Whom this may concern store manager, regional manager or Walmart corporation headquarters. This Walmart is the lowest and worst i ever been. My loves ones buy everything they need in this store cashier needs to be open. it a long line and longe wait to use self check out 3out 5 self check out was out of order. One cashier line open. People are disappointed and irritated with this situation. At the deli one of the machines was out of order too. Store is not set right very disorganized and dirty. Look at the pictures. The shopping cart are so old not working properly parking lot are needed fresh paint and cart holders. Walmart associates are not wiping the cart at the store entrance properly the associates just spray so quickly at the time of my visit so I went and get a hand sanitizer wipes and wipes myself other Walmart are handling clean wiped cart to the customer .

Stop here while in Orangeburg. The mens department was not well stocked. I was able to find what I needed.The store seem like it was to crowded. Check out was slow. There was only 6 Check out registers. Two was not working. Customers were taking their time Checking out.Employees were not around. Not a good experience. I do not recommend this store. In truth you will go there anyway if you live in Orangeburg.

If you shop at this store you had better check your prices because 2 out of 12 items rang up wrong they are stealing from customers. Pineapple rang up 3.68 and chips rang up 2.00

Went to the optical department to order glasses. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Explained all the costs before choosing the one wanted.

I was looking for weeks for paint that would be good for my bedroom. I found some colors white paint interior that was great! The salesperson there was so eager to help me. Even though they didnt have the semi gloss that I wanted, he told me satin was just as good. And it was! Im definitely going back to see if I can find the eggplant bath towels that I need.

I had a 2:00p.m. appointment at the Walmart Supercenter in Orangeburg Pharmacy on Thursday 10/28/21. Ive received my Phneumoccal pneumonia shot vaccination ✔ by Mrs. Karla and she was the two Ps, polite and pleasant. It was horrible!!!!! Only about 6 self checkouts open and of course CARDS ONLY! Which is not an issue for me however, when you have lines at both self checkouts wrapped around the store then its an issue. Finally open a registry for people with cash which the line was wrapped around like the store in a matter of minutes. If I could I would give a negative 5 stars! Managers said no one wants to work. Okay that maybe true, but Walmart on North Road in Orangeburg has the worst management team I have ever seen! I seen a person on the management team talk to an employee like they was worthless! If you are not in a certain click you are treated differently! Also if you not sleeping with someone in management you are treated differently! I can see why they cant keep anyone! I known several people has worked there and quit in a few months and everyone saying how they treat their employees! What is the point of having employees and you are not putting them on registers? I know people do stock but standing around looking lost is not helping or talking to other employees about you did last night. If you would open up the registers at least have more self checkouts open and have cash in them for those who only have cash. Mostly importantly have someone to help the elderly customers who struggle with self checkouts since you dont have any registers open!

Two different mattress and they dont want reimburse me money. The mattress that was inside of the box was dirty and had a hole in it and also had duck type on it. The lead told me that I could not talk to the manager when I asked for him. All he told me to do is call 1-800- Walmart. I did that and I still havent heard nothing back from them. I will NEVER shop at Walmart again after this experienced. 😠😡😤

Lines are long. On Saturday afternoon there are only three cashiers open. The registers you scan yourselves only take cards no cash. There is no meats and the selves are empty.

By far, the worst Walmart in the country! Empty shelves. Messy shelves, packages opened and spilled. Random items placed in the wrong spots all over the store. Manager needs to be fired! Lazy! And you can see it! A customer told us it’s like that all the time. We’ll be by passing this one in the future. Congratulations! This location beat the Winslow AZ store!!!!!! The people that shop there are very nice, they deserve a well stocked, clean and tidy store! Corporate should be ashamed!

Often frustrated and disappointed when shopping here, although I keep returning due to lack of options in town. The store is often in disarray and dirty, and rarely are the sanitizing wipes available to wipe buggies. Not sure if I’ve ever seen enough registers open to handle the number of customers in a prompt manner. The lines to check out are often extending out in to the main aisles. Even the self checkout rarely has all registers open and running. (Yesterday FOUR self checkout registers were closed )We waited and waited in the health and beauty section for an associate to open a locked cabinet for us. We asked two different associates and no one had a key and no one ever helped us. Sadly, it’s usually a negative experience when shopping here.

Weve been here a few times in the past 6 months and had long lines at all checkouts (self and belt type) .. due to insufficient registers open etc. Today it was the same plus the store was a mess! Had many aisles difficult to navigate because stock boxes were piled up between them and between the frozen food cases. This should not be.. this is a super center not a neighborhood version. Procedure and process should already be established. We dont like spending $300 on food and have a hard time finding it, unable to find some items, navigating the store and then waiting a longer than necessary time to check out. Im a patient man and can understand that there are factors that may cause these issues.. but.. when they arent corrected for months is shameful and unfair to your customers. You can fix it

This Wal-Mart has to be the dirtiest one I have ever been to.There products where scattered with the wrong prices bathroom had no soap no towels nor a working hand drier.Picked up two packs of chicken it had the foulest smell to them n lets not get into the register one line open so we used the self one that didnt work correct the only good thing the one employee help me with it .

Lines not too bad and they had everything I needed. Which is unusual these days.

I love Walmart, but lately the shelves are lacking. They are not restocking as often.. And I really dont like the self checkout, for 2 reasons, 1) I do not work for Walmart, why do I have to ring up and bag my items, and 2) I feel like it is putting cashiers out of work.

Not good! Only 2 lines you can use cash! Those had 15 people in each line! By the time I got thru there were 20 people behind me! Lots of empty shelves in the store!

Bathrooms nasty and no locks on stalls..broken urinal.. just filthy all over dirty air vents ... parking lot filthy and in need of replacing...but where else are the hardworking people of Orangeburg gonna get supplies..dog food poorly stocked. Dollar store also having stocking problems. Cashiers were nice and quick..but alot of workers on the floor just standing around.. blocking walking paths while people try to shop. Was in and out or Id say more. Step it up Walmart ..you take in billions from hard working American people.

Scan and Go checkout is awful. Put the people back to work. Lines are longer than ever. If your worried about COVID-19 this is not the way to go. No one respects the 6ft space implement. I would have shopped at amazon if I wanted self service. Until this changes I will not be back.Put people back to work.

As usual no cashiers, only lines open were the two end self serve machines, all the test down. The clerk went through the line asking whos doing cards or cash and no matter where you were in line, card payments went first.

Went Saturday morning shopping at Orangeburg Walmart. Shelves empty(note this is usual). Checked on 2 products to was car. They were out. While getting other things counted 11 people that I assume were suppose to be stocking shelves. One was actually working. The others were on their cell phones. Get to the register. 11 buggies deep of self service checkout. Went to the other end; Worse. The management and cleanliness of this store is well below one star.

I stopped to use the bathroom (very clean I must say). All the super stores are set up pretty much the same. I didnt buy anything but I did take a quick tour. One notable difference compared to the one by me in Summerville, the shelves were stocked and organized. Prices were about the same. It was pretty busy for a Sunday.

I can in and out quickly. If the self checkout is full go to electronics, jewelry and garden center. These sections can get you out quick. Walmart, where friends and classmates meet!!!

I hate this place. NEVER open registers, half of the employees seem like they are in a meeting being called to the back. Needed something in the HBA dept, waited....someone came...needed a key...waited....waited more...pushed the button again, this is at least 25 mins from the start. He tells me he is waiting on the red headed girl to come w a key... wait some more, bout 10 mins, I ask someone else walking around, she tried her keys, it didnt work, needless to say I just left.

Last week I came to my Walmart and the self check out lights were red making every go the the other self check out packing it up. Now a week later the same self check out lights are still red meaning there not working but, the self check out that had alot of people us also starting tonlose it checkouts to the red light. Please come amd fixed this situation.

Sorry service, always out of products, and never any registers with cashiers running them. Always have to self check out. If I wanted to be a cashier at Walmart I would apply for a job. Also, online pick up, is not great. Either they are running behind, I had to wait 4hours for my order, they are out of items, they change you for your items and then you dont receive them. So disappointing.

DO NOT GO IN THERE AT 9:30 PM OR LATER BECAUSE ITS ONLY ONE CASHIER LINE(LANE 6) THAT IS OPEN AND TWO SELF-CHECKOUTS THAT ONLY ACCEPT DEBITS/CREDITS CARDS. YOU WILL BE WAITING IN LINE LIKE FOREVER.

Most of the items I needed werent in stock. But the cashier that helped me with self check out was nice, I think his name was Chris.

Hot in there! Why no air on? Only 2 checkouts open, extremely long wait time! Self check out lines also long! Cool the store down...at least customers wont have to sweat to death while waiting in long exhausting lines! Orangeburg Walmart is the worst! It is a shame to do customers like this!

Catch them on the wrong day and you are welcome to a bunch of empty shelves and coolers. On a good well stocked day its a pleasant shopping experience.

TLE is advertised as being open 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday. It was 9:45 am when I went to get an oil change on a Saturday. I was informed by an associate that they didnt start operations until 12:00. There are no hours of operation posted anywhere in yhe TLE area. Seems the associates do what they want when they want.Spent 10 minutes on hold to ask how long the wait would be for an oil change. Taking my business elsewhere. I wish I could rate this store negative stars, they deserve it.

It was awful. One cashier at the register, her register got locked out it took the manager 10 minutes to unlock, yet she was across from the register. Charts of food was setting in the asile, people walked out. The store air wasnt on, the cashier at that register was awesome, very nice and did her best to keep customers calm and informed. I will not shop at that Walmart again. The manager staff is awful.

Food was great. But not knowing price increase just because it was Easter Sunday wasnt expected. 16.99. I didnt know it being a buffet didnt include the drink. Thats crazy.Another 2 dollars. I wont be back. Seems youve gotten very greedy. Just remember your very well off. Your up there in age. You cant take it with you.Just my two thoughts. There was 6 of us. Everyone said they wouldnt be back. Im sure we werent the only ones to say that.

This place is a mess. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Everytime I come here the long belt self checkout lines are closed and half of the little ones are broke. They have an average of 2 actual registers operating that are not self checkout....with about 10 employees sitting around watching the lines pile up. Whoever manages this store needs retraining. No one uses time management skills, everyone seems disinterested in working, and its a shame when you see employees cussing each other out while in the isle stocking shelves. Get it together Orangeburg supercenter. 💯

Getting shopping done is great, but at the checkout you stands in line for a good 15 to 25 minutes trying to checkout.

I purchased a 5pc wicker patio set from Walmart and it was delivered to me with the box torn on ever side. The box was shrinked wrapped on both ends with one of the pieces inside of the shrink wrap. I have tried on three occasions to have it picked up and returned. That hasnt happened. When speaking with the so called supervisor Mr. Henry Keitt (if thats his name made it perfectly clear that there was nothing he was going to do about it. If I wanted it picked up I needed to go find a box and repackage it. He could care less.

The managers are horrible, There are never buggies at the door if you want a buggy you must go in the parking lot and get one its not some but every employee in the building is absolutely rude! As far as groceries the shelves are always empty or disorganized as far as the pharmacy they never ever have my meds, I always have to wait 3 to 5 days or longer. Ive told myself many times I will never go there again well Friday was the final straw!!!!!

Jarvis this Walmart is a mistake. Before COVID, everything here was just normal, closed at around 11-12 PM. Then afterwards, the Walmart decided to close at 8:30 PM, which was a nightmare. Then Walmart grew some actual brains and started closing at 11 PM. But this is just the beginning. Walmart likes to have periods of running out of something. Also the employees love to spam you with were closed at around 11. There are stacks upon stacks of boxes everywhere, and its hard to get around places. I guess they are running out of cashiers because there are almost none here. W-why? Why Walmart why?

A very disfunctional shopping place! No one can get anything for you unless they work in that department, which is very disturbing!! Its a very unstocked, sloppy and unhelpful store!

Since they put in the self service stations and decreased the staffing the store has become horrible with service. The stations only take card so if you paying card and cash or just cash your standing in these long lines while management looking at you instead of opening a register themselves. To scared to do some work and yes Im a customer.

The customer service at Wal-Mart on North Road in Orangeburg SC has gone down tremendously. Its almost depressing going in the store now. I remember years ago the shelves were stocked, floors were clean, and you were greeted with smiling faces. Now you cant even get a hello from the staff or management. Its sad when you have to wait hours for someone to come and assist you with something from electronics, if you dont have enough staff to help in the department then unlock all the devices so customers wont have to wait in order to purchase an item. I dont know what went wrong but I would love to see actual managers and leaders back in positions so they can get the store back right and at least start back hiring folks that actually want to work. I hope someone from uppper management actually read the reviews and start making moves to improve the surrounding walmarts.

I love ordering for pickup. Everything is usually great. However, today I kept hearing bags of chips crunch until I had to ask the rep to move the chips and to please stop putting soda on top of them.

Always dirty and the employees walk around in pairs talking to each other rather than doing their job.

Not enough checkouts working, had all but two items I needed. Pool shock and whole chickens, you dont have or cant get.

Required masks, they werent at the front, instead you have to walk through the store to Lawn and garden to get one

Management and employees needs to be revamped.went to customer service for a transaction issue and the employee was very unprofessional.i had a snap payment and was trying to figure out what I was being charged for.the employee then looked at the receipt and stated the F symbol on my items meant they were not to be purchased mind you almost 3verything I had had a f on it so and my cash item was 3.50cent.so I said that cant because none of these 4hings add up to what Im being charged for..the employee then shrugs her shoulders and says well maam thats what it means and was told i had to make a cash payment on 98.50 food items when I was being charged 3.50.i had had this issue before and they ran my receipt through a machine to find out what item I was paying for.thw issue was not what I was paying I just wanted to know so the next time I came I wouldnt make that mistake again and mind you outside of snap.purchase I have made MANY cash payments here......the employee then gets an attitude...so I asked to speak with a management because it didnt make sense and all I wanted to know was what I was paying for she called for the manager and the manager says,nope I cant do it nope nope several times then finally comes out....with her mouth toot up looking to point the blame...instead of trying to figure out what was going on.this store used to be my childhood dream way back when it 2as fresh when you walked i.n and they had live lobsters by the bread section..this is slowly becoming a place I dont like to shop at..the cashiers have bad attitudes especially customer service they are more focused on getting people out the way and not dealing with the issues versus providing efficient services.and management doesnt seem to either which is a reflection of the workers.she was hesitant and adament about not figuring out what was going on.the bathrooms are always nasty.....and al0t of the items I used to buy here Everytime I go back they are no longer there or they say they dont sell it anymore.theft within the perimetersof employees needs to be investigated and someone needs to correct management and how they treat their employees......thoroughly disappointed not a very joyous environment to shop anymore

This place is aweful. You never know if the self serve takes card or cash . It changes daily. Never enough staff. Nobody ever helps. Only place to pay cash is registers with staff and usually only one or 2. Prices continue to rise and quality continues to go down. I wish we had another super center nearby. This one is the worse. They have no idea about customer service. Do yourself a favor and drive out of orangeburg to a different one.

Saw 4 or 5 young employees walking around the store FaceTiming on their phones, and also have inappropriate conversations with other on the phone. The store was reloading or packing shelves, employees were rude and wouldnt step aside for you to get past in isle. Im a truck driver and have been to many Wal-Mart store for supplies, and this is by far the worst.

Subpar the store has one register that takes cash and the time before that I waited in line for a cash register and when it was out of cash I couldnt make my purchase. So 30 minutes driving to and from the Supercenter to be told out of cash card only. And the employees are the rudest I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My advice shop elsewhere till it turns it around
