Very large Store with a friendly staff that won’t harass you while your browsing. Prices are very competitive retail but your best bet is wholesale in which you can save around 60% or so. I only gave a four stars because I wish they had a little more product selection but I’m sure that’s coming. I’ve been a diehard phantom purchaser for 20 years plus, But once I was told about this please a couple years ago I’m hooked!

Lots to choose from, helpful staff and videos playing on t.v. screens to show you a preview of the products your buying. Good prices and some sweet sales. I would recommend the store verses a tent on the side of the road, or a parking lot.

Decent Selection, Pricing is Competitive for Retail. Get there during their July 4th early sale and bring a Vet/Military/Police friend with you and youll get 35% off the non-red label items. I like the reloadable shells, so being able to get some 60 gram shells for under 3$ a pop with the discount stacking was really nice (hard to find in the Jacksonville area).

Absolutely one of the best places in the country to buy fireworks from, unbeatable prices, especially during red tag sales (which are year-round) and they also have early July 4th discounts. Incredible selection and staff is excellent and friendly.

They seem to keep cheaper fireworks now...New Years we had 3 mishaps with fireworks blowing out the sides at everyone and 1 kid got burned decent on his leg. Im hoping this 4th wont have the same ending as we decided to try them again.

They had a greeter at the door to start me off in the right direction which helped alot since I went on July 4th and it was crowded. If possible get your fireworks done before the 4th lol. But either way man on the 4th of July they were fully stocked and had an amazing selection whether youre trying to spend 5 bucks or 5000 bucks its a great place.

Pleasant visit like always. Someone is always at the door to open for you. Plenty of employees walking around offering assistance. We always go when they have a sale. This time was 40% and 20% off certain items. We spent 223.00 with discounts came up to 174.00. We been stopped going to phantom fireworks where we were left feeling stupid spending 250 dllrs but no where near as much stuff!

Wow. It was packed here but they obviously anticipated the rush of the July 3rd shoppers and had plenty of employees on hand. Despite the crowds in the aisles, there were no lines at the registers when we went.

Superior Fireworks is THE go to place to get fireworks, the staff here is really friendly and always ready to help if you have any questions. One of my favorite things about shopping here is they have tvs showing you what the firework display actually looks like before you buy it. If you live in Clay County or nearby I highly suggest coming here for all your fireworks needs.

Listen, if you are buying your fireworks at a tent or even Phantom you are more than likely ripping yourself off.Ive been buying a ton of fireworks from Phantom each year and usually stock up for the 4th of July and New Years by doing the gift card deal and buying when they run the buy 1 get 2 promotion. That still runs me about 1-2 thousand dollars, easily. Forget all of that work and effort and take yourself to Superior Fireworks which is what I am going to do from now on.They run promotions every once in a while and you can browse the selection online and order for in-store pickup, which is what I did, but when I got to the store... I saw things I did not see online and had to pick up some more. Even so, I still saved hundreds of dollars, maybe even more instead of going to Phantom with wayyyyyy less effort. I guess the more people that knows about this place and shops here will keep them in business and folks employed. I did not know this place existed until this year when I saw a post on social media.The one thing I do need to ask the next time I am here is their dud policy. Phantom will allow you to bring back a dud with a receipt and they will give you a replacement. Luckily, all of our fireworks shot off perfectly. Minus the ones where we didnt follow the instructions but nothing was harmed lol.

Its a fireworks store. Staff is helpful but no cheaper than phantom(Ph) nor are they more expensive. For example in my photos Excalibur is 89.99 at Ph and 85.99 here. So if you buy 3 of these from either store once you add discount for Sup (if military) its 15% off or If you add free gift from Ph. This is the difference Sup is $219.28 and Ph is $269.97 plus free gift(s) of $60 value. Either way glad to have a fireworks store close to OP and jax.

So I was really fascinated by their product line and decided I would check out their discounts. Im an active duty service member and on their website it specifically stated that we get 15% off purchases and that military can stack their discounts on top of each other. It specifically stated that its what made them stand out from other companies. They later told me that the 15% was only off retail and not wholesale, even though nowhere on the entire page did it mention retail. I tried to ask for the discount since the mistake was on their part, even sending them screenshots of the error on the website but they still told me no. So, I not only will not be purchasing their products, but I will be getting my 5000 veteran followers on FB to personally share this experience and make sure other active or retired service members dont fall for their scams or buy their products since this is how they treat military. False advertising at its finest.

The staff is always helpful and kind. I cant tell you how nice it is to have them so close! Prices are WAY better compared to others and the fireworks are awesome. Is it June yet? Looking forward to stocking up for next year.

Had a blast (pun intended) shopping here with my older brother. We bought a ton of fireworks here last year, and the year before that. Very large selection, high quality, and they dont rip you off for terrible packs like the tents on the side of the road. Definitely a go to place when it comes to all your firework needs, whether theyre big or small- theyll most likely have them.

Always find something new to enjoy and old favorites/staples are always in stock too. Friendly, helpful staff.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They had a good selection of items in all process ranges. Smaller items are cheaper here compared to Phantom. Bigger items you might want to get at phantom when they have there buy 1 get 1 free.

Man I love fireworks and have been into a bunch of firework stores in my life and this is the nicest most organized store that I have even been into. My gripe with firework stores is that the staff is hardly knowledgeable with what the firework will do or looks like, but that is not the case with this store. The staff is beyond knowledgeable and if you do not want to ask then just read the description that is conveniently located in front of the firework or scan the QR code that is on said description and watch a video. I am sad to say that I only spent $555 of my $1300 dollars on fireworks in this store, but next year all of my money with be spent here. Also their website is hands down the best firework website I have seen. They have links to the videos of the firework accompanied by the description of what the firework does. We plan to spend of 2k here next year.

Get there early for best deals! Left a competitor stand, paid more, got less. That and the 42 shot finales are super cool! Got two of them. The Giant Crayon $14, $24 at TNT. Remember thought, I got in early for new years. 28th was the last day of the promotion.

Surprisingly smaller on the Inside. They deal mostly in firework kits or boxes that put off a show, and not many loose fireworks.They have great sparkler options and staff is helpful.

Finally stopped in with the husband to check out their selection and was very impressed with prices and selection of fireworks!!Wow!!! We used to be phantom customers, but will definitely be shopping here from now on for our fireworks, especially when they have the same fireworks for literally half the price if not less than Phantom and other firework stands/tents. Just wanted to say that i am extremely pleased with the service, quality inc. delivery time.I placed my order on June 27th. Got my delivery on Monday the 1st. I must say that the quality of the fireworks were amazing, we put on a show for about 25 minutes, must say i was a amazed that they all went off with no issues, or scare.I will definitely be ordering some more next year, may be a little earlier since some of my choices have been sold out, which is understating since i placed my order very late.I appreciate you all for making my 4th, worth every moment.

I meant to post this closer to the 4th, however I ordered $2,000+ after the early order discount and the quantity discount of fireworks to my commercial address for 2016. Robert, the manager was super helpful. They have amazing service and amazing products. Shipping was easier, and cheaper than I expected. Everything showed up to me in Ohio when he said they would, and in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend them. I am buying from here again in 2017.
