Awesome store! Never knew it was here, so I was pleased to find a vast selection ( the store goes further back than it first seems) and super attentive staff. Found some new things to try and they helped me with all kinds of information to find the best flavors to start with. Worst customer service ever. Spent over $100.00 on an electric cigarette roller. Doesnt make a good cigarette. It rips the papers and doesnt pack the tubes properly. Took back the very next day and was told pretty much its my problem. They wouldnt even do an exchange. I will not be stepping one foot in there door again and recommend no one else does either. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Not one person working in that store knows anything, and they lied to my wife about being able to return the piece of junk cigar humidor they sold her. We returned twice to the location to try and return the UNUSED fake humidor, and both times the incompetent gentleman behind the counter rudely declined the return, and stated he didn’t know how to issue a refund... asked for a store credit and he had no clue what we were talking about. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.Revised 12/20/2019 - Went in last night and had a completely different experience. Thanks for the help!
