I haven’t bought shoes here yet but my experience today isn’t related to the store in general, it was the service. I called to ask if I could speak to a clothing stall right outside Journey’s and Katie said she’d give them my name and # and she did! The phone call came back to me fast! I bought two pairs of sneakers. They had what I wanted in stock. Paid and left.

New to the area, decided to check out my local Journeys store.Customer service was TERRIBLE!!Will take my money elsewhere...

Horrible customer service. Clerk acted like I was trying to steal but I spent over $200, was sold something broken and had to go through corporate to get it returned because the store refused to do it when corporate said they were supposed to return it. Won’t ever shop here again

Wonderful employees! Yes yes yes!! Got a cute comfy pair of sandals for $20. Absolutely recommend this store.

Excellent service, great stock!

Went in for Reef flip flops and was completely ignored. Several employees but they were too busy talking. Went next door to Pac-Sun and purchased some Reefs. Never again will I shop at Journeys.
