The girl with purple hair and a lot of makeup was very rude and had such a nasty attitude! She also did nothing while all the other workers were busy helping people. I asked for help so I could get an item from the wall and she just rolled her eyes and got someone else to help me and went into the stock room. The girl with short brown hair was very sweet to me and helped. The other good thing was the girl with the blue and black hair helped me in the jewelry case and was super informed about it and answered all my questions, she was amazing. At least not every one there is hateful!

Hot Topic is Hot Topic. Its a mall store. Theyre having hot cash currently as I write this. Its messy on the weekends since people are garbage and tend to destroy everything. I wish there were more associates during the week. But its usually just a manager. Thats always been my biggest issue with the corporation itself. Its a decent company though I wish the prices were a bit cheaper and it was still a bit darker. Dont exactly need pop, rap, etc in there. Disney is eh. I do like getting my NBC and Alice stuff there. Harry Potter is cool to have. But I wish theyd do the cardigans justice and make them like the movies where theyre all gray with the house colors on the Hem and sleeves. It is what it is though. Ive been going there for almost 15 years. Many changes. Photos included are items Ive purchased in store and online.

I ordered a stitch backpack and wallet for my nieces Christmas present back in August. It said it would ship within a week, then nothing. I checked on the website and it says it’s still processing and it would ship in another week, it never did. I finally speak to someone and they tell me that it’s behind schedule due to COVID, to wait. They charged me still never got the items and it is now January and I’m still arguing and fighting to get my money back because now they are having an issue trying to refund me my money. Managers take their job way to seriously for just being hot topic managers. The fakest and most vile people you could encounter. Don’t give them a dime if your money.

Even during tax free weekend they ran smoothly and were so helpful.

Its not like theres a huge selection of alternative stores esp in the mall so with that being said, its really decent. Staff has always been really nice everytime I go there. Of course its younger just out of high school kids but theyve always been cool to me. Cute clothes.

Ive been a fan of HT for a few years now, sure everything is expensive but thats how you know its high quality. My mom and I Spent over 100 dollars in the store yesterday and when we got home about 70 dollars online. This store is so unique, youll definitely get compliments!

Staff was really friendly. I ended up buying 3 different kinds of candy because it was by 2 get one free. On top of that I recieved my military discount and also found out I had a $5 coupon that I didnt use. So I ended up only paying $1 for my stuff. That was a plus for me.

So I went in looking for piercings and cleaners. Literally only me in the store....didnt say a thing or ask if I needed help. No biggie, maybe shes just focused...Two minutes later an older lady walks in behind me Hi, welcome to Hot Topic. As I stood two feet from her and left to go to Spencers.

Too many edgy teens with more piercings than stars in the sky. Also most of the merchandise I collect isnt sold there. Most stuff sold there is anime merch which isnt what I am in to. It does get kinda crowded in there too. Friendly staff.

Very expensive prices for very cheap items. Like $70 for a hoodie or $40 for a plain black skirt. I only shop here for the exclusive merch for things I cant find anywhere else which is great but way too over priced even for a t-shirt.
