I went to purchase a charger for my mother and I was charge $26 I dont understand why i was charge $26 when the box that the charger was in had a price of 19.99 on it. I went back inside to see they have the nerves to tell me oh that price just on there. Well thats false advertising and has a customer I was really upset and felt has if they could have given me the charger for the price thats shown on the box. I was not satisfied at all and will cut my services with cricket
I was at MetroPCS/T Mobile for two years. On Auto Pay, never missed a payment, never filed an insurance claim, nothing, perfect customer. It was time to upgrade my Girls phones, I called the store in Red Bank in Lexington to ask what kind of deals they had. I spoke to the rudest, nastiest girl (WHO HAS NO BUSINESS working in customer service) who in so many words said “we have no deals for existing customers, you’ll have to go elsewhere” - so after getting over that RUDENESS - me, my ex husband and my husband went to Cricket on Chestnut Street in Orangeburg. Almost THREE HOURS (NOT Crickets fault, it was T Mobile telling me I had the wrong account number and routing pin that THEY WERE GIVING ME, it was beyond ridiculous and thanks Mila at T Mobile (ex 305219) for continually telling me I was wrong with INFO YOU WERE GIVING ME. Jomaris Pierre was the absolute sweetheart who spent that long trying to get us phones, excellent customer service. Then Miss Crystal Tyler (manager) ❤️ said she wasn’t having no more - she called MetroPCS/TMobile and let em HAVE IT. After 3 hours, we were all about to pull our hair out. I will do everything I can to keep my service with them- I love them so much, I may take em a Christmas card 😂Seriously- if you are in Orangeburg and think going to Lexington/Columbia you’ll get better service, don’t bother!! Go right here to Cricket on Chestnut and these two gals will get you set up!! Much respect- they didn’t have to spend 3 hours doing that, but they did and I GREATLY APPRECIATE IT and will refer anyone looking for a phone and great customer service to Jomaris and Miss Crystal!
This location was easily enough to find. The staff strive to provide a quality customer service experience. They are usually cheerful and always electronically knowledgeable. The actual cellular carrier works well in most rural areas, especially for plan rates. I did find greater new low cost Cricket selections in more populous regions. It is best to avoid this one during high volume times for efficient assistance and ease of parking.* I advise against allowing Cricket access to your banking information to prevent multiple month deduction conversations with difficult customer service comprehension. I wont agree to the $3 in store processing fee started this year.

When I first got my Cricket phone, I was ecstatic, but I guess the holidays rushed the glow off my happiness. The latest occurred at 1000 Chestnut Street Orangeburg, SC. I went into the store where I had received really good help previously. This time, however, the clerk on duty, being paid to be helpful, was really only trying to sell phones. This gentleman told me to keep entering different spellings of the answer to my security question to try to fix my problem, Then after asking who could help me and after turning to leave the store, he cursed at me!! Said he wasnt going to take my abuse. These are the people they hire to support Crickets face to the public.

When I walked in to the store I was greeted with smiles. This was my first time in there, the Spanish guy was very nice and helpful, he explained how thier service worked and proceeded to show me the phones like different features and told me about their resent promotions. Finally I ended up getting a LG Stylo, I love how big the screen is and the way it looks over all. While doing the transaction the girl acknowledged that I was there and she didnt just sit there she talked to me and was very friendly. Over all my experience was Great! I love the service I get coverage everywhere, the phones are excellent and the people working there make you feel like family. Ill be with Cricket for a while.
Great service with Cricket however one thing I would like to see happen is when you call someone your name comes up on caller ID as opposed to Unknown caller or Wireless caller. Otherwise so far so good with service

The staff needs more training on the set up of bring your own devices, because the guy working didnt know what he was doing and I ended up figuring it out myself.

I got really great service when I went to the store but when I had a problem and tried to call the store for help I couldnt get anyone to answer the phone. I tried for over 3 hours. Couldnt even leave a message because their mailbox was full. Apparently noone else could get thru either
