Friday night 610 sign and web site say open but the doors are locked. Ive been sitting in the parking lot for over 10 minutes waiting but no luck. Too bad for the business, no less that 10 people have gone to the door only to be turned away. Hope all is well.

This is not a vape shop. They have SEVERELY limited supplies and youd be better off going to All day vape for those needs. This sad excuse of a shop attempting to sell vape juice will very rarely have stock.

Purchased a product yesterday, it doesn’t work. It will not charge won’t come on. I’ve never gotten to use it. Sonya assisted me sold me a 3 in 1 leaf buddi set. I never seen her charge or test the item, but took her word for it. I called the person named Miracle was unhelpful. As I started explaining I’d just gotten the product yesterday, and was experiencing issues, she interrupted me saying no refunds or exchanges. Even the manufacturer of this product has bad reviews for it on their site! Lesson learned! Check reviews don’t trust these people they just want your money. They’re less expensive and come from China either way, so order it online.

Sold us a defective delta 8 cartridge that kept getting clogged. Took it back up to the store and the (manager?) tried it out on his mod and confirmed that it was defective. He then looked at my fiancé and said “sorry bro” and refused to replace/exchange the $40 cartridge as his other employees were looking at him wondering if he was gonna fix the problem with his customer. Never coming back here.

Its okay for a vape shop. The best time to be there is when somebody like me know vapes and hardware. Just because they know what there talking about. They might be short with u cause aparnt management want hire people who know what there talking about. I also find often that there out of stuff. Never keeps same people don’t build customer relationship..

My Girlfriend came in to this store on blanding yesterday 5/13/20 and bought some infused edibles from them. It was essentially a lil bag of CBD flaming hot cheetos. We took it home and she immediately after eating one noticed it was bad. We brought it back to the store the next day (today) and was told they dont do returns. How can you sell someone FOOD thats expired and just say too bad?? *update* added one star. They told her they would refund it asking if she paid with card or cash only to offer store credit of 50 cents less than the product was actually marked then charge us for that 50 cents and on top of that add .20 cents for a credit card fee when it should have been a refund or at worst an even exchange. Wont be coming back.

Staffs pretty rad. I called at 9:45 right before they close up at 10. and it took them no time to answer the phone, we’re really nice and helpful and when I got there they were stil as helpful and welcoming even though I was that guy trying to walk in and buy something right before the doors close.

Its a very chill and laidback atmosphere. Theyre not what youd call formal, but you can go in and get what you need and more. The staff are very easy to work with and also helpful as well. The two employees Emily and Will were real helpful and informative.

Great store but, be careful in this place, Clay and Duval County Sheriff have live cameras recording video and audio per the store employees. If you mention any of the 7 words that are not allowed to be said in a head shop in Fl, you might get stopped after leaving.

This is the closest shop to where i live so i visit it. Staff is always amazing and very very willing to help and actually look like they want to help unlike other places where staff just want you to hurry up and leave. Lots of great stuff. Lots of the stuff is rather pricey. the wall that has vaporizers like for example the Storz and Bickel stuff like the mighty or volcano. Prices are $100-300+ above MSRP So i stay away from that area. Bongs can be rather pricey but they have some cheaper options. Great selection of rolling papers, wraps, lighters, torches, bangers, bowls ect... overall great place. Great staff, A bit on the higher end in terms of price compared to others. Will always stop by when i need a few small items.

Smoke City is not the only smoke shop on Blanding, if you want a REAL Smoke Shop go to Planet Vape down across from Vystar CU before the mall.

Bunch of morons working that place. Went in twice, both times asking questions about products which I had minimal knowledge about.. Basically had to reach myself. As I can only assume policy is to open glass doors and just stand there continuing your super important convos. Twice this happened.. Wasted $150 in there once and another $75 on my final trip ever.. Talk to a potato, youll get more info.. Find a wades world!

I always hit up smoke city in the orange park area since it is close to me.Ive always had a good time shopping here and today was probably the best experience yet with this store.I bought an ego twist battery yesterday for $25 and I couldnt get it to work at all. I brought it back today and tried with the clerk to make it work. Short story, the battery was defected and I was able to switch it out for a good one with no hassle at all.The girl there (a manager I believe) was beyond understanding and helpful. People complain but this location hasnt given me one reason to do so at all. Prices are fair on MOST products and the staff is easy to work with.

Horrible service!! A young lady was assisting me with an item I wanted to buy and I began looking around the store and noticed some drug tests. There was a pack of cotton swabs and I asked her if they were used for oral tests. Then all of a sudden the extremely rude white boy with braces interrupts me while he was at the register helping another customer and tells me they can’t sell me anything because I “attempted to alter a drug test”. What the hell?? How can I attempt to alter a drug test with cotton swabs??? How can I be refused service for asking a question?? We began going back and forth and he KNEW he was wrong then wanted to switch up and say I asked for mouth wash when that NEVER came out of my mouth. Even his coworker who was standing right next to me when I asked her told him that I asked about the cotton swabs NOT mouth wash! And he still had me leave. I’ll definitely be talking to management and corporate about this ridiculous service.

Don’t tell me the cone I’m getting is not a leaf but then when I call about how I got leaf after your employee specifically told me that it wasn’t a leaf, say “I don’t know what that is”. Not only did the person I talk to on the phone sound EXACTLY like the lady I had in store, how do you not learn your products before selling. Don’t try and upsell me and take my money if you don’t know what is what.The lady was like “oh yea the cyclone leafs suck” like yea. I know.

Worst smoke shop I’ve ever been too. Mainly because of customer service. They sold me a battery that was broken upon opening and I took it back for them to troubleshoot and when I went to pick it up they “lost it”. So they took my $30 dollars and didn’t give me another battery or even my broken one back. The owner literally told me to come back and pick it up and when I did they didn’t have it and took my 30$ and said they would sell me another one for 20% off!! Ahaha they also sell fake quave bangers and China glass as American glass. I recommend wades world or lifted design for Jacksonville smoke shops DONT SHOP AT SMOKE CITY

Bought a new and original sony vtc5. Noticed that under the wrap it had leaked. Went back on the second day after i bought it. Unfortunately no refunds or replacments is there policy. Almost 15$ down the drain.

Was sold a battery and a head for a vaper device, for $70 that wont work when used together. Only bought it because the clerk recommended it. When I tried to take it back to exchange either the head or the battery for one that would work, I was told, BY THE SAME CLERK, that they have a no refund/no echange policy!!! Completely ridiculous, as I bought what I bought because of HER advice!!! Never go near this shop.

Hidden gems and nice things but AWFUL staff. Always rude and lacking in knowledge. At some point they had some rad people working but the past few visits have been unpleasant. when sold a faulty product we are told theres nothing they can do to help (Not even in a nice way) will not be returning to this location or any of the others unfortunately.

I really hate to leave a negative review for a small business but unfortunately Im very disappointed.I went in today to make a purchase. I always pass by the vape and smoke shop north on blanding to come to Smoke City because the service and staff are always great.That being said I wanted to make a small purchase, about 3 dollars, and I was informed all card transactions have a minimum of $5. This is 2018 not 2008. Unfortunately it doesnt matter how good anything is about this business if it doesnt serve its primary function: to sell me products.Since the business failed to deliver on that mission I have no choice but to rate it 1 star. I want to spend my money and go out of my way to give it to this business but instead of being met with appreciation, Im being attempted into manipulative sales tactics. I only wanted one thing, Im not going to make additional purchases to increase the bottom line for no reason. Ill just take my business to Amazon. Jeff Bezos is already the wealthiest man in the world because they follow one rule: they sell you the products you want to pay for.
