I love Dollar General.. but sweet baby... hold my diet coke... checking out is always a trip.. around the world... NOT the staffs fault. I find this same situation at every Dollar General wherever... The company as a whole needs stockers and cashiers.. NOT cashiers who STOCK... JUST SAYING.. Still love the store though.

My go to place when Im in a hurry for a few groceries or household items! I also find great affordable items to decorate Open Houses while Im picking up the snack and beverages I provide :)

This store and Their Manager and cashiers on Hwy 19 are Awesome!!! They always have a smile on their faces and treats us like we are the only customers in the store!! I see why they have 4.1 Stars bc I stopped in after leaving the Vet (Kingsley Animal Hospital) w/ Haas the Service Dog American Bulldog. Dont get me wrong bc, Shae (I think was her name) cashier made us feel warm, welcome without any problems.She was the best Cashier, very patient, professional, & helpful recognizing myself and Haas. However; This is why Im giving 4 stars & it could have been a 5, but another cashier had to open her register off the floor putting product away Im guessing. She was not Happy nor Pleased. The reason was the basket of discounts had flip flops on sale with a min of 5 purchase at a time. I did NOT have a problem with that at all & ask do I need to go back in line for every 5, pay, 5 pay ect. Shae explained yes it was the store rules & corporate. I totally understand that & was willing to do that, but the problem was no one was behind me, no line nothing. I even let the lady behind me go first after hearing the rules. The reason the other cashier was not Happy to open bc Shae noticed right away Service Dog, Me & my disability of panic/Anxiety she choose to continue with my order.The other cashier walks by Shae to open her register & pops off her mouth Thats why you only do 5 at a time.What makes this wrong is I purchase flip flops to send to South Florida to a friend sending them to the Bahamas.Its fine I got them and there on the way to Homestead Florida.My total bill: around $7.00 Dollars for #Bahamasstrongflipflopforchildren🌍

The customer service equality there is professional, courteous, and polite. Even when the store is busy, the employees keep their composure.

We have been here several times. Always thought they had great customer service and all until recently their ad showed coke products 3 for $11. When I got to checkout they rang up full price. Didn’t realize it until I got out to car and was looking at the receipt. Went back inside and she called the manager who said “that’s only mtn dew products” in which their ad shows mtn dew 3 for $10 actually. They didn’t do anything to fix their mistake.

Store is clean, everything easy to find and have a wide variety and selection of goods, great pricing as usual and very friendly staff

This is a well stocked Dollar General and pretty clean and organized for the most part.

The store is well stocked, perhaps overstocked. They really need look at their layout and adjust accordingly. Just one Customers perspective.

I frequented this place often for my everyday needs. The store is always kept decent for the most part. But in comparison to the DG in the vicinity its at the top l.Its a toss up though when it comes to customer service. The workers who are there regularly are awesome. But if you happen to get a transfer the service is lack luster

Ive been moving around a lot this year..so I lived by 3 different Dollar General, been to em all but this one standout for a few reasons. Cleaner, better attitudes from the employees and the crazy manager thats there 😜. Chill buddy..your scaring ..? Nobody 👍 Ive gotta start taking pics again..sorry, but this guy is always there..seems really cool plus he was the first of many casualties of Orange Parks Public Works, Parks Rec.andBuildindg,Facilities Maintenance..😝

Your store is Great. My wife calls it the Giant Dollar General. But a recommendation, peak hours have more than one cashier. Line was long and took almost 20 minutes to check out.

Easy to get into. Better than having to drive to a bigger store. People are personable. Traffic can sometimes be an issue getting out.

Like it better than stuff mart. Noy as crowded get in and out less than an hour and sometimes cheaper too.

This location is always well stocked. It is in a convenient location and is always buzzing with local customers that usually live in the neighborhood. It seems the employees take great pride in the contidion of the store. Ive never had to wait for an employee to check me out at the register because everyone is attentive and eager to be helpful. Ive bought everything here from pet supplies to home improvement items. One of their strong suits is holiday and seasonal merchandise like Christmas ornaments and Halloween decorations. They also have a value section with quality brand-named items like Dawn dishwashing soap and other cleaning products.

Went to get an outdoor plant hanger or hook. They had 2 different size plant hanger braces in black or white 6 & 12 $1 & $1.50 and an extension chain for $1. Just what I needed. My granddaughter went with me and found an adorable little emoji journal and a bouncy ball for her brother. We stayed in budget I love dollar general.

Im a frequent customer at dollar General because its in walking distance of where i live, which is Consulate of Orange Park. Every time I go there, Lynda always greets me with a smile and helps me find each and every item I came for! Im my opinion, if she wasnt there, I wouldnt go as often as a do! Shes not only a great employees but a wonderful person!

Average dollar store with nothing spectacular... Kinda dirty. I understand that my husband is handsome and all, but the chatty/flirty cashier with black/ missing teeth almost couldnt contain herself due to her excitement while completing his transaction. I was embarrassed for her, and couldnt watch the train wreck for more than a couple of minutes otherwise I wouldnt have been able to hold back my laughter any longer. There was literally a line forming because of it. So, I went back to my vehicle to wait for his return from the checkout.

This is one of the cleanest dollar generals i have been in. Very organized and easy to move around in.

Very convenient and the prices are good! I go there about once or twice a week and it is usually fairly busy. They have TG Lee milk at a good price as well.

Nice store, clean mostly all the time, they have cute little stuff at a reasonable price. Employees are nice, they make sure you feel welcome to the store.
