I had the best Jewelry Shopping experience ever. Mary who works in the Orange Park Mall in Florida was just wonderful.

I find it funny that most of these comments state that the jewelry consultant doesnt like to waste their time on people since they are based off of commission. Those people who say they will never go to Zales end up at Kays, Jareds and Mark and Morgan Jewelers -Guess what??? They are all the same Sterling Company people!! So they are gonna get your money even if you dont like a sales person at that particular store. YOU guys complain too much...

I bought an engagement ring on the 12 month leasing plan/credit card. I have been making much bigger payments then required and got it paid off in 6 months, at least I thought so. Little did I know month after month they were adding fees. I received an email stating I owe a remaining $76 after I had payed the remaining $654 to $0. I then pay the $76 fee thinking I’m fine. I finally find out again they added another $40 fee, so I pay this down to $0 again only to get another email today stating I owe $2. Zales is a joke of an establishment because after a call to customer support they stated there is nothing they can do. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Mary is amazing! If you go in ask for her as she is kind and courteous. She’ll listen and empathize and help you find your dream jewelry. I’ve had experience with one other sales rep there, and I’m sad to say I did not have the same experience and could echo some of the other bad reviews. But I won’t because Mary more than makes up for it! Thank Mary for all your help!

Straight walked out after the rude service I received. After getting sighed at for asking the price with their discount, pointed around the store (you can use words!) and generally being treated condescendingly, I walked out. And the piece I was looking at did in fact have diamonds in it. (not some gems as she told me)

Very rude Asian lady asked me if she could help me when she found out it was an online order she didnt even want to let me see it! Threw it in a box and begun to rush me out the store when I had a warranty question. I know it was an online order but I work alot. Needless to say Ill goto Kayes with my money next time.

Didn’t know you now need an appointment 6 months after covid stopped in to drop my rings to have the 6 month check up the store has just opened no other customers there the employees would t wait on me except to make an appointment to come back. Sales you’ve lost my business I’ve been a customer since 2009

I’m very thankful for this place and our sales person, Mary, to work with my wife and I to stay under budget with a great deal on a beautiful ring to replace the one my wife lost.I recommend this Zales store for a good experience, minus the mall atmosphere, and good prices.

Good service, selection and prices

My fiance originally purchased are wedding bands at Zales near Orlando; which was amazing service and excellent selection. Unfortunately the woman who helped us- sized my fiance and myself one size to big for both rings. When my ring came in they were able to fix mine by the next day, unfortunately my fiances ring is not able to have the same quick results.Since Im moving to this area near orange park mall to be with him I went to the closest Zales for our convenience, (which was this location). Although I didnt have all the paperwork the two women there were extraordinary and even took the information they could use to further assist the following day.Unfortunately one of the ladies that was helping with this issue has the day off so her manager for the store was supposed to contact him or myself regarding the issue. - I now have to go out of my way to wait and deal with the issue at the original store because the store manager for Orange Park Mall Zales became very rude over the phone and started yelling at me, she told me to be quiet. After the second time of her telling me to shut my mouth so she can explain a separate customers situation, I felt best to hang up on her and just deal with professionals in my old hometown. I dont have a clue how this woman became a manager for Zales let alone a manager without customer service skills...She was very rude and did not even listen to comprehend the situation, instead she started talking about a separate client and informed me that I didnt have an understanding of the situation when she didnt grasp it herself.In that particular Mall there are two other jewelry places that have 60% off sales going on for new jewelry not used I said just shop around if youre in this area because Zales store manager and her attitude were very uncalled for and extremely unprofessional considering I never raised my voice I was very polite and I used my manners where she did not. It takes a lot for me to hang up on somebody but certain situations youre just wasting your breath trying to argue with somebody who clearly is ignorant, I highly recommend avoiding this location.

My original engagement ring and wedding band come from Zales and they have always been wonderful to us, but twice at this location we have been treated very poorly. The first time I came to inquire about getting my ring re-dipped. The associate states that they don’t send items off during Christmas (fair enough). So, I asked if she could just clean it for me since I was already there. Her attitude was just awful. She took my ring, sprayed it and scrubbed it for half a second. She never placed it in the ionizer (I don’t know the technical term) and she hardly looked at it. When she handed it back it still had gunk in the halo portion. Today we visited because we received some jewelry from our grandmother and we needed a consultation on getting different settings as well as additional jackets and crowns made to give an antique feel to the heirloom diamonds. She, very curtly, told us we could go to the jewelry show in late January in St. Augustine and there was nothing she could do. She wouldn’t even hear us out on the vision I had. We researched and see that zales offers specialists that help you design completely separate rings (not just reset them), but she wouldn’t let me get in a word edgewise. I am wondering if this is because myself and my sister are in our mid-twenties and she assumed we couldn’t afford the service, but it was the same associate twice who was very short, rude, and cold to us. Zales lost potentially thousands of dollars in sales that we were absolutely ready to pay in order to honor our grandmothers jewelry. We took our business to Kay and they were phenomenal.

Went in there looking for something very specific and was in a rush because I was juggling two unruly 2 year olds. Ofelia made sure I got exactly what I needed in a very timely manner. You not only get terrible service in Zales stores, theyre the same way on line. No one even knows whats going on, it was so pathetic, it was comical. Zales is in my rearview mirror.

Sadly the original sales person was perfect. the manager was horrific. I then decided to order online rather than dealing with the manager. Online is 0% different. usually takes 1-2 business days to ship according to zales is more like 4 business days to still not even have an answer to anything. never will I purchase from zales again

Manager is rude and horrible. Had to contact corporate to get a ring exchanged after it was repaired 6 times in a 7 month period. Manager was still rude. Go to a different zales or go to a different jeweler period. Last time i will ever buy from zales!

I will never recommend this jewelry place to anything. The employees suck at there jobs and every associate will tell you something different. Biggest regret.My account been messed up for over 8 month and yet it’s not fixed.
