Replaced zipper on bag 30 days ago. Now zipper pull came off unsewn end. He not willing to replace. Only new $30 complete zipper

I dropped off a pair of shoes that were to be done in six days. Four days later I called asking to change the type of heel I wanted put on. Although he was already working on the shoes, the gentleman readily agreed to accommodate my request. They were ready and nicely done when I went to pick them up on the sixth day. I felt the price was reasonable, too.

I always have a great experience! So glad I found a cobbler in the area.

I brought in several pairs of shoes and boots to get them cleaned, paying in advance per their policy. Shoes looked better than new, I had a sole replaced on some Italian loafers which also look and feel better than new. Personable service.

Horrible experience. If possible, id give zero stars. Dropped two pairs of shoes off for new soles. The next day the owner had a family emergency...as the story goes. After one month, the owner did not return and apparently sold the business, in addition to taking the money ($85) I paid him up front. This type of behavior is unethical, shameful and indicative of someone who cared nothing for his customers. Even though the new owners bought his problems, they refuse to honor the inventory of work they inherited. Instead, they offered for me to pay again to do the work that wasnt performed the first time. I dont think so. Just a few words of advice, if you knowingly buy a business that had turmoil due to poor customer service, you may want to give some thoughtful consideration to the customer who was screwed-over if you desire earn their business. Good luck, youll need it.

Asked for a relatively easy repair, was promised a completion date, then another completion date, I then gave him a couple extra days only to go to his shop to find he needed 20 minutes more and could I leave and come back in 20 minutes. Basically the job I asked for looks like it was banged out in 20 minutes. The man was a gentleman, but I would not recommend his work. He collects the money upfront which should have been a warning sign to me, but I paid him what he asked (I thought it was a bit too much) in anticipation of a professional job. I would avoid this place.

I took a shoe that was beginning to separate and needed to be re-glued. That was done very quickly for $10. Two months later, the show came apart where he had glued it. I took the show in and told him he had done the previous repair, He said no problem, come back tomorrow and it will be ready. When I returned, he charged me another $10. I reminded him that he had done this work previously and it didnt hold up. He denied that he had previously glued the shoe, said that he had done something else, but refused to identify what he had done.I dont know if he dislikes Caucasians (as someone else suggested,) if he is dishonest, or is just a bad businessman. I will never take another pair of shoes to this guy. Beware!

$65.00 for shoe repair. They put one new shoes string in the left shoe and did not replace the broken one on the right shoe. When I asked for another ten cent shoe string it became an issue. I could not believe it. I have two more pairs of shoes that I will eventually have refurbished, but definitely not there.

Dropped a pair of boots off over 3 weeks ago and paid $80 for him to put a rubber sole on them. Went back a week later to pick them up, an they say they were closed due to a death in the family and to give them a week. Go back a week later and the shop is closed. Go back the next da and there is a sign on the door saying they are still closed. 1 week later and the shop is still not open and no one answers the phone. The owner has made no attempt to contact us or deliver the boots back. Horrible, horrible service.

I know him personally and he is a VERY kind man,He loves his job and has being doing it for years. Whenever I need some help on my shoes or clothing is always there to help. If you complain about him skipping you because of your race, Just know that that is completely FALSE.

Do not do not do not do business with this guy, I took my work boots because the sole was coming off. It took him a week to re-glu, the next day the sole come off again..Dont waste your time or money I read the reviews and still gave it the benefit of the doubt and it was a bad choice..

When I dropped off my shoes he told he could match the color of the bottom of my shoe which came off but when I picked my shoes up, he put a black bottom on. It also cost more than I was expecting

Best shoe repair shop .Very profesional work and good service .Everyting was very clean in the store.

Just picked up a purse. Payed $32 for him to clean it for my GF. GF was just in an accident and it got the purse dirty. Dropped it off on a friday and scheduled forva pick up the next friday. I come in to get the purse. He holds it up and it looked ok at a glance. Bring it home and look in the purse and its still caked with dirt and glass from the car. Look at the clamp on the side and the hinge is caked with dirt and a big chunk of glass fell out when I opened it up. It looked like he just took a brush to it and called it a day. Horrible service! I wont even bring it back for him to get it right. Its not worth the gas to drive 2 miles for him to give the run around. Do yourself a favor. Go else where!

Visited 3 times.....bad experience, bad customer service, over priced. Does not deliver when promised. Shoe came apart after 3 weeks of hardly wearing them. Brought them back, before i could even walk in the door, owner stated he never repaired that shoe. Very insulting and poor customer service. I do not recommend this business.

Over paid for simple show repair. I would never pay him $77.00 again for a poor job done. I shouldve just bought a new pair for$15.00 extra.
