Guys here were amazing. Bought the streetfighter, the finance department got me a low APR, sales person went over all the features. While we were there they spoke to my dad about other bikes, kind not pushy. Loved this place. I love this place so much I went back and bought a second bike. The white Super Sport. It is amazing. Love both bikes, loved working with the people there.

We went there on 6/20/20. We knew exactly what we were looking for. From the moment we walked in they were super friendly. We brought our 3 year old with us and they were so accommodating and sweet to her. The process was so smooth from start to finish. We will definitely be going back for any of motorcycle needs. If you are in the market for a bike I recommend them 100 percent!

These guys are great, had some issues on my Ducati, ordered a bunch of parts on my own. Needed help finding an off-the-wall part for my transmission. They were able to walk me through everything with ease. I dont even live in Florida but would recommend them to anyone all the way to Alaska

Ordered some fairly obscure parts for my Ducati 848 EVO. Online purchasing was trouble free, easily found the part I was looking for via the parts lists. Email updates on the order were prompt and accurate. Price/shipping was appropriate. The only issue I have with this place is that I sent them an email asking for confirmation that I was going to order the correct part. I still havent received an email back...I just went ahead and ordered the parts I thought were right, and they were. So it all worked out, but how hard would it be to check the part # and reply to an email? Overall, I will order from them again if I need more Ducati parts.

The part I ordered was not listed on website but I had the part number I needed. I just typed in the number. Website found my part and went from there. Very easy ordering. Original Ducati parts are expensive but I thought reasonably priced here. Shipped fast and in perfect condition on arrival. Will order again here.

Gratest variety of Ducati parts, they have all the parts you will need down to the bolts that hold the bike together. The only complaint that I have is that they take some time to process your order, I had to wait a couple days before I even got an email confirming that someone saw my order and processed it. They don’t have all parts in stock so it’s might take them a while to get the parts from wherever they get them from (manufacturer maybe). When they got my part and shipped it to me, the shipping was very fast which is something I liked.Grate place to get genuine parts from, I just wish their order processing was faster.

Parts shipped quickly, got tracking that said delivery was to be 8-4 by 8pm. USPS however had other plans, after parts reached the Tallahassee distribution center (30 miles from my house) they went to the Savannah post office and the back to Jacksonville and then back to Tallahassee before delivery on 8-6.Got the right parts from Ducati of Jacksonville cant blame them.

Order 3 parts, only really need 1of them. Sent an email about a week later to check when they would ship my order. Received a system generated email that my order was shipped a couple hours later. Received order 18 days from the order date and when I opened the package I find hand written that one of the items was discontinued. Being a Ducati dealership/parts retailer, I would expect that they know how hard it can be to get parts at times. I would have expected to get more than a hand written note that an item is discontinued. On top of that, the discontinued item is still available for purchase on the website. I might be being picky, but, I certainly expected more from a company rated at 4.4 on this site. To top it all off, I have not been refunded for the discontinued items. Not happy at all!
