Josh and Cal were very helpful. We were travelling and needed a phone charger for the rental car. They made sure it worked. I would recommend everyone visit this store for all their phone needs.
Dylan was absolutely AMAZING! My family and I came in about an hour before closing, with a broken phone. Rather than repairing it, we decided to upgrade. He was patient with us, even when the kids were quite wound up. He helped us find the best deal for what we needed. I struggle with transferring old information to a new phone. Dylan helped us with no hesitation. Our entire process lasted just over an hour and he remained professional and helpful throughout the entire process without rushing us. He even took the time to install our screen protectors onto our new phones for us. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. This man deserves a raise. 😁
I went to at&t to upgrade my iPhone and get an Apple Watch. I was greeted by both Khian and Cal who were very attentive and just gave me great customer service overall. Khian was very knowledgeable and had an answer for every question I asked. He genuinely seemed like he loved his job. They both had me walking out of there making me feel like I was their best friend. I will be going back. Thank you Khian for taking care of me !
Came in a few days ago to upgrade and change my plan to get a new phone. After dealing with other locations Dylan was incredible making the whole process easy and getting my new galaxy note 20 ultra set up! 3/23/21 and Jacob assisted with an issue I was having with google, he multi tasked dealing with another customer and got the issue resolved promptly and professionally! Great store! Great service!
The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, and he even put my screen protector and case on for me. I really appreciated that. He spent the time needed explaining the specs and pros and cons and I felt very comfortable with my decision in light of that. Thank you!
Big Shout Out to Dylan! I did an upgrade on one phone on my account and added/ported two more lines to my account for my age 70+ Mother and Uncle from another AT&T store location, but the sales rep didnt properly set the ported new phones up correctly. I went to the Orange Park store and Dylan was amazing working with me over three days (some 8 hours) and online with AT&T reps to get the issue corrected. He deserves to be promoted to the store manager as I hear they need one. Bigs Thanks again to Dylan!

I had problems with billing for several months and was trying to get it resolved over the phone where they told me it would be fixed next billing cycle. After 3 months and nothing changing I came here for help.The manager was able to fix all of my problems very easily and stress free. Great service by people who look out for their customers best interests. Highly recommend!
After a 3 week fiasco with another at&t store and phone customer service I was ready to give up hope and switch carriers. I visited this store and found my savior. Andrew was amazing. He was able to cancel a service, and change my cellular service from post payment to pre payment which is saving me $100+ a month. Andrew was very personable and down to earth. I highly recommend this store and Andrew!

I dropped my phone that was in a plant bucket in the river. The river was very rough and the bucket sank quickly. Last night we had a terrible storm. This morning I went to Kingsley ATT and bought a new phone that Con recommended to me that was coming out today that was similar to my old phone. Being almost 70 yrs old I needed this! A few hours after I got home my neighbor got in the water to look for my drowned phone. He found the plant bucket and it had leaves, mud and water in it. His mother said for me to feel under everything and check for my phone. I thought she was crazy but did it anyway. I pulled out my phone that was covered with leaves and mud. IT WORKED!! I cleaned it up and took it to see Andy who cleaned it more and changed the front broken cover. He then gave me credit back on the phone I bought just hours before. Andy told me the phone could rust on the inside in time and stop working but for now it was working fine. When it stops he or Con will be there to help me again with purchasing a new phone. What a wonderful day this turned out to be with the help of Andy and Con. Also, thank you Jesus ❤️

I needed a new Sim card for a replacement phone. Easy Peezy. I was created right away,, no wait, the store associate knew exactly what he was doing and had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. Best service experience Ive had in a long time.
I went in to upgrade my phone. The crew inside were busy, but they greeted me regardless, that was nice. I didnt have to wait too long, Drew came over and helped me with my questions. He showed me samples and explained to me the differences between the versions of the phone I wanted.Drew also helped me with my account and the whole process was smooth.I walked out the store happy and informed.

Jesse was amazing!!! He was very patient and went above and beyond to get the job done. By far, this At&T store is the best location I have ever been to, the closer one to where I live was closed, so I had to make a longer drive to thos location. I am so very glad that I did! Great experience got my accounts set up exactly how I needed, residential and business changes. Where the store at argyle And Blanding was rude and dismissive would not help me. I walked in here explained what I needed to do and they said that’s easy that will just take some time. Completely satisfied with their customer service at the Kingsley and Rosevelt location.

I walked into the store with my parents because my mother was looking for a new phone. My parents sat down with Mike and Emily. They both were very patient with my mother as she pulled out her list of questions and apps that she wanted on her new phone. As I was waiting, I walked over to another employee named Mike. I asked him some questions about the iPhone 8 Plus and he was amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I ended up purchasing two new iPhones from him. My parents and I left the store completely satisfied with our purchases and with the customer service we received from both Mikes and Emily. The next day my husband and I went back to set up my husband’s phone and we saw the Mike that helped my mom. He asked about my mother and how she was doing with her new phone all while he was working on transferring my husband’s phone over to his new phone. Again, my husband and I left completely satisfied. Excellent customer service and we’ll definitely be going back.
I purchased a phone here had an issue phone under warranty an the individual working on 3-3-2019 5pm provided terrible customer service didnt even want to try and and help me. So I drove to another store on Atlantic Blvd and there I received excellent customer service phone being replaced under warranty. The gentleman working at this location couldnt be bothered shame on you. No integrity you should be ashamed of yourself.
I needed a new phone and decided on the galaxy 9plus but they dont have it anymore so I went with the 10 plus but I was given the 10se which was not that great of a phone and it was just an accident that I got the phone so next day I went to return it but my bill was due so they could not help till I got paid Friday to pay my bill to trade out the phone. Their tablets were down when I came in Saturday and they had to do so much extra work to exchange my phone they did not have the color I wanted but it was fine with me I just didnt want the 10se it was not a good phone. And they knew what we went through and they gave me a phone case and screen protector and pop socket instead of making me pay the restocking fee they really made it up to us and were very kind about every thing. And this is why this is the only att store I goto the other store seem like snobs and every employee was nice and supportive with what we needed. Middleburg store is full of snobs and so is the oak leaf store but I can say that fadi abu ali, James Singletary, and antwan Coleman we very polite and were very personable and there was also a lady employee I didnt get her name but she was very great with a questioned I had about my internet. I would like to thank you all for your great service

Im reviewing this location, not AT&T overall. The store was clean and brightly lit. I was able to speak with a salesman with no wait. He seemed knowledgeable about the companys fiber optic ISP offerings.
