I prefer to shop at Hagan Ace over any of the big box stores, mostly for customer service. Mitch and his crew go out of their way to take care of their customers. They are second to none.

Rude to me for some reason.I’ve worked in customer service and when a customer asks me where things are at, I walk with them to show them where the product is located. It is like common courtesy. That didn’t happen here, twice. I get it, we are all busy.It’s cool, we all have options to where to shop.

This store is a home run. Huge stock accross many lines. Sales people are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I definitely recommend this store.PS: the hot dog truck out front is great too

A very nice place to go.Their new reward system is not as good as the old.Also, eliminating the Ace brand from products is a big mistake, in my opinion. If they have what everyone else has, it pretty much becomes a price game.The re-designed store is a positive and welcomed improvement.

Great place to get pretty much anything you need but the garden department is where I can get very happily lost for hours❗ The staff are knowledgeable and helpful always and the store is always neat and tidy. Did I mention the garden department 😁 the plants are top grade and so very healthy. You know they have been very well cared for and are still thriving while at the store a true sign that they care for them properly and the selection of plants is not run of the mill and they even have some exotic breeds of plants youll not find at to many places outside of a specialties nursery. Great place for in and out shopping when you need a quick supply to finish a project also so you cant lose with this store just be careful you might get lost in the garden department and have to finish that project another day 😂.

The gentleman helping me find the specific part i needed looked all places they might have it, said they did not have it, then proceeded to fix the part i had to accommodate my new need for it. THANK YOU.

I was able to find what I wanted there and the customer service was great. The ladies in the garden department was awesome. I got an Satsuma tree in which she was very knowledgeable about them helping to select the right one.

Wow I needed a piece of plexiglass cut and and put it in my window temporary because the motor on the drives side wentOut he worked very hard and took about a hour but when he got finished he had a excellent job pictures show whats all in Ace I will definitely go back to ace all the cashiers did a good and friendly job Have a good Day 😀😀😀😀

Unable to find an unusual bolt at the big box stores I went where I should have gone in the first place. The man at Hagan Ace took one look at my example and went right to the location where a matching bolt was found.

Prices are great and selection is no different or even better than the 2 big box stores. There is always staff there to help you. Highly recommend them because of their service and freindliness.

Needed a #38 blank key for my Subaru. They didnt have it so they told me they would order it, they get a truckload twice a week. A guy wrote my name, number, and the key needed down and promised to order it then call me.... I waited a week, called 4 times just to reach someone in the key department, and was told they didnt even order it. I guess the guy just threw away my name and number as soon as I left the store?Is Ace still the place? Or, only if youre physically in the store?

I tried getting some Gearwrench brand wrenches with ACE Professional stamped on them replaced under warranty yesterday. They have a lifetime warranty. Since they didnt have single wrenches in the tool aisle, I brought the package of 5 to the counter as I have done numerous times at ace and many other stores before, they have always just opened the package gave me the ones I needed and I was on my way. But yesterday the clerk at the counter refused to warranty my wrenches. I have been a professional mechanic for more than twelve years and have broken and warrantied dozens of tools in the past and have never had anyone refuse to replace my tools before. This is extremely poor customer service and outright wrong.

The sales lady was cute, perky, smart but too short to reach the desired jamelly canning jars on the top shelf.Bought all the jars they had and she called another store to put additional jars on hold for me.Need to hire taller staff or younger short staff that can jump.

Like always ace hardware is on point with customers service. Salesman stopped and ask what I was looking for. Walked me over and helped me get the correct one. I told him I think I needed a different one. He explained to me I was mistaken and saved me another trip. Only once did I move to a small town that I gave Ace Hardware a shot. I now look for them before going to competitors

Sometimes ACE has the odd items nobody else carries. A bit pricey however.

Well I always love Ace Hardware for the free popcorn as you check out... That and the wide variety of household and auto parts they stock. This Ace has a giant beautiful plant department with beautiful yard art, planters and outdoor chairs and swings. They are a little pricey but its worth it when you consider that if they dont have it you dont need it! Also, unlike the big warehouse stores, you have a knowledgeable person helping you figure out what you need so you get the right thing the first time. Visit and youll see what I mean. Enjoy!
