I went here today and the guy was standing outside of the store. He saw me pull up and park. I got out and as I was walking toward the front door, he greets me and opens the door for me. That was really refreshing to see that chivalry is not dead! As soon as we stepped inside the store, he immediately asks me do I need any help finding anything. I was looking for something specific and he just knew. He went right to it, grabbed it off the shelf and brought it to me. Then I saw another product that I had been looking all over for because it has been discontinued. I bought it since it was the very last bottle. He was so kind, his customer service was excellent and I felt like royalty the entire time. Keep up the great work Empire Beauty! I will come here first from now on. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic,they have a large array of products to choose from. Im visiting from Florida, and I love it. I was here in November and got a very good deal on a wig, they had a sale going on then, and I was able to purchase two wings for the price of one. ( buy one get one free).

Don’t even live in Orangeburg city but I travel an hour just to get my bundles from here! I love this hair store!!!!!! The owners are so nice they actually friendly unlike most hair stores like I said I drive an hour just to shop here.

New Hair Store in Orangeburg and they offer the people a lot. Nice Store and they have variety. The brothers who own the Establishment is really nice, pleasant and helpful. #1 thing - You can try on as many wigs as you would like (No Limit) unlike other places when they make you pay $1 for a cap to only try on three and Empire cut off the Lace for Free 👍. The only Con I would say is that most of there wigs was really Pricey but a Pro about that is that theyll try and work out a deal with you or give you a discount unlike some other places. Check them out 🦰🦳🦱🦰!

As far as the store goes and the customer service i had a wonderful experience! The men who assisted me were helpful and very nice. However when it comes to the hair that i spent almost $300 for i am very disappointed. I purchased my hair on Friday and today (Tuesday, July 2nd) this hair sheds, tangles, and does have the density I normally like at the ends of the hair. Im kinda upset because they went through the whole oh this hair doesnt shed (I know better than that all hair sheds) or tangle. I plan on going back to show the owners the hair. The hair I purchased was the 12a mink and I just cant believe that that grade of hair would be this subpar (again its disappointing). The two things i like about the hair is that its soft and holds a curl. I would not buy this hair again, (nor would I recommend it, unfortunately) I usually order online, but I didnt have time as this was a last minute decision.
