imagine along with some hoagies.

A convenient way to grab a healthy snack, get gas, and enjoy a cold drink. The subs are always awesome, made to order, and the kiosks are easy to use. If you have a large order I never feel rushed and am able to take my time. The coffee bar is really nice too, stocked with all kinds of creamers and flavors. If you want a custom coffee they have that option as well. I work late at night so Wawa has always been a nice quick stop on the way home. The employees are really nice too!

99% of customers are not wearing mask. I am still scared of covid after losing family members.People are still disrespectful to others health.Why are they mask rules not being enforced?

Great food and fountain drinks. Cant beat $.99 sodas with those fancy Coca Cola machines. Only wish they had 44 oz cups in Styrofoam instead of plastic, which sweats all over the place.

This experience was not good at all. I have been to Wawa on numerous occasions, but the coffee at this Orange Park location was horrible. The coffee was very weak made it appear that instant would of been better. We ordered two ice coffees but recieve basically a tall glass of milk. The manager there was very nice and tried to remake it, but the quality of the coffee itself was not good. I would not be suprise if the girl used decaf. Her badge name was a quote from a Bob Marley song she was not friendly... I will not go to that location again. If she is having a bad day maybe she should not be there, call in sick but do not take it out on the patrons of the store.

Every time Ive been in there it is a mess. Drink station is dirty. Cashier was really nice but waited behind 10 people. No management and a worker came to replenish food but completely ignored the line of customers.

15 people waiting for orders this morning (11 employees I can see) and only 1 guy preparing orders. Ordered a sandwich at 9:30 and only received it at 9:45 .....No hussle or concern about your customers.

Just like every other great idea. Its great at first then goes down hill from there. The first two times I went in it was awesome and great service. Then I went in to get their amazing brisket I had ordered the other two day they put lettuce instead of spinach I had to settle for eating it due to being at work when I found out. I told the boss, he offered to give a free meal on him I didnt take it because I dont want free food, just food made the way I ordered it. So I gave them another chance this time no spinach on my grilled cheese but it says spinach is on it on the receipt and instead of getting whipped cream in my coffee like I asked I just got a half a cup of coffee. Its either there ingredients are invisible and tasteless or they keep on charging me for things that they do not put on my. I am once again at work cannot get this fixed and get to settle for this I will not be going back.

I go here every morning but at least twice a week they are out of vanilla/regular ice coffee (the only reason I go there cause WAWA coffee is bomb af) they were out.I noticed two other of the iced coffee flavors were out- so the tags were taken off. So I took the labels of the two I tried(empty) over to the register with me when I checked out with my Starbucks drinks- the cafe area was very busy so, I handed to the cashier- and explained they were out and asked for gas as well.She rolled her eyes and said “I just don’t understand why you’d bring them to me” and WALKED AWAY while I stood there and waited to pay- with people in line behind me. I don’t know Wawas policy’s but if I were her- with some common sense I would have waited till the line went down but oh well. So I left my drinks on the counter and left.I’m giving it 3 stars because it is a very clean, and well maintained station, and in the time I’ve been going here this is my first incident and maybe she was just having a bad day. But management should be aware of the attitude they’re hiring-which is why I’m here.

Gave 10 on pump 12. Didnt turn on knowing there must been a mix up. Headed back to fix the confusion. Staff rudely assumed I gave 5 on another pump (4). Wayy off.

I placed an order through the app only to find out it was never received by the store. Contacted WAWA per their request and this was there reply;Thank you for contacting Wawa. If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us again.It was canceled because I stood in the gas station for 15 minutes before I decided to ask if they received the order, I was the only customer in the store. I was informed they never received it, so I had to wait for another ten minutes for them to create my order after spending a few minutes inputting it into the tablet. I sent it 30 minutes previous to me asking that question if they received it.

For a new location it sure is poorly run. They have long lines with only 1 register and they are often out of stock of their food items. I heard alot of good things about WaWa but everytime I come to this location, I have some sort of issue. Very disappointed

I ordered some food and while i was waiting i saw one of the workers yelling at her co workers and degrading him and i thought it was really unprofessional. The workers name was savannah i believe

Awesome food - cheap gas - super friendly staff!

Only 2 staff making sandwich during dinner time on Sunday. About 10 people waiting at checkout, another 10 people waiting for sandwich. After 20+ minutes waiting, they got 2 out of 4 things wrong on our order. Unfortunately I did not check the order until I got home, which is 15 min away. Its not worth the 2 bucks difference to drive all the way back to this WaWa, but I had to go out again to get food elsewhere.

Cashier Erica was unimportantly rude.
