This credit union is slack. This whole bank company is slack. I would take my chances with cash and prepaid card then go establish anything else with this branch or any of there branches!!!!

Its being remolded, adding a drive thru, minimal parking

This State Credit Union has the nicest people. Ive been coming here for many years. It is very small but I havent had to wait an unusual amount of time in line yet. It is always clean, and right now all the workers are wearing masks as they should. The lobby currently does have social distancing signs in place. There are about 6 parking spaces right by the building with a little extra room that isnt marked off that has room for a few more cars, and their drive thru driveway has extra parking as well. There is a few drive thru lanes with one lady manning those at all times and a drive up ATM as well.

New building

While the tellers are usually quick, trying to do ANYTHING else here is infuriatingly slow. You go ignored for long periods of time. Maybe theyre understaffed, but this branch is just bad in general.

My debit card stopped working and they wanted to charge me to replace it.

Very slow. Only one customer service representative and everytime I have visited the branch manager is out of the branch.
