Kyle the store manager is so nice! I was working on a project and couldnt get the size right and he clicked three buttons on the copier and was able to fix my issue. Hours I spent on this and he was done in seconds amazing. Highly recommend this location and to work with him.

I dont know why the other reviews are so mean towards kyle he is the best absolutely best FedEx manager I go here specifically for him. Dont read the reviews and be scared go in ask for him and he will make it absolutely happen. Literally the worst service and equipment every time I go in here I leave frustrated unfortunately it’s another 20 min to the next nearest one. Get it together FEDEX. The guy told me they can’t print from an email so I go back to put it on a thumb drive and when I get back I see this...

Completely ridiculous, takes four hours to print 20 pages. Went in to pick up my order at 9 AM asked that I come back at 12 PM. If I’m at the location it wouldn’t make sense to ask me to leave and then come back as he stands next a printer not in use. Very Unhappy with the service here.

Kyle the store manager is absolutely amazing he has helped me tons of times. Dont listen to the other reviews on here they are probably just upset customers who have nothing better to do. Kyle if you read these dont worry buddy youre not a weasel manager and youre freaking awesome so is Mark!!

Drove all the way here from Canby to pick up an order, but they missed a package. Didnt realize I didnt have all my stuff until I got home, and when I called they wouldnt even look to see if there was a second package. Terrible customer service. Talked to the manager Kyle, doesnt know how to do his job right.

Utterly incompliant - my granddaughter knows more about shipping & packaging then this guy did - Fortunately their is FedEx store in Sunnyside which always goes the extra mile and has a great friendly confident staff.

I needed a passport photo, and stopped in to the Fed Ex store #1922 in Oregon City this afternoon. I was immediately greeted by a friendly lady named Angela. She was very upbeat and eager to help me. She even fixed my hair in the photo so it would look nice for the picture. What a model of excellent customer service she is. What I deemed just a mundane task actually was fun. Angela joked with us while we waited, and we left extremely happy!

I have most of my packages delivered here and the team here is great. Always going the extra mile to make sure I have what I need.

Utterly incompetent. Fortunately theres a UPS store just around the corner on Beavercreek. Your time is valuable, dont waste it at this FedEx store.

I’ve had multiple issues with the little weasel manager that works here. Other stores never give me a issue. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will use usps not exclusively for eBay shipping. Never again.

Went in to print a document from my emailThe guy working, around 6:30pm on 7/24/2019, did an exceptional job. He was very courteous and professional. It is always great to receive exceptional customer service. Any time I need any type of service from a FedEx or Kinkos, I will definitely be going back there.

I went in on a Sunday for printing and was delighted by the friendly, helpful and professional service provided by Jessica. She had a smile and was patient as I made my printing project just perfect. I appreciated her suggestions of how to make my printing project look its best. Its hard to get good customer service, she was excellent - it made my day! Thank you Jessica!!

Horrible service they charge for everything extra! I brought box to send out and they complained that the box has a little dent in it, and told me next time not bring a box like that cause it falls over when they are driving. I m sorry I know those handlers they aren’t careful and trust me that box we’ll be in a worst shape when it arrives to the next destination.USPS is the way to go free boxes and bags and faster shipping rates!!

Nice employees... however this place has HORRENDOUSLY SLOW service. The Oregon City UPS store has FAR superior service... and from my experience is slightly cheaper as well.

Might want to call ahead before you head over there. Went to drop off a package at 6:32 pm on a Wednesday and they were on lunch and closed and “returning at 7:07”. Drove 20 minutes to get there. I guess I just expected them to be opened during business hours🤷🏽‍♀️

Beware! Since they have a new employee “Mark” and a new manager “Kyle” the OC store is WAAAAYYY slow; they’re nickel and dining customers to death; and to top it off they’re no longer honoring pricing that the previous staff and manager established. They’re charging for STAPLES ($0.03 each) and a premium of $0.04 per sheet for the privilege of printing behind the counter - just because their machine in the lobby isn’t working properly! And Mark struck a “tough” pose, raised his voice and told me he didn’t care if I didn’t like the way he did things. Now there’s some service, ladies and gentlemen.

Had to get some copies made and pictures for a passport. Guy was very helpful and I was in and out in under 10 min. Cant ask for more than that.

Always nice employees that are helpful as soon as you walk in. Been here at least 50 times and always had a nice experience.

Worst service ever. Refuses packages that every other location accepts. If you arrive past 330pm, they make you come back the next day. Parking is also a nightmare.

Dissapointed in the service i recieved from a man named errol. I brought a few packages in to be shipped. the first package errol told me was not an approved shipping box and would have to purchase a new box. i said ok and agreed with him. But then errol picked up my second box flipped it up side down and shook my second box then after a few good shakes he said i dont think its packaged very well and opened my package up and even though i had packing material in there he said i would need more and he would sell it to me. Moral of this is i felt like everything i brought in to ship wasnt up to his standards and was looking for anyway he could charge me extra money and also shook my presents to find a flaw. He lost a local customer over some shady business practices. I wouldnt recomend anyone going while errol is on shift!
