I was able to find a few items although they didnt have a large section. I thought their lashed was a bit pricey. The young ladies were helpful.

I gave this store a second chance from the negative experience a few weeks ago. The store was neat and selection of hair, products and accessories was great. The staff helped me find what I needed. So I had a better experience today so Im updating my review and most likely will return.

Finding my favorite products is sometimes like hit or miss. You can forget about asking for help because it’s met with an attitude like the ladies are bothered or something. Usually when I come in, they greet me, but then they are all huddled behind the counter talking to each other or on the cell phone. I go in and quickly leave right back out if I cannot find what I’m looking for. This will no longer be my first choice as it once was.

I was able to find everything that I wanted very easily and the Sales associate was very friendly and helpful.

Love the store and there products. Would go back again. Asian woman very rude but great customer service.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would be more than happy to. I visited this location to purchase a wig. I selected the one I wanted and it was a lace wig that of course had excess lace to the front of the wig. Now I’ve never been to a beauty supply store that sells wigs that doesn’t offer to cut the excess lace off for you upon purchasing the wig, therefore I requested for them to do that prior to me leaving the store. I was told one a highly unprofessional manner that it was going to be a $5 charge for them to do that. I explained that I’ve never been to a store that doesn’t do that free of charge since in fact I am purchasing a wig from the store’s inventory. I honestly feel as though that the employee’s here are pocketing the money and making up a charge to get money out of their customers for their own personal needs. What a rip off! Not to mention she butchered the cut and it is not to my liking so I paid for what? Something I could’ve done myself? I encourage everyone to stay away from businesses like this who doesn’t appreciate and respect their customer’s time, money and business enough to simply cut excess lace from a wig complimentary!!!

Found what I wanted fast. Store clean and not cluttered. I will be returning.

Plenty of hair, little pricey. Employees are really helpful in finding what ever it is that you need.

Love this store. The owner is very nice and will take the time out to help you. And they even have an makeup artist in the back on weekends

Beauty Line is actually a business of a friend mine. Business well run by his family. Great customer service and attention to detail. I would recommend this hair business to all.

If I didn’t have to give them any starts I wouldn’t they are very rude and disrespectful and they will no longer get my money. When u ask the younger sister for help she sometimes rolls her eye as if your getting on her nerves . Then when u ask for help she’s blowing her breath. If customers are giving you their money you should be thankful we shopping with u . both the Asian women are very rude and disrespectful

I just like getting my lashes done from there its only one person that can do my lashes in there
