Loretta in the pharmacy was great. I wasnt able to pick up my prescription and this lovely lady went above and beyond to get it sent to me. Thank you, Loretta.

Can’t believe the customer service I saw today everyone was doing last minute shopping because of the issued evacuations there was 3 employees standing at the self checkout 2 being managers and told the 11 people waiting in line the machines weren’t taking cash and they won’t be opening a register for anyone. They were incredibly rude to the customers trying to pay cash and I quote said “if you don’t have a card you need to leave and don’t be mad at us because Walmart isn’t taking cash at the machines either.” I had a card but won’t be doing any further business here and hope that anyone who cares about there fellow townsmen will take there business elsewhere as well the management has lost every sense of the idea of customer service.

They’re horrible. They never answer the phone, EVER and you can wait for over an hour in line just to be told that they don’t have your medication.

When I needed fried chicken for a large party, my operators requested fried chicken from Kroger because they liked the flavor. Upon arriving at the Deli, there was no one behind the counter. However, there were associates sitting at the customers tables having a great time chatting with each other. After five minutes of waiting while they clearly saw me standing in front of the Deli, one of them asked me with a seemingly annoyed tone (because I disturbed their chatterbox moment) whether I needed something. (Off course not, I was just standing there in front of the Deli to waste time!!! Sarcasm!!). Rude and not very helpful!!

I will be sure to take my business to Walmart if I need to buy anything complicated. Crystal was the only one in the store who knew how to exchange an empty 5 gallon water with the ticket that is provided via the machine outside their store with a new gallon. The checker Lauren was no help and the bagger Preston caught an attitude with me when I explained that I needed a new 5 gallon container. I am not sure what was wrong with all of their attitudes, the manager Ken was at least able to find someone who knew how to do something that require a thought process or the ability to be hospitable.

Always out of everything. Staff is rude and unprofessional and god forbid you ask someone for assistance. This is the worse Kroger around!

They have the worst return policy they lie a lot and try and accuse good hard working citizens of theft when you try and return something without a receipt or that was a gift they don’t even want to work with you.... other than that it’s Decent ... I can’t wait for the new HEB

Just want manager check with the lady work at the cashier,, she’s so rude. When I asked she respond so loudly n when we can’t find that thing she laughed at me, she acted like I went to ask her for money.

They are awesome! Theyre always friendly and very helpful! They even had the back to school vaccinations my daughter needed and held them for me until I was able to get her prescription for them.

Felt like I was at home. Same good prices. Same reduced prices on ripe fruits. And I found Kroger Brand strawberry water that I fell in love with. Hope I can get it back home.

The Kroger pharmacy is great! They usually come in cheaper then anywhere and the staff at the store in Orange is always EXTREMELY helpful. Top notch.

This is my chosen grocery store.

For a smaller Kroger, this one is always well stocked. If they are out of your favorite, they will go out of their way to get it. Everything is always fresh.

Cons: Parking lot is very tight. The pharmacy drive-thru takes about 15 minutes per vehicle and normally has more than 3 cars in line.Pros: The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. The meat is affordable. Get a free Kroger card and save even more during checkout.Edit :06/07/17I get ready made salad in the bowl that you just mix. They are $3.99 at Kroger and $2.99 at Heb. We have since realized that even with the Kroger card its cheaper to shop at HEB. However, Kroger does have more stuff and options. Specifically, dairy, pharmacy, deli, bakery, personal hygiene products and gas station.

Overall its ok. The newly expanded international section was a great addition. Their deli and bakery seem to need more help, but the bakery goods are always tasty

I used to enjoy shopping at Kroger, especially when Kroger had the 10% seniors discount. Without this discount Kroger is no longer competitive. HEB has now replaced Kroger for our family shopping experience, on top of that the entrances to Kroger parking lot from the street are a Huuuge rocking experience, going in and out. So why should I shop at Kroger.

We miss not having kroger brand all purpose seasoning we used it for years and for some reason they stopped offering it.it. was the best and we cant find a.replacement.

Amazing deals on meats all the time. I always seem to get the same cashier lady and she is always the sweetest! Definitly enjoy these experiences more than Wal-Mart!

Very clean, workers are very informant ; meat prices a little high but when they have a sell, prices are great . Produce are fresh & their displays wonderful to look at . Must try FLOWER DEPT. the florist is wonderful.

It wasnt too busy for being the day before thanksgiving, but understandably they were out of some of the fruit pies. Their parking lot is cut much smaller due to the click and pick up groceries.

I like Krogers Its just sometimes its a little confusing. What you can buy without buying multiple items of the same thing or combining to make the discount. Also your new app is more confusing sell items are for pickup not for Shoppers. It was a whole lot better before you guys started doing online shopping. I know youre trying to keep up with the Joneses which means Walmart. Walmart doesnt have that the same price if you go in the store or if you do online shopping. I do do online shopping at Walmart because its pretty self-explanatory. Maybe one day Ill try yall once you get in the groove

Checker staff rude, manager did not know when checkers were on break. Courtesy clerk came out and checked us out. Her name is Terry. This happened 11-24-2019 at approximately 19:50. Manager did know that checkers were supposed to be on duty until 21:00.

There is only a one star option but I am extremely upset and I am a frequent Kroger shopper and I will never shop at Kroger again . Had received a Nut cracker and Wine Opener and they were brand new never touched straight out of the gift bag from my House warming party gifts and Kroger has in the past returned things for my OLDER family members I also feel discrimination was at hand as they were all giggling and talking behind the counter and kept looking at me so I told them I want to speak to a manager she says I cant return anything over $10 dollars . Ummmm Normally when you have a house warming party people do NOT give you receipts thats kinda standard I thought I mean and who wants to go and ask the person who bought it for it thats just rude so yea I offered my license and everything and they were so ridiculous about the entire thing ..... why can walmart and Target and even little business return something without a receipt and yet A huge business like Kroger cant ??? Wont ever return and give them my business and Im in there weekly almost . No more though .... dont try and return anything without a receipt because they will act like you stole it and give you a ridiculous speech unless you are OLDER then you arent judged ..... I will be calling corporate . Susan Murphy says that they dont want bad reviews for the store yet they allow stuff like this to happen ... shame on you Kroger Orange Texas

June 11 at approximately 8 pm as I was checking out I noticed that the checker Taylor appeared to be upset with the customer ahead of me so I asked her how her day was going but received a dirty look and no reply. I told her that I hoped she had a better day and she spun the carousel throwing my groceries on the floor. I told her that that was unneccesary and was told that if I didnt like it to talk to the Manager Jon who was checking on another lane. I told Jon what happened and he said Oh My Oh My!!! I have been a Kroger customer for over 40 years due to the fact that Krogers is partially employee owned but I intend not to be treated rudely by some apparent juvenile delinquent and I am inclined to take my business and my families business elsewhere. Customer service-----I dont think so !!!!!!! Taylor is a detriment to Krogers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
