WARNING!!! Do not use Lonestar Flooring.They cheat, steal, and lie.

Lone Star Flooring of Orange, Texas recently completed my home remodel. They have a professional and knowledgeable sales staff and installers. I have new flooring, cabinets and granite counter tops, and they look great! Many thanks go to the owners and staff of Lone Star Flooring. They were a joy to work with and I would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends.

First I only got a star so I may post for others to see my experience I do not rate them any star service!!!I do NOT recommend anyone buy fromLONE STAR FLOORING. This is the one located in Orange,TX past Walmart going toward Bridge City. Went there to buy locking floor ended up with glue down. Then went to bring it back they were going to exchange it and charge me fee I ask what? Then how much? And he tells me he dont know he would have to find out. Ended up being 25% of purchase which was 1760 sq ft. so I decided to just ask for refund and go somewhere else why get another product that I should have had in the first place and be charged a fee for what was not my fault, and that you NEVER was told.I would not have purchased glue down for mobile home. Then I brought back their product took me 4 days and the run around to get my money after they had their product too. Which they took out multiple amounts and gave me the rest. A lot of people are in same situation as me so please beware who you do business with. I was told by my contractor not to buy here and didnt listen next time I sure will. Basically I was penalized for them selling me wrong floor. I just dont want this to happen to someone else.So NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! LONE STAR FLOORING.!!!!!!!!!!!
