Great prices and had what I needed in stock..

Having trouble receiving parts in a timely manner that were ordered hours earlier. And when we arrive to pick up the parts they still aren’t pulled and guaranteed at a minimum one of our orders will be missing a part or they not have it as the inventory says that the do. And the customer service sucks too. They do not care about the average customer and have an attitude when you ask them to do their job. Not happy when we HAVE to come to this location whatsoever..

Would not read code on the car. My husband was traveling with our two kids when the check engine light came on and was told they stop checking due to covid-19. I guess human decency and compassion stopped as well. He’s vaccinated by the way. Cheapest code reader they had was almost a hundred dollars. Not sure but sounds like a scheme to make people have to spend more than they can afford. Hope you never have to deal with this store or it’s employees devoid of all human decency.

Counter help is slow employees wandering outside of business no help for customers inside. 😒

Tried to buy parts from here at 7:54pm and the doors were locked. Another guy showed up as I was leaving and shook the door while yelling through the crack. A worker opened the door and let him slip in before relocking the door.???????????????

The only place I go for Auto parts theyre very knowledgeable kind and conscientious

Went in to get engine and cabin air filters. They didnt even have the cabin so I had to go to oreileys.

Good selection of auto parts and car audio as well as other items to give your ride a look that suits you.

Still waiting for refund from online order placed last month, tried to pick up in store maybe 15 mins later, this specific location likes to close the door before hours listed, covid-19, or not. I suggest going to Columbia Rd location if in Orangeburg. Had to re-order at Columbia road location, when I got there,had pick-up moments later without mishap.

Usually this is my go to auto store in Orangeburg, but today I was pretty disappointed with the service. Bought a new battery and when we asked about getting it changed out the guy replied with, “uhh because of how our tools are right now I can’t.” What? You’re telling me that you work at advanced and don’t have the one Maybe two wrenches it takes to change out a battery? More like you’re just too sorry to. Get a new job dude. Preferably in a pie factory. Not to mention put your cell phone in your pocket next time you have customers.

The time of closure on the door is not correct! They close at 7, not 8, on Sunday. Google said they closed at 8, as well. We arrived at 7:05. Thankful that they allowed us to still pick up the battery we ordered so we could get our vehicle running again. Otherwise, this would be a very different review.

Very down to earth attentative staff!!!

It was raining and I needed new windshield wipers. Both guys in the store were helpful and polite and replaced them in the rain.

Terrible service!!!! Justin B is a liar! He should be fired. He had an attitude when I first came in. He said to me “ you don’t want me to turn hood on you now “. I came in because I needed a new battery (current one has acid leaking and is very dirty and turns on and off “ he said to me that if I wanted a new battery I would have to pay $340 for it. Because he claimed my warranty was off when I only bought it 9 months ago. Justin b is horrible he doesn’t need to work here. And while I was in there he went into the drink thing and took a Powerade, and a sprite and drunk it without paying for it. Tim on the other hand, he is so fine and helpful

Staff was very helpful by thoroughly testing my electrical system and cleaning the battery posts before selling me a new battery. The free installation is a major convenience.

The employees are in no hurry to serve you nor do they ask can they help you. I was at the register while everyone was standing around even the person behind the register as if they were waiting on each other to someone step up and ring up my items. Finally the person who was at the register rang me up. They all acted like they had no energy to lift a finger.

It was a good experience. I knew exactly what I needed, went in and got it. In and out. The cashier was a friendly college student, very professional.
