Beware! They will quote you a price for repair and then charge you a surcharge for debit or credit. They gave me bS about credit card company charging the customer. What they mean is they get charged by their provider and pass it on to you to maximize their profits.

Slow, expensive, and rude. Stay away!Gave them my all terrain mower to fix the tranny. Sat in their lot untouched for 4 weeks. They finally ordered parts and it took another 4 weeks for me to get it back. At that point they charged me $634 for a tune up and the repair. They had estimated 4-6 weeks and said theyd try to keep it under $600. They also said they would be sure to have it done in time so I could use it on an upcoming job. I had to rent equipment because they were so late. Showed no care at all. Gave me no discount at all to make up for the delay or my cost of renting equipment. And they returned it to me dirty after telling me theyd clean it. Also found it to be a pretty minimal tune up and it barely ran. Horrible customer service, slow and frustrating.
As a new widow, I had a large yard to care for, and did not even know how to start my riding mower or my leaf blower, both which my husband had purchased from Clark’s. He was a frequent customer there and bought all of our yard equipment there. When I went to Clark’s and explained, with shame, that I needed to learn how to start these things, that began my relationship with Clark’s, and with Rob. We walked immediately to an identical mower to mine, where I was shown how to start it and how to mow. Since then, I have needed at-home repair on my mower, and Rob has sent someone or come himself, to my house to change batteries, do minor repairs, and pick up my mower for maintenance. All employees and so kind and courteous, I am pleased to do business there, whether it is renting a U-Haul and getting instruction on how to handle it, to buying new equipment. Rob, himself, is wonderful. I enjoy his frequent emails that keep me updated and informed of needed maintenance on my equipment to sales and events. I can easily say that Clark’s deserves a 5 Star rating!

Clarks Lawn & Garden is fabulous! They are all knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great variety of products, and helped us find the perfect gas blower. I thought it was super cool that it is a family-run business.
Clarks is a reliable shop to take chainsaws for repair. They dont make up problems and if it aint broke they dont fix it. When it is broke though, they DO fix it and their rates are reasonable

These folks are the best bar none.. when they sell you something they back it up, they dont abandon their customers after the sale is final.Clarks is a family owned company and they extend that to you as a customer, if I didnt know better Id think that I was family.. They always go out of their way to get you up and running should you have a problem with a product that you have bought from them.. I love Clarks, Rob and Brian are simply the Tops for me... Took my DR Trimmer into them and asked them to get running, replace the fuel lines and belt. some kid with a Mohawk took my information on a piece of scratch paper. they called with an estimate of like $540 to rebuild the carburetor and what i figured was everything else.Came and picked it up the belt was not replaced or the fuel lines and they were leaking...Made them do this, was charged another $90 bucks got it home and its still leaking.Will not use them again.Good luck staying in business with your poor customer service

They have had our lawnmower for repair for over a two months with the excuse that they keep ordering the wrong belt they’ve never once contacted us for an update. Communication was nonexistent and it doesn’t really seem like they know what’s going on over there. DO NOT USE THEM FOR LAWNMOWER REPAIR

I dropped off a chainsaw for its Spring tune-up and these folks took care of business. It was worked on & finished quite fast and I picked up about a week and a half later. Buy your stuff there and get your stuff fixed there, period . HOO-RAH!

The best place in town
$20 for sharpening mower blades seems a little steep. Took them all of 5 mins maybe. Not a great impression for a first-time customer. I can get new blades for $24 or less.
