I needed my glasses fixed. Despite being out-of-state, they fixed my glasses quickly and competently and did not charge. Knowledgeable and great service!

This is for the location in Fred Meyer in Oregon City. I got my glasses there for a couple of years in a row and was never easy to discuss what I needed in a non-argumentative way with the person at the front desk or on the phone (manager was great however when I talked to her), but will give them the benefit of the doubt and chalk that up to being partially my fault. However, while I do appreciate Vista sending me my glasses this year because of Covid, they sent them with black ink markings on the lenses that is not easy to get off. I would expect a specialty business like this to at least give me a clean pair of glasses! My two-year prescription is up there now and I will be going back to the last place I used in the Clackamas Towne Center next year. First went to Vista out of locational convenience but regret it.

Office staff was rude and argumentative. They tried to tell me that to order contacts you need an eye exam yearly, and its the law. Sorry its not the law, its just your greedy policy. Good luck getting them to give you your prescription so you can go elsewhere.

Extremely helpful! I had never been here, but my wife got her current pair there. They fixed my glasses for no charge. I had broken the plastic wire holding one lense and thought, How am I getting to work tomorrow in the dark!? Thank you!

Always pleasant. Great costumer service. Great communication. I enjoy the style of glasses they carry. Most importantly they are ver conveniently located for our needs.

Vista was not the problem. Dr. Rowland, the dr who is now there is the rudest person I have ever run into. He almost pushed contacts on me that did improve my vision and actually made it worse. He accused me of not wanting better eyesight. Yeah, right. He did the snort thing about every three minutes, generally when I asked questions. I never did let him change my contacts and he was pissed, but how rude. I will never go back as long as he is there.

Ever since Jessica left for another store this one has gone downhill fast! The idiot messed up my glasses, and both lenses fell out, so I cant See until tomorrow morning! Ugh! Never go here if you have the choice!!

I have been here a few times and every time the front desk lady was rude and short tempered. Not at all happy with this location.
