I had an excellent experience coming from out of state to buy a 2021 Ridgeline. Specifically my experience is with the sales manager, Joe. He gave me a great deal right out of the gate and was very nice to work with. Excellent communication. Traveling home got towed to here. Was told it was my battery $170. Broke down an hour later. Towed to another dealership. Another tow bill plus hotel expense just to be told I needed a transmission. They should have caught this here. I told them the battery light never came on and I could shut it off and start it with no problem.

My family and I were on the way to Hilton Head, South Carolina on a Saturday evening when we experienced car troubles. The car began overheating and shaking on the interstate and became very unsafe to drive. After googling around, we discovered the Orangeburg, SC Superior Honda was very close, however it would be closing right as we would arrive. We called and explained the situation and the staff was more than understanding and were gracious enough to stay around an extra hour to make sure we were taken care of. In particular, Mr. Joe Wooters, the stores sales manager, went above and beyond to sacrifice his Saturday evening to ensure a bunch of strangers were safe and would make it to their final destination. I would recommend to anyone going to Superior Honda in Orangeburg and asking for Joe. This is a fantastic guy and I would highly encourage going to buy a car from him, you will not be disappointed. On behalf of my entire family and I, we are very grateful for everything he did for us in our time of desperation.
Awesome service dept., was traveling from NJ to Fl in our month old 2019 CR-V when all morning light populated the instrument panel. Service Writers Brian & Shemeka when out of their way taking a part off a new vehicle on the lot to repair ours. We can’t tank them enough, both are a valuable asset to your dealership.
Called the dealership made an appointment to purchase a used truck and when I arrive the next morning they sent it to another dealership for another person to purchase and simply wasted my time driving an HR to the dealership and wouldnt recommend them for any reason for a vehicle purchase.
Brian and the other team members were all amazing to deal with as we needed diagnostics run and fortunately just needed new spark plugs to be back on the road today and on track with all of our vacation plans intact!

We were driving through back home to Florida from NC when our service light came on for an oil change. It was a surprise to us since we had just gotten it changed before leaving for our holiday trip. We looked up the nearest Honda dealership and this location came up. Each person there was courteous and helpful and we were out of there in 35 minutes. I believe it was the head of the maintenance dept that even took time to speak to us about our trip and confirmed that it seemed likely that our dealership didn’t reset the engine oil life. We go to a much larger dealership near our home in Fl and I have to say that our service here was impeccable compared. Thank you!!
I would highly recommend Superior Honda. Mike Brown in sales and Brian Covington in service are fantastic. My family has purchased several cars from them and the purchase process is straight forward without a lot of hassle or haggling. They do not use high pressure sales tactics that so many other dealers seem to find necessary. I purchased a 2012 Honda accord from them, made the deal over the phone and when I arrived at the dealership the car was ready to go and my total time at the dealership was less than 30 minutes. Ive also had my cars serviced there and the service department has always been fast, courteous, and efficient.
Best customer service! Although I did not purchase a vehicle from Superior Honda, Brian, the sales manager and Darius, the salesman, were the best I have ever encountered. They provided a no-pressure, pleasurable experience. Even after I called back to let him know I had purchased a different vehicle, Brian continued to provide professional customer service.
In this day and age when most dealerships are out to make a quick dollar off of you, Superior Honda stands above the rest. In my search for the new Civic Type R, I called a total of 79 dealerships in 5 different states, this is the only dealership that held up to their end of the agreement. Ive heard and dealt with many other dealerships that reneged previously held agreements in order to sell this car for 2-25k over MSRP. Would definitely buy another vehicle from them even though they are 200 miles away.

Recently purchased a car and it needed air conditioning work done (in 100 degrees weather). Superior Honda or Superior GMC did not have a loaner car available for me to use. I worked and lived almost an hour away and would have to wait hours before a service technician could get to even look at the car. Mr. Wooter at Superior Honda found me a car so that I could get to work and not wait all day. This was one of the best customer service experiences ever. They took care of a frustrated customer and I’m very appreciative of their actions of going above and beyond 😊

My husband and my self were traveling back from Charleston, heading to Knoxville Tn, when our car broke down in Orangeburg. We had it towed to Superior Honda. It was a Saturday so the service dept. was closed. Joe Wooters was the nicest man, along with his staff, that we have ever met. He helped us tremendously. Brought an Audi not even two months ago and it left me stranded. I spoke with an employee via phone and I was informed that there’s nothing they can do because Superior Honda doesn’t have an Audi mechanic on hand.... Great customer service would’ve offered options: They didn’t offer to look to see if they could fix it or to see what’s goin on; They didn’t research for common issues; They didn’t offer to tow the car to Audi (The car is disable) to see what going on. No options was given besides, Mr. Felder even though you brought the car a month ago, (and jus made the 1st payment) there’s nothing we can do!!At this point I am livid, heart broken, screwed out of money and a car.At this moment I wouldn’t recommend buying a car for this establishment unless it Brand New..PS: Is there a lemon law in SC? Can someone please help me?
A month ago my partner and I were in search for a CR-V for myself. We were told by people to go check out Superior Honda in Orangeburg. Went in to visit and it was not a good experience. We entered the establishment and it seemed as if no one was in hurry to offer assitance. Finally a salesman came over to help, but was not much of help.He mentioned to us he was new and didnt know much about the CR-Vs I was interested in. He gave us the little car informational book that is in the waiting area, and said he would be back to help us. Unfortunately an older couple came in, he dropped us and immediately and went to help them. We found out by the manager who was just sitting around that he had been previously working with the couple. I felt that was so rude and inconsiderate that the salesman would drop 2 young African American women, and quickly run over to help the older Caucasian couple. It made me feel like he thought he would get a purchase from them instead of us.They just let a customer with an excellent credit score just walk out the door. I definitely had a better purchase experience with Stokes Honda of Beaufort and they offered superior customer service. There was definitely a selection of Pre-Owned Certified2015 CR-Vs to choose from in Beaufort, and I was treated with respect as soon as I entered the doors of Stokes Honda of Beaufort.Response:Again, my experience is what happened and what took place. Jacob didnt seem enthusiastic and he didnt know too much about the vehicles that were being shown on the lot. Jacob was suppose to get keys for us to view another vehicle, but during that time he left us with no words or explanation, and immediately started to assist another couple who came in as we waited. After we looked around and waited for someone to hopefully help us, the manager (Brian) let us know that Jacob had previously been working with the couple, and they were suppose to come in earlier that day, but ended up coming around the time we did. All I am saying is that it would have been nice for Jacob to have shown some type of courtesy as the sales representative to make us aware of what is going on. Example: Ladies I am so sorry, I have been previously working with this couple and I was suppose to meet with them today. What I can do, is find a sales rep. who can assist you before I go help this couple.Oh no.... instead Jacob just walked away, we were left sitting waiting, and wondering what is going on. The sales rep. who finally did come to help us, didnt know what we were interested in or what Jacob had even did with us. He made us aware that whatever he helped us with, he would have to split the sale with Jacob. My partner and I was like thats definitely not fair because Jacob clearly was of no help. If anything, we would definitely want the second sales rep. to receive the sale. We told the second rep. thanks for trying to help us, but we would be moving onto the next dealership to look for a Honda CR-V. As far as pricing.... that was not the reason for this review. The reason for the review was for your customer service, and how I was treated as a customer when I wanted to purchase a vehicle from your establishment.Thank you for your response and I look forward to speaking with the manager (Brian) on tomorrow.

They sold me a GMC Acadia that they knew had problems which is why he kept suggesting the warranty... But little did I know the warranty that hr recommended me to purchase did not cover the vehicle. Just after 3 days I had problems with the vehicle and he told ms to wait 2,weeks until the warranty kick in..he tried to give it enough time so I didnt have to bring the car back. I spent over $1200 on this truck and its still isnt fix!!! I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!!! RIP OFFS!!!
