Office didnt open until 10am due to technical difficulties. Even on a regular day it takes forever just to make a payment. Slow service and would give it 0 stars if I could.

My experience was great! A rep came to my home and explain to me the difference of the 2 phones that I was interested in. The rep. also broke down the bill for me and explained why they are a better carrier!

My transaction was completed, that’s why I gave 2 stars. However the customer service I received was inadequate. Chasity was very rude to me and I’m not sure if it was because I was young and she didn’t feel the need to execute the same courteous customer service that she does to older adults. I wouldn’t recommend this place to others. And the only reason that I completed my transaction there was because I needed a phone day of. But if you can go elsewhere you should.

Would give no stars, because I got NO service. Sales lady was rude, talked down to my senior citizen mother and when another agent tried to help she was just NASTY.DIDNT CARE I have been customer for 28 years. Well, called AT&T direct and got service.

The associate Candis was very patient and kind. She even stayed over her scheduled time to make sure that we were well taken care of. She made herself available to me even for future questions I may have. I highly recommend this location and this associate.

I received the best customer service on Labor Day both gentlemen were very nice and knowledgeable about the products. Dontae was the associate helping me but both very kind and helpful. They were able to recommend more than one solution to the issue I was having with my phone.

Went into the at&t store in Orangeburg just to check on info about switching from my current provider to someone else seeing as though I have been so unhappy with sprint for the last couple of years. My plan for today was to stop by a couple of places to compare prices and services. Well let’s say that upon arrival at the at&t store I was greeted immediately by ms.Shanta’ whom was able to assist me with all of my questions and concerns so then without a doubt I knew I didn’t need to go to anyone else for comparisons. Ms.Shanta’ provided me with great service and applied all the discounts (amazon employed) that were available without me asking and also was able to convert my old number and patiently iCloud converted all my previous info from my old phone to my new one. I used at&t decades ago and don’t know why I ever left in the first place. Let’s just say I’m confident that I will never leave them again....thank you Shanta’ and at&t for being so reliable and convenient.

So, theres a sales tech in this store named Reggie...hes the only one Ive interacted with, so this review will center around him. My wife and I are horrible about buying phones, understanding plans and options, etc. Reggie sat down with us and completed a PAINFUL port over from Verizon. When things didnt seem right, he called folks who knew how to fix it. He was patient, kind, and most of all knowledgeable. The transaction was as smooth as I couldve asked for. When we left, Reggie told us to let him know if he could be of any more help. Fast forward 2 months...an iPhone on our plan was destroyed. Rather than call, we went to see Reggie. Within 10 minutes we were on our way home and the replacement phone was delivered TO OUR HOME that evening. Again, Reggie was great. He took a super stressful event, broke it down, and helped us out. I cant say enough about this guy...definitely a great asset to AT&T. #ATTWireless

I went to pay someones bill and I knocked on the glass door. The ladies that were out there said I had to wait to be let in. I said thank you,waited a bit then I said I could pay a bill faster if I had gone to Verizon. Out of the mouth of an AT&T employee she said there was a Verizon just up the street . Purchased a new phone today. The young lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable; however, her level of friendliness and/or compassion was poor. This was only reaffirmed when I called the store. At the conclusion of the conversation the young lady hung the phone up in my face without a your welcome and/or goodbye. I believe that good customer service is a vital component of any business.

People are ghetto and rude. She didnt even look at my mother when she handed back her ID. Employees were laughing at customers and wasting time. The employee that helped my mother looked at my moms older touch screen phone with disgust, like she was too good to be working on anything besides what they currently sell in the store. Awful, I think next time we will just pay the extra gas and go to the Columbia store.

Reggie was really helpful and knowledgeable when my husbands cell phone got locked his shift was over but he stayed to help us out he went above and beyond.

Staff there completely inept. Arrived a day prior to my prepaid plan expiring to pay. Apparently with all of the computer power and awesome internet service available to them, they cant understand what service plan you have with your phone number and english words describing what your service plan is. AT&T is in a word DISGRACEFUL. I will be dropping them after the worst service I have EVER received from ANY business. I would advise anyone seeking a cell phone provider or any of their offerings to look elsewhere.
