Had to get the band resized on a watch during the height of the Corona-virus. They were very safe about contact and exposure, while being prompt in getting the work done, all while giving me maintenance recommendations about my watch. Very fair price and great service.

I was extremely satisfied with Master Jeweler LLC. I needed a new gym for my wifes wedding ring (setting) and a resizing. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. I gave him the leeway to pick the right size gym for the setting based on my price point. What I received was a beautiful end product that looked brand new. By the way, I needed the new gym and the ring finished within 2 1/2 working days! I would definitely recommend this business to my friends.

The service is fast, professional, and consistent. Over the years I have always used private jewelers to acquire the components and complete the design on family gifts, including a near perfect 2.7 carat diamond banded by alternating sapphires and diamonds. Instead of being forced to pick from what was there in some big company case I thought that 40 years of putting up with me was worth some thought and research. In my opinion, Master Jeweler is the perfect company for those who want personal attention and input.

Went in to sell some old gold after shopping around to find a good buyer all day. I was very discouraged as the other places I went first didnt offer very much. The owner was super nice and reassuring. His price was MUCH higher than the others. He truly cares about his customers. He also removed a diamond from a ring for me for free and I will Definitely be returning to have him mount it into a pendant. He made me a customer for life. If you ever need beautiful jewelry or jewelry repair this is the place.

Let me say this being almost 6 month pregnant never have I ever witnessed anyone call a pregnant women fat or had it directly said to me. I thought people had some common sense. I was professional about it when I should of told the owner off but I’ll never let anyone get me out of my character even though my hormones wanted to go off. I started getting swollen which hello I’m pregnant it’s bound to happen. I was able to get my wedding ring on and off but I kept it on one night and woke up to my hands being super swollen, was I able to predict that? Umm, no!! Mind you it’s my first pregnancy and nobody told me to not wear jewelry while pregnant. I was in pain and very emotional that my ring was going to have to get cut off. My husband picked this place so we ended up showing up. He first looked at my finger and was like yeah, once it comes off don’t put anything on your finger until after the the baby and you lose the weight you want to lose. I looked at my husband like did he really say that? I took a deep breath and let it go. He proceeded to cut my ring and talked about how other people coming in with their rings being stuck and how people say they would lose the weight and don’t and blah blah. My leg started shaking because I was ready to put him in his place but I said I’m swollen not because I’m over weight, it’s because IM PREGNANT! After he got my ring off I told my husband I’m going in my car because I can’t stand to listen or look at this human anymore. Will I ever come back? No! I could of came back to get my ring fixed and even add more diamonds to it but he just lost a future customer. My husband and I own a business and I will for sure not suggest this place EVER to anyone. To the owner: Learn when to just hush do your job and keep it professional. You talk so much and end up putting your foot in your mouth. You could of just said okay, I can fix this no worry’s and just fix it. That’s it! Nothing else! Especially when it’s a pregnant women. Do you not have kids? Your wife never been pregnant? Daughters?

Jim is the best he can take your broken jewelry, repair it or turn it into another configuration. He is a very nice person and he is very professional.

Came here not to sell but just to see if this jewelry that was bought was real. The so called Master Jewler just grabbed it and sat the jewelery on the glass table said it was fake and walked off. Then when I asked him to explain how he knew it was fake just so that I would know for future references to not make the mistake on buying it ever again... he got the nastiest attitude with me and told me If it was real I would have offered you something for it. But I wasnt there to sell just wanted to know the worth and he continued with a nasty attitude to tell me how fake it was and wasnt worth anything. I was simply just asking for him to explain and his attitude just got nastier. So as I was leaving the one guy in the front who actually was friendly and looked half way Embarrass by the way the other guy was treating me, I turned to him and said You need to tell the Master Jewler in the back he needs to get some dang people skills. I will never be going back here and I will be sure to never tell anyone to come here. This place shouldnt even get one star. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL NASTY AND RUDE!!!!!!!
