Alan goes above and beyond for all of his clients. I was long overdue for an upgrade on my phone (because Im a procrastinator), and while I waited for the transfer to complete between my phones he was able to assist 3 other clients seamlessly - all while making each of us feel like we were his only client. I highly recommend scheduling your appointment with Alan and working directly with him.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes they are helpful, most times they are not. There are guys who work here who act as if they own the company and have no intention of helping anyone. They make your time there frustrating. But every once in a while, you go in and you get someone who is willing to go out of their way to help you. I had given up on going back to this location but my husband insisted on stopping in one more time. We lucked out and got a great guy to help us. Verizon really needs to work on customer service not customer handling!

Had a problem with my phone not receiving or being able to call out. The customer service rep fixed it but did not tell me what he did to fix it, but instead offer me another phone to purchase saying this might last a day or maybe longer. I will get a new phone and maybe new service as well

I needed a replacement for my Google Pixel 2 and came in to purchase a Pixel 5. JALEN CORBETT was the salesperson who helped me that day and I was terribly impressed with this young man. He didnt try to upsell, but rather listened to my concerns and what I wanted in a phone and suggested reviewing several comparable phones. He patiently described the features of three phones to consider, including the Pixel 5. There was no attempt to steer me towards one phone or another, but rather a cheerful and friendly presentation of features to consider and reviews. 04-02-2021 Get Jay Rodriguez to be your representative! We had to switch from 2 carriers (Sprint and AT&T) and port 4 numbers. Jay immediately made us feel comfortable with his genuine personality and helpfulness. Jay is very knowledgeable in his field, and made sure to give us the best discounts possible. If you come in with a similar situation, make it easy for Jay by writing down these items ahead of time: 1)Former carrier account numbers, 2)Former carrier account pin numbers, 3)IMEI numbers from phones, 4)Phone numbers to port.Jay even forewent his personal commission to give us a better price. I thought oh thats just a salesman tactic, but then when we looked at the itemized receipt, he actually removed the pricing that would have given him a commission. Why? Just cause hes an actual nice human! I even gave him a time limit because its really hard to coordinate getting 4 family members to meet in one place in person. We only had 3.5 hours and he delivered! The transition was smooth. We purchased screen covers and cases from Jay and he also gave us a discount on those accessories, and installed them himself. After looking for a change in carrier we decided on Verizon based on the offers and promotions put forth by Jake Kerr. After multiple trips and over 5 hours in the store my wife finally got us switched over, but they were still unable to process the buy out on 2 phones that we had. We were told by Jake that Verizon would be paying $300 for our S7 and $500 for out Note 10 and he never mentioned the $40 per line activation fee for our 6 lines and 4 watches. My wife was told she could process the buy out at home online without issue. After returning home and attempting several times and not getting anything near the offer we were told Jake said to return to the store and he could do it. I went to the store and tried to get his help, and he just made me do it on my phone. When it still didnt work he then told me that they couldnt actually do $300 for the S7 and could offer $25, but the Note would still get us $500 of our first bill. I asked twice and he confirmed it would be deducted from the Bill. It was late and he requested that I come back the next day and he would have someone help him fill out a form to process the Note Buy Out for $500. At this point I sold the S7 to another retailer since they offered more.When i returned the next day Jake was not on site and the agent he said would help me was unable to since it was Jakes sale and he would have needed to fill the form.After speaking with this rep for a while he pointed out that the sale for my Note 10 would not be deducted from my bill, but instead would be $20 off of my bill for 2 years. So now here we are having bought 2 phones because we were told out others were locked to another network, they werent, and weve sold one of the old phones, and a Phone Bill of over $700 after being told it would be around $180.After all of this we decided to go back to our old carrier and return the devices. John G. was very helpful with the return.After the return was completed and we thought we were done, Jake called my wife on her cell and harassed her about the sale and the promotions.
