I was calling around to multiple Kay Jewelers locations to find a Neil Lane engagement ring that nobody had in stock. I got ahold of Abigail at this location that was able to go above and beyond my expectations assisting me in search of the ring I wanted! Even tho they didnt have the ring in stock, Abigail said she could order it for me but advised I would receive the ring faster if I ordered it online and have it shipped to the store. I ordered the ring online using my Kay card and the order was in store ready for pickup in 6 days. Abigail called me when it arrived in store. When I went into the store to see the ring and have it sized. Abigail assisted with the whole process. I was also looking for a wedding band to go with the ring. Abigail helped me find the matching Neil Lane wedding band that goes with the ring I purchased. I live 40 miles away from this location but I will definitely be returning to this Kay Jewelers location to make all of my purchases from now on and would highly recommend everyone looking for excellent customer service experience to stop by to see Abigail.

My husband and I were shopping for months for a ring and our last stop was Kay’s in Orange. The two lady’s where both so attentive to my needs and what I was looking for. They never made me feel rushed. I am happy to say I got a ring that night! On top of it all it was a week before my wedding and they put a rush on getting my ring back from sizing so I would have it for the wedding. I recommend this location! Amazing customer service!

I shop at kay almost exclusively. I got email on something I want so went to check it out. An old lady was helping me but she was keep insisting why I dont use kay card n even talking down about my other credit card. She even start to talk about how kay is only one who use real diamond lololol. I like kays but its not only jewelry place. And then she insist me on buying protection plan that its an expensive and need protection. I said its only 100 necklace and I dont need protection on it.It got to point where she made me feel so terrible about buying a gift, I walked away. Headed to another kay to buy the same thing. Be aware.... if u get caught, she wont let u walk out alive!!! Lol
