I have to say Jimmy Jones POLARIS is a 1st CLASS Operation! With ALL the inventory shortage Faye (GM) was wonderful. She kept me informed of my transaction the entire time. She at no time kept me in the dark about where and when my unit was arriving. The accessories where put on the correct way and the unit was delivered to me standing tall. As you can see in the picture it looks awesome!All I can say is if you are looking for a GREAT PRICE and Exceptional SERVICE then JIMMY JONES POLARIS is the place to buy from.

Terrible service on 2O13 Ranger 900Xp. Difficulty starting so took it in middle of Jan. Was told by Robert it would be several days and they would look at it. I went by about 5 days later, the unit outside and fuel injectors are disconnected open to the rain. Discussed with Faye and Phillip, sevice tech why and he said a wire was crossed and he disconnected to fix? Don’t know how long it has been sitting outside in rain with engine exposed. Talked with Faye and she said she would give me updates. She called one day over three weeks ago and has not communicated since. . Said probably would need to do too end rebuild and I agreed if upon tearing down engine it was determined what needed to be replaced. Called yesterday told parts on back order and when I asked which ones was told they were not but just hadn’t come in. Called today and asked which parts they had and was told pistons had been ordered with out even taking heads off to actually see if pistons were needed. The machine has been sitting outside for a month and I am being told lie after lie and have lost a I am picking machine up tomorrow and finding another place to have it repaired. This dealership obviously has very incompetent, deceitful people from the manager down to the service tech.

I do not typically leave reviews, especially bad reviews. However, this dealer is dishonest and I wanted to make others aware of my experience with them. I have been in the market for a Polaris Ranger 900XP Crew. I found one yesterday in my price range here with the price listed online at $11,962. I called and confirmed the price over the phone and went to my bank to get a loan today. After waiting for an hour for the dealership to send over the information to my bank to process the loan so that I could purchase and pick up the ATV, the price had changed. The change in price did not include taxes because I am exempt for farming purposes. The only added fee was $149 for documentation (as expected) but the sell price was now listed at $12,991 instead of $12,111. I then called the dealer back to find out why the price went up and her excuse was that the rebate changed this morning. She was very rude and argumentative. She also asked me if I would like the link to the Better Business Bureau. I feel that this dealer is very unprofessional and deceiving. The price online has still not changed and in my opinion should have been honored. I could understand if I contacted weeks ago and the price had changed. But overnight, come on. That is just ridiculous. If you are dealing with this dealer, make sure to check your paper work and pricing before signing!

This place is terrible. STAY AWAY! I really wish you could give ZERO stars. Not sure where to begin but it took four times longer than they quoted, communication was awful but the worst part is they literally didnt fix what they said they fixed. The ATV needed a battery and starter. I picked it up and they had to jump the battery in the parking lot. They said it had just been sitting a few days. When I got home to Florida it had all the same issues. I just took it to the local Polaris dealer who said it needed... A new battery and starter. Nothing like paying twice. Go somewhere else.
