Went to redeem my coupon for free body care item( The Champagne Apple&Honey body lotion). There was $5.95 sale purchased the Champagne Toast body spray.

Love that Bath and Body Works has a very excellent return policy. I purchased some wallflower and unfortunately they did not line up with my scent preference so I exchanged them for some that were great!

My wife and I stop in this location to grab some of the sales items. The store was clean and the employees were helpful.The selection was better than the store in Sumter SC. We were able to purchase several items. The cashier was helpful and it did not take long to cash out.If you want a great experience for your shopping needs please stop at this location. You will enjoy the experience.

I love this store. The staff are friendly, and very helpful. There is such a wide variety of merchandise to choose from. I can always find something nice for me, friends and my family.

I really like this store a lot. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by a very nice worker at the station at the front set up with a variety of hand sanitizers for you to choose from before entering the rest of the store and she asked if we were looking for anything specific. After we all picked out and put on the hand sanitizers we wanted, she directed us to exactly where we needed to go and prepped a special bag made to hold the large candles to make it more sturdy. She then offered her assistance if needed and let us browse. Every 10-15 minutes or so they would walk up and ask if we were finding everything OK. It made us feel comfortable that if we needed any help at all that they were ready to help. Plus when they saw we were looking at specific products they would walk by and let us know that they were having a sale on those types which was great. There were so many scents and so many different types of products to choose from. At checkout they were very helpful and gladly answered whatever questions we had about reward points and other questions we had about gifting. As we left another worker thanked us for shopping and wished us a good day. It was a very enjoyable experience to shop there and I will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff, this young lady was working alone but made you feel as if she was only working with you. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. Unfortunately, the store didnt have any body spray in stock that was on sale, a lot of the sale items, this location was out of😟. You want to support the town but when they are out of stock so fast you have to spend your 💸money at another location.

I went in there for the buy 3 get 3, and the items that I wanted they were sold out. Overall great smells.

I shop here at least once a month. I love the girls that help me with my purchases and always enjoy all the new things along with the old favorites!!! I buy candle sleeves, scented candles,lotion and bath wash. Buy most of my gifts from there too!! If you cant make it to the store...just order online and you will get the same great service..

They had a sale and when I went in they even showed me that there were more coupons in the app and they were patient with me having 4 different orders. Well worth the money spent.

Was helped by a sweet girl on the sales floor and a sweet guy at the register both although the manager Im assuming was very rude to the girl on the sales floor and she also got very rude towards me, she was not rude to anybody else in the store!? Was it because Im white!? Oh well. Get it together.

Visited for the SAS and really wasnt impressed. Seems every year they take away more and more of the things they use to sell at this big sale event. I only got things for my teenage daughter and teenage niece. Would be great if they would include other things besides mostly their retired scents. I remember them having the candle holders, spray holders, and the car scent holders... what happened?

I love this store. They have the best customer service. I just moved to Orangeburg, SC and Krypton makes my shopping experience worth it. She is always eager to help . Shes a joy to be around.

Providing like the body wash at the mall in Orangeburg its a lot of good things there you can buy shoes you can buy jewelry you can even get a phone and you can do a lot of shopping there so go to the mall in Orangeburg South Carolina and go shopping a lot of stoles there I love that going to the mall enjoy your night
