We used Incredible flooring about 9 years ago when Sam was the owner. He was great! We went back because we moved and needed new flooring. At first all was ok but when they demolished the laminate he saw moisture. Fred texted me a photo and laid the flooring anyways saying it was dry the next day🤔 the vinyl was laid on top of the old linoleum, and no moisture barrier was laid or discussed. Now a year later my floor is buckling and chipping. I have reached out to Fred with multiple emails, calls, phone messages no response. I then physically went there to talk to him. I am escalating this further as this is thousands of dollars owe paid. This was a poor installation and poor customer service to follow up on helping us and doing whats right! Real shame....I will be contacting the BBB and pursuing the bond of this company to pay for whats right.

Fred, was very accommodating to our tight schedule. They called me when they had a cancellation and we were able to have our carpet installed one week earlier then our original appointment.Armando, the carpet installer was great.It was very neat and the carpet installation look phenomenal when it was done. Thank you again. This is the third time that we used Incredible Carpets and flooring. I recommend them to my co-workers, friends and family.

Came here looking for a vanity I found on OfferUp and was met with a variety of flooring. We ended up looking at flooring - carpet, wood, etc. for future projects around the house. The prices were very reasonable and the guy that helped us out was very knowledgeable.They only have one style of vanity available with different color wood combos so dont expect a variety. We ended up buying the vanity :) will be back for flooring!
