Kaelyn and Deshawn we’re cool as far as helping me find shoes for my nephew and Mother today I couldn’t decide they helped out big time. Also Ms Tia was really nice when I needed help last week!!

Never again, Rude employees... Spent 20 minutes trying to get someone to do a return for me because the girl at the cash register refused to help me basically.. Told me that she needed a manager to do the return and then continued to help other customers while I waited and when she was done she started doing other tasks while I sat there at the register. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL.

Went looking for some slides the lady wasnt helpful at all if you see the mens slides are too big send them to the kids section the people at foot locker on Normandy very helpful got my money n gonna get more

If this store could get a 0 it would be. They never answer the phone. This location closes at 9pm and they closed at 8:56. The night manger is RUDE AND IGNORANT. He’s not KNOWABLE about the products that they sell. I GUESS YOU MUST GET THERE by 8pm to get the Proper customer service. AND I DRIVE FROM THE NORTH SIDE OF JACKSONVILLE.Never again

Took my family there (Champs Sports in Orange Park Mall) on black Friday (11/24/2017)... the store closing time was at 1am we made in about 12:55 along w several other customers. We were welcomed by a female employee and we immediately asked her for a certain product because we knew exactly what we wanted. Well because she didnt know how to find what we wanted she guided us to her manger. He then told us that he could order it online for us but then said that well its now 1am and he cant help us. I asked him what was the point of telling us that he could help us only to turnaround and look at his watch to say that he couldnt?.. and besides that we made it in before closing time. Ive worked in retail for many years, and the number 1 rule when it comes to closing time is that if the customer makes it in *before* closing, you have a right to serve them. To add fuel to the fire, other customers were starting to ask why they couldnt make a purchase and the so called manager threatened to call security if they didnt leave. There were only about 5 or 6 customers in all so I really couldnt understand the disrespect. But fortunately we dont shop at Champs shoe store very often and definitely wont be going back anytime soon.

House bought a few things in the past from these people I like their good customer service willing to help the customer find the right products

If your white dont go into the Champs at the Orange Park mall, you will get quoted prices out of the gentlemans head what he thinks it is and would not go check. I have been in many Champs around the country and have never been so disrespected by a salesperson in my life an Im 53.

The store is ok but the manager Joel is a complete MORON! It’s like he’s making up his own rules. I mean what’s the point of checking my credit card during a return? If he’s worried about fraud he’s supposed to check the card at the time of purchase to try to PREVENT fraud. Not during a return? Nobody uses a stolen card to obtain an item and then return it a week later to have the funds credited back to a stolen card? That doesn’t make sense. This really bothered me because I’ve been an identity theft victim. And it doesn’t make me feel safe shopping at this location knowing the manager is not concerned with fraud when he should be which is at the time of purchase. Not during a return! That’s backwards. Credit card thieves don’t return items a week later. They’re happy to make it out of the store the first time. That’s like a bank robber going back to the bank. It doesn’t happen! Right away that told me that he’s very incompetent and should not be in a managerial position. And he’s quick to let you know he’s the manager as if he wants to feel important. But that doesn’t impress me. A manager is nothing but an employee that’s watching over someone else’s money. Champs made a mistake with him. His methods just lost them a customer.
